Review and analyze now for company 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''We were having problems with our plumbing in the kitchen and our tub. Our landlord calls these guys up and a technicians named Ryan arrived.
He not only fixed our problems and advised us of how this happened and preventions, he even played a little game of darts ( obvi we own a sweet dart board) Ryan was a professional and just a genuinely sweet guy. I would recommend him specifically to fix any of your plumbing needs.
My only advice is don't play him in a game of darts or your might lose. I saw that Rooter Connectionz had a $39 drain unclogging service.
I scheduled a drain unclogging and cleaning. It turns out they are also Action Plumbing which I didn't know until the truck pulled up to my house.
That's when I knew the $39 wasn't going to be the price but I didn't expect what I was quoted. I was quoted $1,100 for a hydrojetting, camera inspection, enzymes, and a membership.
I refused all that and then after a call to a manager, I was quoted $450 for a cable drain cleaning and membership. I sent the guy on his way.
The sales guy said a lot of things like, "we do things differently" and "unclogging with a cable isn't permanent", and "we can't honor the warranty without the camera inspection" etc. I felt like I was getting sold especially when I couldn't get the service without the $233 membership.
I asked what is costs for camera inspections and enzymes if I don't get the membership and he said, and I quote, "$233 but that's because of the warranty." I'm now not even sure I was talking to an actual plumber. Called another company and my drain is unclogged and cleaned for $275.
No membership, used an auger and pumped water in the pipe. Was told that we need to be careful with these older pipes and hydrojetting may bust right through.
If you are interested in who that was, I'll post a positive review on their Yelp page. It's a company I've worked with before and only called Rooter Connectionz because I got lured in by the cheap price that turned out to not exist.
I see an array of reviews here and on other sites. If you are not in an urgent situation, I suggest getting more than one quote on any service before committing to Action Plumbing or Rooter Connectionz.
Horrible Communication, took way longer than promised, poor work. If their horrible communication and poor work above ground is any indication as to the work they did below ground I am in a lot of trouble The crews never showed up when they said they would.
If they were running late or decided not to show up they never called. I lost a day of work on two separate occasions waiting on these guys just for them to never show.
When crew left they never communicated with me as to when they would be back to finish the job. I ALWAYS had to call their office to get any information, they NEVER once called me.
What was originally promised to be a 1 week project ended up being a month long ordeal. They left my yard looking like they had berried a body in the front yard because they never bothered to compact the dirt as they filled in the holes that they had dug.
These holes settled a good 6 inches by the time spring came around. They settled another 6-8 inches once I took the water hose and repeatedly shoved it down into the grown 5-6 feet to soak the dirt.
Had to remove and replace the concrete curbing around my tree because it had settled so much. The dirt that was piled up wasn't even left over the actual hole that they had dug which lead to the grass dying.
Now, it comes spring time and I go to turn on my sprinklers and they didn't even bother to patch the 3'-0 long piece of pipe that they cut out of my sprinkler system when they were finished. ACTION PLUMBING: _BEWARE: 1-8-2024, When the person came to do some seasonal inspections and the request was made to replace a shower head.
The plumber aggressively suggested installation PEX replacement pipes for all the copper pipes in the house. (A 1980's built condo home) The cost was over 12,745.79.
They started on Tuesday, 1-9-2024. They were not here on Wednesday, 1-10-2024.
1-11-24 Rene said that an additional 1,469.44 was needed for the main floor bathroom valve. When I questioned this additional cost he kept referring to the invoice that was signed on his tablet.
We did not have a physical copy to refer to. On 1-12-2024, after asking for the invoice, it was emailed.
We had just given a blank check to this company. Any addition could be charged above and beyond what had already been paid.
All though the invoice states that there are more than 2 bathrooms.) And WE DO NOT REPLACE DRYWALL. That would have been a big consideration.
It was not discussed at all by the salesman. You need to be a plumber to understand what was going to be done.
I have submitted a report to the Attorney General's Office letting them know that this business needs to understand that a signature on a Tablet is not a contract, nor does it explain what exactley what they are going to do. Terrible customer service.
A couple of hours to replace a foot of copper pipe and we were charged $3,000. Unfortunately, I agreed to the price because we were desperate.
Realizing afterward that we were gouged I had no luck asking about a credit. The office manager was unwilling to provide any sort of credit.
Preferred to keep the extra money instead of building a long-term business relationship. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! Save yourself the headache and find another reliable service.
Customer service agent yelled at me on the phone, hung up on me then refused to pick up my call..... They did a horrible job with our kitchen sink.
Someone GLUED stuff together to "fix" the problem and now they refuse to fix it!! Sick. Please PLEASE find read this review and save your money and time! This business charged us for work it took them many months to complete (quoted us a three day job), were no-shows multiple times after telling us they were "on their way," hid recurring fees with no notice, and were outright rude when we tried to sort out any number of these challenges.
The biggest challenge with this company seems to be that the office and the technicians are on two totally different pages. The office has no idea what the techs are doing (and cannot even schedule tech visits), and the techs have no idea what the office is doing.
The company uses this bad communication as an exculpatory reason for dropping the ball repeatedly. It's possible that the mistakes they made (which cost us money and many months of time) were accidental, but it gets harder to believe as I'm reading other reviews indicating that the company is aware of these issues.
And really, recurring payments hidden in initial service is predatory. It was a real struggle to get anything on paper from this company, too.
Receipts for payment, receipts showing promised service, etc. - it took many many requests just to get a receipt showing a zero balance after nine months of trying to get that paperwork.
These guys worked on our neighbor's house and ended up pumping an underground stream into our house, leaving 2-3 inches of water throughout our MIL basement. It destroyed carpet, drywall, plaster, baseboards, furniture, electronics, and many other possessions.
This event awoke tenants in the middle of the night. They're stressed, have medical problems, and had to move out.
24 Hour Rooter Connectionz sent in a crew to rip up carpet and fans to blow air around and then they stopped talking to us. I guess they don't feel that repairing damage they caused is their responsibility - aren't bonded contractors supposed to have insurance for this kind of stuff? - and they are not returning our calls (today they hung up on us).
A call to the state licensing board and followups to the insurance companies this group claimed to be using suggests that maybe they don't have liability insurance at all. If they are insured, why don't they just file a claim for this episode? 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz caused us about $10k worth of damage, we never even hired them, and now they refuse to talk to us.
If you don't want to support people like this, or don't want to risk working with a possibly uninsured crew, please pick somebody else. They did show up when they said they were going to - so that was good.
But the person on the phone quoted me a price range, and the actual cost ended up being much higher (not because of any additional work needed). Also, the tech wasn't able to fix the clogged sink, and tried to sell me on a several thousand dollar (hydro jet).
I called another plumber the next day, and he was able to repair the problem in 1/2 hour at a fraction of the cost. He said the hydro jet cost was outrageous and not even needed.
I've tried to call multiple times to discuss the situation with a manager, but one is never available and still hasn't called me back. Needing a Sewer-Rooter Service ASAP, we put a message on our Nextdoor neighborhood group.
We received a few recommendations and contacted Rooter Connectionz who was recommended by one of our neighbors who is a realtor. I called Rooter Connectionz and John and Austin arrived and scoped our sewer line.
Even though the price they quoted for relining our sewer pipes, was way more than we expected, they had a large enough crew to start the next day. It was better than having a Honey Bucket delivered and using it for the next three weeks which was the estimate time from another company.
The relining process was very interesting. The men that actually did the work for Rooter Connectionz were very efficient and we were impressed with their capabilities.
John and Austin returned multiple times to check on the progress and kept us informed on how things were progressing. They made sure that we had use of our bathroom and kitchen facilities at night so we were pleased with that and appreciated their concern.
The Downhill Windstorm put them back a day or two but no major disruption. John and Austin recommended that we have our water line done while they were here.
We considered it for a short time and then decided not to do it this year. We would consider having them do the job if and when we have the water line done.
We found the electronic iPad signing difficult in that it is hard to know what you are signing. Be sure to ask for a printout before signing so you are well aware of what it says and what your charges are.
Rooter Connectionz completed the job and put our landscaping back in a reasonable condition. We are pleased that our relined sewer line passed inspection and seems to be working well.
We would say, that other than the price being higher than expected, we would recommend Rooter Connectionz. Very bad experience with multiple mistakes and poor customer service.
I usually don't write negative reviews, but the job started in January and I'm still having issues in July. Removing tree roots from your sewer pipe is expensive ($14,600), but the extra stress and work this company put me through makes this price even higher.
The first mistake was big. They messed up the installation of the pipe liner and blocked the sewer line.
The first big hole they dug in my front yard turned into digging another big hole on the side of my house to remove the blockage. They couldn't remove the blockage from there, but destroyed my landscaped rock garden and broke a sprinkler pipe which they promised to fix.
Then, to remove the blockage, they decided to take out my downstairs toilet, pull up the tile and dig a hole in the bathroom floor, adding weeks more to the job. When the sewer line was finally fixed I had to repair my landscaping and clean up what I could of the mess they made.
Up to this point I had been very understanding and patient not even complaining of going without the sewer for four days or the damage they did to the street asphault. Covid19 happened, and a couple months went by with no word from them.
They said they were going to send someone over to clean my carpeted stairs because of all the extra traffic and machines they carted down to the bathroom. They also said they would fix the sharp tile that was jutting up behind the toilet, which I had told them about back in March.
Then, when I turned on my sprinkling system this year I couldn't figure out why it wasn't working. They forgot to fix the cut pipe.
All that water gushing out of the buried broken pipe re-ruined my landscaping. They came back and re-dug the hole and while they fixed the pipe I was left with more stress, another mess to clean up, and needing to re-re-do my landscaping.
Then the other day (now July) I noticed my downstairs toilet leaking. It was a brand new toilet so I assumed there might have been a mistake made when they installed it.
Plus the toilet had an annoying slight rock. When the workers showed up I was informed by John that I was being silly about the tile and that I was lucky they came to look at the toilet at all.
This person had the nerve to inform me that I should be thankful for all the "extra" work they had done for me. I tried to explain to him that the "extra" work was all due to their mistakes.
This person even had the audacity to imply that I was lying about the toilet leaking. Why would I? I was so angry I had to walk away.
The other worker, Mike, who I had dealt with a lot, apologized for his colleague as they were leaving. He hoped I wouldn't give a bad review.
I assume John was being such a rude, condescending bully because I am a 65-year-old woman. He probably needs to be better trained in dealing with customers.
He definitely needs to listen more and talk less. On June 30, 2020 I contacted 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz to clean the main sewer drain.
When the technician Alex Halton arrived, he explained that it would cost $249.00 to run the rooter down to clear the pipe. He also explained that another technician John Jordan, would arrive between 1200 and 200 PM to inspect the condition of the pipe with a camera.
Alex removed the toilet in order to access the sewer line and immediately tells me that I need a new toilet flange and that he could give me a 'deal' on a new flange since he is already removing the toilet. Alex finishes rather quickly and tells me that he was able to remove what appeared to be wipes or possibly roots.
He collects $249 for the service that he claims he performed and reiterates that John will be the one who will re-install the toilet after inspecting the pipe. When John Jordan shows up, he runs the camera down the pipe, and it goes out 64 feet where he claims that it stops because it is obstructed.
He tells me with a great deal of confidence that the sewer pipe has collapsed, and that the camera cannot go out any further. I follow him outside as he explains that the camera has a sensor on it that can be located above ground to pinpoint the location of the camera in the pipe.
He pulls out a device and starts moving it over the area where the sewer line is generally located. Using green spray paint, he marks 2 spots where he claims that I will have to replace the pipe.
After making the marks, John tells me that I need to replace the sewer line and that he can have a crew working on it in the next hour. He tells me that the work will cost $7300 at which point I ask him to please provide me with a written estimate for the work.
He says that he can give me 'member pricing' if I agree to do the work today, for $6300. Once again, I ask for a written quote.
He continued to press me to accept the offer instantly even though I kept telling him that I would not do it, followed by him reducing the price again, urging me to accept, "What if I do it for $5500 and include a $1500 hydro-jet main sewer flush?" We return inside the house so he can collect his equipment, I followed him down the stairs to the basement to ask him not to reinstall the toilet because I wanted other companies to be able to check out the line and provide a bid. He once again starts in applying pressure to make the sale, "who are you going to call?" he asks; I told him that I did not know yet.
He then adds that he will also repair the toilet flange for the basement toilet at no additional cost and that I was not going to find a deal like this anywhere. John would not give up trying to get me to bite; he asked me why I would not agree to such a great deal? (again!) I told him that the way he was strong arming me into having him do the job made me feel like I could not trust him.
He replied with "I don't know what strong arming means". This guy would not take 'no' for an answer and his behavior bordered on harassment.
I had lost count of how many times that I had told him that I would not authorize any work without obtaining multiple bids. I know that this story sounds redundant, but this was the technique used by John in an attempt to persuade or perhaps a better word is to coerce me into having him perform the work that I suspected was unnecessary.
I had had enough of John's arrogance and I just wanted him to get out of my house. I asked him "would you pressure one of your male customers the way that you are pressuring to me?" He looks at me and says, "the deal is off".
At that point he knew that I was not going for his con job. The next day I contacted another company to clean out the sewer line.
It was cleared in 30 minutes. He also ran a camera through the entire length of the pipe, and it was intact.
Alex Halton and John Jordan are engaging in a carefully orchestrated scheme to defraud customers. Alex shows up first to clean out the sewer line, but he does not try very hard.
His job is a well-choreographed performance to make you believe that he actually trying to clear the sewer line. But if he actually cleaned out the line, then there would not be water and waste obscuring the pipe to make it seem like the sewer line had collapsed.
John strolls in with his camera to convince you that your pipe has collapsed and since you cannot run the water or flush your toilets, he thinks that he can pressure you into a job that you don't really need. Upon leaving John went back to the spot he made on the grass to remove it.
If this had not been an attempt at fraud, why would he remove it? I have the entire show on surveillance footage.... They fixed the problem but Connectionz Plumbing left behind a massive amount of collateral damages; for your own sake, USE ANOTHER COMPANY.
They were offering a deal to complete a video camera inspection of the sewage pipes; we were not experiencing any problems but our house was built in 1954 so we like to stay informed on the state of things. The workers were prompt and friendly.
Plumbers discovered the connection point from our house to the main was corroding; therefore, we made the decision to spend $8,000 to get it fixed. What we were told would be a 1-2 day job was completed one week later (apparently, despite their 24/7 advertising, they do not work on the weekends even when they are in the middle of a project-they just left their tools and our front yard with a gaping hole).
Ultimately, the pipe was fixed and I am thankful for that. But, the meager $150 discount "for the troubles" does not come close to the collateral damage Connectionz Plumbing caused.
While fixing the pipe, Connectionz plumbers did not not seal the sewage drain in our house and, as a result, feces from pipes exploded into our laundry room and toilet water erupted from both toilets into the bathroom toilets. When informed of this, Connectionz Plumbing worker said, "I knew this would happen." The attempted cleaning job done by Connectionz plumbers was atrocious.
My husband had to take work off to deal with their mistake and he and I spent two days deep cleaning the mess they left behind. The workers did not remove or cover their shoes and left mud tracks on the carpet; a $250 rug had to be thrown out and a new one purchased; a new hamper had to be bought; floor tiles had to be removed to clean underneath and we had to buy and install others.
This was all just inside our home. Our yard was desyroyed by them.
Large tree branches were broken and the entire half of our lawn destroyed. When asked about all this Connectionz Plumbing said these things just go with the job they had to do.
Needless to say, the whole experience with Connectionz Plumbing has been a nerve-racking and time-consuming mess. This company might be good at small repairs but DO NOT HIRE THEM to do anything other than that.
Oh, and Connectionz Plumbers asked my husband not to write a negative review in exchange for the offensive discount. The good: they had a technician out right away.
The bad: the drain still isn't draining. The technician explained that it would still be slow unless we added on a $400 hydro clean.
I told him that wasn't in our budget at the moment. After he left, the first time it was used, I went in and pulled a huge clot of hair out that was at the top of the drain.
The pieces to the tub were put in incorrectly with an extra piece actually left on the lip of my tub. (Photos in comments) When I called back, the person answering the phone said that in the notes the technician had noted that "customer had felt they were being taken advantage of".
I only said we weren't going to pay 400 for a hydro clean- I didn't feel that we were taking advantage. They offered to send someone back out but I will never do business with a company who feels they need to belittle a customer because they didn't get the more expensive service.
I had my sewer main snaked from the basement after it clogged. It had flooded an unfinished part of the basement, but was creeping too close to a finished room.
I bailed it out and then called them. They came out and told me we had to re flood the basement so he could see if it was clogged.
I wasn't thrilled because I had just made it more manageable, but agreed. After this happened he told me it would be $625 to snake the main and that they would camera scope it 'for free'...
which nothing is. I was nervous about the water rising and damaging the wall and carpet, so I agreed.
I paid $698.50 for their service, which was a small clog about 75 feet into my 150 foot drain. They did scope it and found no tree roots, nothing shifted, nothing else wrong.
I could have gone to anyone else for half of the price. The best part - I asked for an itemized invoice.
Got one line with the service charge of $698.50 for "Drain Cable Main Sewer Line Through Indoor Cleanout - Main Stack." I called them to ask for an actually itemized receipt. The invoice they sent doesn't even have tax itemized out.
Told that the tech would have to call me and explain. He says that HE ADDED A 2 YEAR WARRANTY WITHOUT MY ASKING OR APPROVAL.
Said it was 'best' and that I should really keep it. This company is predatory for first home owners and those who are in a bind.
Pretty much ANY OTHER COMPANY could have done it for less than $400. This is absolutely ridiculous.
Free in home estimates, good customer service during estimate, good pricing, arrived on time, final price was true to estimate, and new air conditioner works great. We got 5 different estimates for replacing our entire ac unit.
This company was not the lowest price but they were willing to price match. I am very satisfied with their work and we love our new air conditioning.
Here is where things get subjective and personal and may not apply to each customer. I was the first person to greet them upon their arrival because my husband was working in his office upstairs.
The leader asked me a question and I was in the middle of trying to answer it when he said "is your husband home". It was clear that he preferred to speak with my husband instead of me.
My husband was indeed home but on a conference call so even though I was annoyed at the leader's rude comment I decided to help them with the gate and moving the car. In all fairness my husband was completely satisfied with their work but unfortunately for this company, I do the reviews, not him.
I called on a Wednesday to get an estimate, and asked that whoever they sent to the house wear a mask because we have an immuno-comprimised individual. I was told "No problem, we take Covid very seriously." Ok, great.
We were stood up the first time we scheduled a 3-hour window on a Saturday for Tim to show up. I called when he was a no-show, and he said something to the effect of, "I got busy, but I can probably make it if you wait another hour." He should have called way before we got to that point, but I needed to re-schedule, so Tim said that he would come first thing Monday morning (9AM) before any of his other calls.
He was a no-show AGAIN, but at 10:15, Joe from Rooter Connectionz texted me and said he was on his way. I texted back and said that Tim claimed he would be here at 9.
Joe said that Tim "probably got hung up on another job." All excuses, all the time. So Joe finally shows up at 10:30 on Monday, but he's not wearing a mask.
I am wearing one and I ask what happened to his. Joe says that he has "asthma" and that masks are "uncomfortable." I wish I was kidding.
Poor, poor, uncomfortable Joe. He expected to get a free pass for being an idiot, but guess what, I have asthma too, and I am wearing a GD mask.
Completely unprofessional. I say he needs to wear a mask, so he goes and gets one out of the company van.
Ug. FINALLY he goes and looks at the situation, but he has to call home base to ask what they want to charge me.
I ask for a quote in terms of materials and labor. Joe says "no problem" and that he'll email it to me.
I asked him if he could tell me the price before I checked my email, and he says $300 (to cap one leaky pipe). This was a total con-job.
I fixed the leaky pipe myself for less than $20 and under an hour's time. And maskless Joe never even bothered to send me the email estimate (I suspect because he KNEW that materials and labor were NO WHERE NEAR $300).
Bottom line: Rooter Connectionz is a joke. I recommend customers avoid them unless you want to be disrespected and taken advantage of.
What a waste. I live in Ogden Utah, we had a drain clogged in the main service line.
The approach they have is to replace the main line (excavate) then find the real problem. Horrible pressure to up the cost.
If this was the last place in Utah to do rooter service. I would live with sewer in my basement.
Do yourself a favor and find anyone else. Had our sewer drain scoped in Ogden with this company, John Jordan did the inspection.
He finished the camera scope inspection and then told us "your sewer line is heavily rooted. I recommend putting a liner in", and walked out the door with no explanation.
He then wrote up a report and quoted us $13,800 to replace the entire sewer line, 50 feet worth. I reviewed the camera inspection footage myself, and saw one single root inside the pipes.
Since then, I've gotten 3 other plumbing companies to come out and tell us that there is no issue with the sewer pipes. DO NOT use this company.
Complete scam. Thank you for sending Alex out to take care of my backed up drain problem He was prompt and professional and immediately solved my problems, then gave me great advice about how to not be forced into emergency issues in the future Your company will have my business in the future Trust me; go somewhere else.
Get another bid. Do not sign anything until you do.
Pay more if you have to. (unlikely) You were warned...
Asked 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz to come bid a repair on my sewer main. After explaining the issue and showing them the main they started to try and sell me on services I never asked about.
Lining, replacment, cleaning, adding clean outs, etc with out ever inspecting the existing main. For all they know it could have been replaced 5 years ago.
I had to get firm with them and ask again to quote the job I asked to be done and send me an itemized bid. I specifically mentioned itemized.
They proceeded to ask me how many other bids I'd received and what people were bidding. After they left I received the bid via email and to little suprise it contained 1 line item for the total price with no break down or explanation.
This is not the way to earn peoples business. They've disappointed me before even receiving the job.
Hiring these people was a $6,000 mistake. They are not very honest people.
I had a backed-up sewer line on a Saturday. My usual plumber wasn't available so I called these guys and told them the situation.
I even sent photos. They said it would cost $40 to auger the line.
But when the tech got to my house he said it would actually cost $160. Nice bait and switch.
Seeing as how I was desperate to make the standing water in my basement floor go away after hours, I agreed. So he augured the line and the water drained.
But he didn't wear booties and his shoes got covered in black sludge from the sewer water and had no way to clean them. He ruined one of my bath towels wiping his shoes off so he could go back up my carpeted stairs.
Nice. Then he offered a free camera inspection of the sewer line.
Since it was free I agreed. Ben came out two days later with a camera and found tree roots that were the cause of blockage, and he couldn't get the camera to go further down the line as a result.
So he recommended a $5,800 job to dig up my yard and replace the section of pipe where the root intrusion was, then install a dual outside line access in order to hydro-jet it. I asked why he couldn't just hydro-jet or auger through the line from the basement access.
He said that could destroy the pipe. This was a FALSE statement.
After the fact, I asked my usual plumber about it. He told me he's used a 4" spiral riot auger thousands of times and never ruined a pipe.
Basically 24 Hour Connectionz used the smallest auger possible to just make the water go down, but not an aggressive enough auger to get a camera through. Why? So the supervisor could come over with a camera and sell me on an even bigger, more expensive job.
Now I'm not a plumber so I don't know these things. But Ben (the supervisor) is a salesman through and through.
He's very good at talking so much that you never get an opportunity to say no. He's also very convincing and had me believing that the expensive dig job was the only way forward.
So I agreed. After the job was done they recommended I pay another $7,000 to install a liner in the sewer pipe.
Before deciding on that, I talked to my usual plumber about the work they had already done. He told me I got royally screwed.
Turns out there was absolutely no need to dig my yard up. They could have hydrojetted my line from the basement access to get rid of the tree roots to then send a camera down.
Long story short, 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz uses scare tactics and used car salesmanship to sell customers the most expensive option. According to my usual plumber (who is a licensed master plumber with 22 years experience) a lot of sewer lines have tree roots, and a yearly cabling or jetting can maintain an old line for years unless it is clear as day that the line needs to be dug up.
After showing my usual plumber the video of the inside of my line, he said it wasn't that bad after all. It was far from an emergency situation.
I suspect the sales guys that came to my house are paid by commission, so they go straight to the most expensive option and make it sound like an emergency that must be done right away. As far as their work is concerned, their plumbers did a good job from what my usual plumber could tell.
They are also very nice people to work with. I just wish I had known their true motivations before hiring them.
It would have saved me several thousand dollars. As soon as I replenish my savings, I will be proactive and install a liner, but I won't be hiring 24 Hour Connectionz to do the job.
I simply don't trust them anymore. We had a kitchen sink that wouldn't drain and Bryan came out and told us we needed new pipes (we live in a condo and others in the building have reported they've had to replace theirs as well).
He quoted us a price and then replaced them quickly and for twenty dollars less than the quote and then he proceeded to fix our dishwasher at no extra charge! Lovely man and we are so thrilled to not have standing water and a dishwasher that works. I live in Roy too, so that was quite the trek for him.
I highly recommend and will certainly use their services in future. Dont ever call these guys it starts out one price and you assume it is for the whole job and then they keep adding thousands of dollars until its as much as a new car then when you tell them not to do the last part they try to intimidate you into paying.
I can't believe they are still in business. Also the Manager was supposed to call me and did NOT Sewer was backed up, so we called this company and a few others.
Our sewer had a belly that needed to be replaced. We decided on this company and what a mistake!!!! Mike looked at our drain several times with a camera and after the yard was dug up, he looked again and found another belly that needed to be fixed for an additional $10,000! So we got another company to inspect, and they found nothing else wrong! Surprise, surprise!! We told this company to finish what they started and so they did, but you should see how they left our yard.
They didn't compact the dirt and they didn't replace the grass that they rolled up. They also never came and did the final Hydro Jet of the line.
We have called and called and called to the main line and to our salesperson Mike. Absolutely no response from anyone except the office lady!!! We will be contacting Utah Department of Commerce.
We have used this company for a few projects. The plumbing side that we have had them complete has been pretty good; expensive, but good work.
We haven't had as good of an experience with the heating side. I won't go into great detail, but based on the experiences, we looked at other companies for our heating/cooling issues.
We learned quite a bit and decided to go with another company to install new A/C and furnaces in our home. Some of the issues dealt with cost and keeping appointments/timeliness.
It is doubtful that we will choose to use this company in the future. My experience with this company shows why people don't trust plumbers! I had 1 clogged toilet and 1 that was running extremely slow.
Hey pulled off both toilets ($65 ea) ran cables (more $), and cameras (more money). $285 total.
I told them when they got here, and when I scheduled the appointment, that there was a toy(s) in 1 or both of the toilets. They said they didn't find the toys but I had a root problem that would cost $3800 to fix and that was the ONLY solution.
They also left a big water spot on my carpet, which I just had cleaned a couple weeks ago. They showed me a picture (not good quality), taken with a cell phone, of the camera screen showing roots blocking my line.
Very convincing. So I paid them the $285, still had a slow running toilet and a clogged toilet, and was informed I needed to do the $3800 job IMMEDIATELY.
My husband told me to call another plumber because they were lying. He had worked on a job where the plumber had diagnosed a cracked water line.
When they dug up the line there was no crack, so the plumber made one to avoid the cost of being wrong. I called another plumber, expecting the same diagnosis.
This one guaranteed we don't pay if they don't get the toilets unclogged. Connectionz spent over 1 1/2 hours here.
The 2nd plumber, before even starting any work said it sounds like a toy is stuck. I didn't tell him about toys and my kids weren't here.
They pulled off the clogged toilet and, within 2 minutes, found a big toy. Their total visit was only about 25 minutes and they had BOTH of my toilets running good! That's all I wanted.
I understand if there might be a bigger problem starting, but at least make my toilets usable for now!! And don't make me think that my only option is to rip up my yard and concrete for a big price tag! So I called Connectionz. Let me give you the time frames of all of this.
My first scheduled appointment was on Monday night between 4-7pm. By 7:45, we rescheduled for the next day because they were running way too late.
They showed up late the next day too (Tuesday). I had the other plumber come at 10am on Thursday and he was on time! I called Connectionz shortly after the 2nd plumber left (and fixed the problem).
The lady in the office told me she would speak with her supervisor and the technician and call me back before the end of that business day. No call.
I finally called again Tuesday late morning and she wasn't in, so I left a message for her to call me back when she arrived, which was supposed to be soon. No call.
Today is Wednesday, I called again and was hung up on while being transferred to her. Called again, finally got her on the phone, and received a non sincere apology and an excuse that she's been in and out of the office.
Um NO! If she was in, for even 5 minutes, she could've called! But she was avoiding having to tell me they will not correct the problem. She said that if I wanted a refund I would have to prove that there are no more roots in my pipes! Who cares if they didn't unclog my toilets, which is why I called them in the first place, because the roots were the "diagnosed" issue.
So they got paid for doing absolutely NOTHING of importance! By the way.. my new plumber explained in detail how he would fix the "root" issue, IF it becomes an issue, and it would only be around $1700! Connectionz need to find more experienced & HONEST technicians!! I would give them minus star if I could.
On May 4 2020 Ben came to my 85 year old husband, and told him our neighbors sewer line was clogged. Many years before we and the neighbor bought our homes, there was not a sewer line on their road, so the line was run through our back yard.
Connectionz said they had checked and no one knew if there was now a line on the road in front of their house. They ask my husband if he would do the neighbor a great favor and let Connectionz dig one small hole in our back yard and repair the line.
Rex agreed. They then told him that he was such a great guy, they would at no charge put a camera down our line.
Which they offer to everyone. They convinced him that our sewer line was about to collapse ( it was repaired 5 year ago).
I said I would like another opinion and quote. This offer was only good today while they were working on the neighbors.
They convinced him. Promising everything would be restored to the pristine condition it was now in.
After digging in the wrong place and then breaking the new sewer line while installing the neighbors line in our back yard. It now has 3 large holes.
After digging ,installing and filling the hole in our driveway, water starts bubbling up in the new concrete. A water leak, which they say was not their fault While installing a new water line they crimped the new water line, broke the city water line, which the city came and repaired.
they then dug in the wrong place to find the crimp. The City came back and found the correct place.
A 4th hole in the driveway. It is now June 4 2020.
and $18000 later, a back yard that is a mess after 3 large holes. The driveway has 3 6x2 holes the 1st even larger.
The first hole was filled and repaired pretty good. The other three look like a child did it with a sand shovel.
The driveway has chips and scrapes from the backhoe being dropped and black stains from the runners. On top of all this, another house on our neighbors street had a sewer problem, their contractor found a sewer line right on the street in front of our neighbor.
NONE of this was necessary. I saw an advertisement in the Home Mag that said Free Camera Inspection.
I called the number in the magazine and asked if they could inspect a problem corroded secondary line, but the gal wasn't sure if they could do a camera in a secondary line and she said she would check and call back, she never did. So I called their main number the next day, talked with a lady again, not sure if it was the same one, but she acted uncertain and said they don't use cameras in a secondary line? I asked if they repair and inspect clogged drains/lines, they do, but just don't use a camera? I contacted My Buddy the Plumber, and they do inspect with a small camera in the secondary line to determine if corrosion and if need repairs, replacement, or just cleaning.
I have a repair project that I'm perfectly willing to pay thousands to finally repair, you think they would have been interested. 24 Hour Rooter Connectionz needs to have better knowledgeable representatives answering their phones, she was maybe nice but seemed pretty clueless and of no help.
All they do is try and UPSALE you. We needed a drain line rooted out.
The plumber came and immediately said we needed a new drain. I explained it had been replaced a few years before.
Then he wanted to do a hydro jet cleaning and chemical for $1700. We told him we just wanted the line rooted out and had to explain, when he ARGUED with us, that we didn't want to invest that much money since we planned on ripping out all the plumbing to update the pipes.
He finally agreed to root out the line. We had to PREPAY before he would even start.
He rooted it out, said it didn't work and that we needed at least the $800 process. We again told him we just wanted it rooted out.
So he left. The line no longer drained (before it was a slow drain) and he left a pool of black sludge.
We were out $139. We called another plumber the next day who came and rooted it out and fixed it easily.
This was the worst experience we have ever had with a plumber. Friday night at 9 PM John from Connectionz came out and did an amazing job cleaning our drains.
We had planned on updating and getting a new water heater this summer and had not yet done so. Talking with John we got a great deal on replacing our water heater so we set up a time and like an idiot we pre-paid 100% for the new water heater.
The next monday we had the appointment and they came to replace the water heater. All was going well until the new guy they had sent out showed us a pipe that he had broken off and tried to get us to buy a new water softener.
We would like to get one but our finances will not allow that just now so we told him we just can't. From there he got very loud, and since my wife works from home on monday and is on the phone for her work.
he also made a huge mess all over our house and then he drained all the sediment from the old water heater right outside our front door. so piles of really dirty disgusting sediment tracked through the house as they were finishing the work.
Last but far from least he went over and turned our kitchen faucet on. the sediment from the job clogged our $250 faucet to the point we now have to replace it.
We could have disconnected the line right below the faucet and purged all the garbage into a bucket (which I did this morning before installing my new faucet) All in all I would call John any time to unclog a kitchen drain but never again will they do heating or real plumbing work in our home. The most UNPROFESSIONAL job I have ever seen in my life.
We called their company to fix some issues we had with our plumbing. We had some appointment issues at the beginning but from then on smooth sailing.
We would recommend Ben and his crew for any of your plumbing needs. They fixed all of the problems and were courteous and professional.
Thank you. TERRIBLE-worst experience ever! They lied to us.
Lied to the City. After the price was given to us they added taxes.
Didn't get the right permits. Left us without a working toilet for a weekend.
The salesman big big lier! They left a temporary pipe leaking raw sewage in a hole they dug. They left a 12ft long and 8 ft deep hole uncovered for weeks.
These guys did a liner from the house to the street and the city will not pass it off. The Rooter Connectionz will not give us the $21,500.00 back, so we can have it fixed.
Now we have to pay someone way more to fix all their mistake. NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!! Don't hire them! I have had Connectionz do major plumbing work in the past and decided they would be the best combination of reasonable pricing, quality and efficiency to replace my furnace and central air conditioner.
The day after reviewing my options, Alex, Ben, Brandon and Daniel were here. Though they experienced the delivery of a broken part, they took the extra 90 minutes to get a replacement part and stayed until 8pm, 5 hours later than planned to complete the job.
Regrettably, we have used this company on a couple projects. 1st of all, it's really difficult to get them to show up at your house.
They frequently have appointments and flake out and never show. This should be a clue to anyone that this is not a company to do business with.
Even after calling several times, you could get someone who is somewhat experienced, or a complete novice. Several "plumbers" have shown and needed to call the boss or management to figure out what to do.
The work varies in quality according to who shows. They didn't do things right and wouldn't stand by their work.
Rather shameful. You've been warned.
We are renting in SLC and were impressed to always have hot water. So when the water was freezing one morning, we knew something was wrong.
The water heater kept cycling on and off but wouldn't light. If it were a normally water heater I could've done something about it, but since it was a space-age top of the line water heater, I went to the Internet for help.
After a couple of futile searches, I realized I needed the help of professionals Troy with Connectionz Plumbing did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem we had with our water heater and then following up to make sure it was properly repaired. He worked with our busy schedules to find a time to stop by and worked hard to find the necessary part we needed to have a proper repair.
Even when we had it fixed, he followed up afterwards to make sure everything was still working. For a young married couple, it's great to know of a company with integrity for any of our future plumbing needs.
Criminal. That explains our experience with these guys.
Long story short. We are new homeowners, and know nothing about furnaces or A/Cs.
Well, our furnace wouldn't finalize its ignition. It happened for several days. These guys prey on people like me - people who are ignorant about problems with "scary" appliances.
Connectionz sent someone out the same day for a free service call (the reason they can afford free service calls becomes apparent later). Wow...apparently our furnace is on its last leg.
The inducer is bad, we need a new pressure switch, and a new flame sensor. $800 to fix it.
BUT, our furnace is so old, this would just be like putting a band-aid on a broken leg. The technician knows it is a lot of money, but it will save a whole lot of money over the long run if we just buy a new furnace.
$3400 to purchase and install. That's not all.
There are obvious signs of freon leaking from the A/C. And the A/C is so old and such a "low-quality" unit, the problem is only going to get worse.
He suggests that we need a new A/C unit as well. After all, its in "our" best interest.
$3050 for a new A/C. Oh, and they have a special going on if you buy a new A/C you can get a water softener system for just $200.
Oh, and they have to move the water heater with the install of the furnace - $250. That is a grand total of $7841.43 after tax.
Talk about a nice Christmas surprise. No wonder these guys can afford to do free service calls.
Did I mention that these technicians get a commission for all of this...that would be good to know. Well, the wife and I stress about this.
How are we going to come up with the money? Its December and we are trying to not take on a 2nd mortgage. But Connectionz is counting on schmucks like me to take their word for it.
After all, the technician was "very nice". Thank goodness there are actual good people in this world.
We find out a neighbor of ours used to own an HVAC company. He agrees to take a look at our system and give us a second opinion - an opinion that is not swayed by a commission.
He gives our unit a quick inspection. His exact words - "whoever these guys are, they're criminals." He then proceeds to walk me through every "concern" the technician had, noting how each and every one was a "load of crap." He pulls the flame sensor out, cleans it off, and replaces it back into the system - it took about 2 minutes.
Guess what!?!?!? The furnace started working again. The moral of the story.
Connectionz employs criminal tactics to scare ignorant consumers (like myself) into thinking the world is going to end if they don't spend $8000. What took two minutes and a simple wipe down of one small piece nearly cost me a small fortune.
I don't know if the other reviews are legitimate, but my guess is some people allowed the "Mr. Nice Guy" routine influence their ratings.
If the ratings were based on timeliness and friendliness, they would have gotten 5-stars. But the total experience teeters on criminal.
Shame on you Connectionz. Wow, I'm the first one to review this business?? Guess people out here don't yelp as much as us in the Bay Area! I made an appointment on Saturday for the following Tuesday and they were able to accommodate us.
Our rental property is in Tooele. That in itself has caused many people to either not come there to give us an estimates, charge a fee for time and gas to get there, or not showing up at all after making appointments.
This was not the case with Connectionz Plumbing. Troy came on time to the appointment, he was extremely friendly, courteous, and patient.
He took the time to look at everything and answered all our questions. For this particular job, it ended up being a problem with the roof, so there was nothing a plumber could do.
But it was a free estimate. However, we would definitely use their services in the future if we need it.
They are reliable, honest, and reasonable which seems to be very difficult to find here! In fact, they were the only plumber to come take a look. Sheesh They charged me $12,000 to burst and install a new 25 foot pipe.
They expected half up front and half after the job is complete. They came on Thursday, May 27 and dug a hole in my newly finished basement and put in the new pipe but because of the memorial day holiday weekend, they couldn't finalize the job until Tuesday, June 1.
A couple of days later, I felt like my downstairs toilet wasn't flushing as well as it did before. The guys showed up on the 27th and they told me they were here to cover my basement pipe and seal it with concrete.
I told them that I didn't feel like the new pipe was flowing how it should but they assured me it was installed correctly and they were just there to bury the pipes. I insisted that they camera the pipe to see if there was any blockage but they didn't have a camera so, decided to undo the couplings to see if they could see anything.
When they did, five days worth of sewage spilled out into my basement. The smell was...
well, you can imagine. They found that the pipe was resting on an old root causing the pipe to "belly".
They assured me that they would fix the issue. I needed to go to work so I left them to it.
When I got done, I found a heaping pile of sewage mud sitting on top of my new carpet! There was no plastic or anything separating sewage from the carpet we live with. Splatter marks and sewage hand prints were all over the surrounding walls.
I couldn't believe it! To my horror I found a sewage foot print path from the hole to the bathroom and up the stairs to outside. Because of their carelessness, my new carpet and parts of the carpet pad were ruined.
When I spoke to the company rep, Austin Avellar, and showed him the mess, he said in his professional experience, it wasn't that bad and a simple shampoo should do the trick. I told him I wanted him to replace the carpet and pad but he said, "I am not willing to give up our profit margin for you to get new carpet." I was astonished and not sure what to do.
I called a few disaster clean up crews and had them assess the damage and the same answer I got was, "According to the IICRC guidelines anything that comes in contact with this much sewage, needs to be replaced." I called Austin back to discuss my findings and he again said he wasn't going to replace anything but said he would call a disaster clean up company that they use and have them look at our basement. Belinda from Quick Restore came and told us it all needed to be replaced.
That day, Austin came out to measure our basement for new carpet, which I appreciated. On June 14th, my wife and I hadn't heard from the company when they would install carpet.
I called Austin and he said he would send a guy out on Wednesday, June 16. We had to clear out our basement and move my work office equipment.
Wednesday came and went without anyone showing up. We called Austin back and he said they wouldn't be able to make it until Monday, June 21st.
I was frustrated because I had to work away from my office on a laptop but were eager to get this finalized. Today is Monday, June 21 and I did not hear from anyone I called them and they said they will for sure have someone here on Wednesday, June 23.
My sweet family is living in a mess without half of our house to function in and without any idea when this will be resolved. I don't feel like I have been dealt with professionally nor do I feel like the services they have provided is worth $12,000.
I am happy to negotiate on the price but they aren't willing to "lose their profit margin" which makes sense. Yesterday, I got a call from the "owner" named John.
He acted like a credit shark and told me he would not install carpet until I gave him his money. I told him I would only give him the rest of the bill once carpet was installed to my satisfaction.
He called me a scammer and threatened to take me to court and swore at my wife which I didn't appreciate. do not hire connectionz! update-- the connectionz was hired to move a toilet drain, and ben put it in the wrong place.
he asked where i wanted it, i asked that he place the drain the "standard" distance from the wall for a regular, standard toilet. he put the drain far too close to the wall, which we only discovered after the bathroom floor was tiled and we tried to install the toilet.
google knows how far a toilet drain should be from the wall but this licensed professional plumber doesn't. unacceptable.
Beware of Connectionz Plumbing and Heating. They installed a Moen faucet, it had a lifetime warranty, the faucet developed a drip.
I called Connectionz and they sent a plumber. They didn't honor the warranty because the person (Jason) said it was his experience that it was caused by hard water and my water softener was not working.
That was nonsense because I had it checked by Superior Water and I don't have any hard water problems and the water softener is working fine. He spent all my time trying to sell me a new softener and recommended that I get a new water heater.
They charged me for his opinion without checking for the real reason of the drip. I still have the drip and less in my checking account for a sales pitch.
Stay away from this business. Complaint to the BBB is coming.
P.S. The plumber Jason said it would cost over $200 to fix, which is more than the faucet.
If you use this company and you have a flood because they don't do the work properly they will not help you. Check out their Better Business Bureau Rating of F with multiple complaints.
Check out how many 1 star ratings they have with issues just like mine. Do not do business with this company.
I had them install a water softener and tankless water heater. The water softener was not installed correctly and caused my home to flood.
They said they warranty the parts and labor for 12 years but it simply isn't true. I can prove faulty installation on their part without a shadow of a doubt and they still refuse to do anything.
I purchased the water softener on Aug 21st, 2020. Our home flooded on April 9th 2021.
I went to check and saw there was no hose attached to the overflow outlet on the water softener going into the drain. They came out and said water never overflows out of the overflow outlet but why is there an overflow outlet if it will never overflow? They connected a hose and ran it into the drain.
They also securely fastened another drain hose and said they believe that over time water pressure going through the existing drain hose caused it to come out of the drain and flood my home. Whether it flooded because they didn't have a hose from the overflow to the drain or whether it flooded because over time a hose came out of the drain either way that is a faulty installation on their part.
We pay professionals to do the installation specifically to avoid an issue like this. Accidents happen and people make mistakes but this company does not stand behind their work and does not honor their warranty or guarantees.
They tell you what you want to hear but it's just lip service and if there is an issue you will regret having had worked with this company because they aren't willing to do anything even if you can prove it is their mistake. When I realized I still owed over $1000 dollars I asked them to clear my balance owing so that I could put the money towards the flood damage repairs and they refused.
They aren't willing to help with any of the costs for damages from the flood that their faulty installation caused. Their warranty and guarantees are worthless.
If there is any problem they will simply refuse to do anything and you'll be on your own and out anything you have already paid them. This company is the BEST! We had an emergency and they were here immediately.
Every member of their staff were knowledgeable and courteous. We are very happy with their service and prices.
Connectionz changed my furnace and ac and I just love it! They also got me hooked up with the last water heater I will ever buy in this house!! Such a great company! I needed a new water heater, furnace, and AC and they gave me a great deal unlike all those other company's they had outrageous prices and I am glad that I went with them if you need and plumbing, HVAC work I would recommend them. Thank you so much Ben, Daniel, and Alex for coming out so it could get done no matter how late it got they did it.
Thanks a bunch Connectionz plumbing heating and air has an amazing set of guys! They may not be big but they moat definitely know what they are doing. They take their time to make sure they get it right and they are extremely good at doing so.
I love my new entire system! My equipment looks so sleek and works like a group of hall of fame football team. Flawlessly!!! I can't begin to express my gratitude to these wonderful guys, but i want to at least start by saying thank you guys!!!! I trust Daniel Jordan completely.
He is professional and stands by the work he does. He is fair in his prices and his work is above the rest by a long shot.
I do my extensive research, and I couldn't find a better company to work with in the quality of work they provided in both of my homes. Are you looking to avoid so many vendors that charge over the top rates? Vendors that do shoddy half donkey jobs and don't make it right? May I suggest you call Daniel Jordan now with Connectionz Plumbing and have him take care of you.
You will be thrilled with him! BE AWARE - It cost me $540 to have kitchen drain cleaned (see itemized charges below). The tech was a no-show on our first appointment on Thursday (I had taken time off work to be home during the appointment window) so had to reschedule for the next day (very frustrating).
The tech was nice enough, but in the end I feel like I got taken. The tech originally tried to snake the pipe but said I there was something hard that he was having a hard time getting through so thought that sludge buildup wasn't the problem, maybe a problem with the pipe.
He suggested using a camera to investigate (additional $90). After the camera inspection he said "I was wrong it was just sludge." Then he said that snaking it wouldn't clear the pipe because the sludge is like peanut butter and will just gum up again.
He said it needed to be hydrojetted but it would be $420. I wasn't in a position where I could wait to have someone else come and do the work so I told him to go ahead.
To my surprise, he charged me for everything he did even though the snake didn't work and the camera work he suggested confirmed he was incorrect. Below is the breakdown of my charges: $30 - snake drain (which didn't work) $90 - put camera down drain to determine he was wrong and it was just sludge buildup.
$420 - to hydrojet drain. The tech was at my house less than 90 minutes.
I have since called several other shops around town and have been quoted $260, $295, ad $325 to jet a drain (includes camera to inspect drain). Like I said the tech was nice and he was helpful with questions, but I feel like I paid an exorbitant amount for a drain to be cleaned and the tech was a no show for the first appointment.
Most service companies I have dealt with won't charge if they upsell you on a service if the first thing they tried didn't work. I wouldn't go so far as to say beware of this company, but I would say be aware.
If you need a drain cleaned, I would look elsewhere first and find out the pricing for hydtrojetting beforehand as I imagine most companies will try and upsell you on it. HOPEFULLY THIS REVIEW WILL HELP OTHERS WHO FIND THEMSELVES IN A SIMILAR POSITION.
We had our first appointment set up for Friday of last week. We were told they would be there between 3pm-5pm.
Just didn't show. We then got a phone call at 7:45pm stating they were on their way.
We had plans of course so we rescheduled for today. Was told our time frame would be 12pm-3pm.
My husband received 2 text messages stating they were on their way around 12:45pm. And then received a phone call at 1:00 saying the tech was 20-30 min out.
The tech finally showed up just before 3pm. He said we never text him back so he wasn't going to just drive out here.
I've never had to text a company back to say ok. And the message never stated to reply back.
Overall, it's a very unprofessional company that I would never pay a dime too. I live in SLC and sewer pipe failure is a sure thing in my neighborhood.
I called to be preventative. They found a little problem that could have been a big one later.
Problem fixed and pipes are lined. Good for my lifetime, which is all I could ask.
Workers friendly and explained all my questions. Good job.
I wasn't going to write this review, but after witnessing the actions of the young man in the black dodge truck i felt it neccessary. I watched a rooter connectionz truck pull up and two men get out they both walked down to another connectionz truck spoke to someone.
Both men started back to the first truck. One getting stuff out of the back, the other getting stuff out of the front.
The guy that got his stuff out of the front was visibly upset. Shortly after this the black dodge truck pulled up and two men got out and approached the man standing by the truck.
The driver of the black dodge started cussing the man standing by the connectionz truck. Telling him that he didn't give a f$#@ about him and that everyone at the company hated his guts.
And that there was no f$#%%$# way he was riding in one of there trucks. The guy stated the only reason the other guy was back at the company was because of someone named Ben.
The young guy from the black dodge then proceeded to tell the other man that someone named cortley was his supervisor and that if he didn't like it then he could f@$$%^& quit. If this action reflects the kind of professionalism this company has towards an employee it surely says alot about the treatment we can expect from them as a customer.
I tried to speak to the older man after the black truck left but he refused to comment about the altercation, Jason and Aaron were awesome to work with! They talked us through everything that was going on and were very personable. They came when they said they would, and fixed our problem! Definitely choose them over ESCO.
This company did a great job for us - they performed the services well and at a reasonable cost. As a bonus while performing the follow-up camera line service, the technician also inspected our water heater and let us know that those were also an issue (one water heater is 36 years old - what?!?!).
Having this knowledge put us in a position to be proactive. They were also able to work up an estimate for a package deal with all the services needed, which was much appreciated.
Ben and Jason were the technicians that helped us and they were super friendly and professional, and prompt in their arrivals. I would definitely recommend this company.
I had Connectionz come out to clear a couple drains and do some minor repairs. They diagnosed that I lacked a pressure reducing valve by how my pipes shook when the water was turned off.
It was a min
