This unit has an automatic shutoff if water is detected in drain pan. When we have very strong thunderstorms, the paper cover on the sensor will become wet and shut off the water.

I called to ask about this problem and they sent 2 plumbers who spent 15 minutes in the attic, told me there was no roof leak and charged me $86. This is after spending a lot of money with them over the years.

We've used Absolute to fix a leak, replace hot water heater and diagnose a leak. Being a female, knowing nothing about plumbing except to recognize where water shouldn't be, any company could have told me I need to do some expensive test and I would have said yes.

They did not take advantage of my lack of plumbing knowledge. Michael has been/is amazing and very knowledgeable.

Also, Deborah is very responsive, friendly and professional. You will not go wrong with this honest company with great customer service, which these days are few and far between.

I called Absolute plumbing after looking at their website, which touts a return phone call in thirty minutes. Well, it has been 5 days and still not phone call.

We needed a water heater replaced, so it was pretty urgent. We ended up going with Imperial Plumbing in Denton.

We had them install a new shower with wand. They had to add a long bar that was part of the new shower.

Michael did an outstanding job. We are now going to have them replace our hot water heaters.

Absolutely outstanding service!!!! Fantastic and prompt service. I've used them for years....very experienced professionals! It has been brought to my attention that someone using my name or Robbins Restorations, my company gave bad reviews to Absolute Plumbing.

I want to make it clear that we have had NO problems with Absolute, as a matter of fact Absolute Plumbing has been a premier plumber for me. I HIGHLY recommend them for your plumbing needs.

If anyone comes across a bad review FROM our company please pass it on to me...thanks. Showed up on time let me know the time frame and on top of that cleaned up after himself Awesome!!!!!! They came when I needed them, quickly diagnosed the problem, and only fixed what needed fixing.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this company to anyone. My experience started out good.

The lady that worked the scheduling was kind and intelligent, and the plumber actually did fix our issue. I had three problems: 1.

They charged me for 2 hours of work when they worked at most 1:20 minutes. That is $350 in just labor for a simple job and $115.50 more than I should have been charged.

2. The plumber didn't fill in the hole leaving me with liability and an unfinished job.

3. When I called the manager to talk it over, he was extremely combative (it was wild!) and disrespectful.

I told him that I had a duty/right (I'm such a good citizen lol) to tell the market my experience and then he said he would refund me $120, but that I would have to leave a good review in exchange. I told him that I couldn't do that (i'd be lying) and that I just wouldn't leave a review if he refunded me, and he refused.

So here I am telling YOU the customer, that you can do better. Support a local business that cares about their customers and does a job well done.

I've been in Flower Mound for over 25 years and know a lot of great local businesses. From my very recent experience this is NOT one of them.

I am hoping this changes for their future customers, and that my experience is the exception and not the rule. This is a follow up to service we received from Absolute Plumbing about 3 years ago.

We had two hot water heaters in our garage for our two story home. One unit started rattling and making crazy noises.

We called Absolute Plumbing and steeled ourselves for cost of replacing the probably broken hot water heater. The owner came out and agreed that it was broken.

He asked us if we were having any problems with running out of hot water during showers or daily use. We realized that we haven't had any problems, even with a household of 4.

He recommended that we just toss the broken water heater, live with the one good water heater and wait for prices on the fancy new water heaters to come down. He explained these units were getting more affordable.

He said the good unit could last months or years. Best scenario, it would last at least two more years.

Well... the lonely hot water heater is still holding up.

I'll be sure to call Absolute Plumbing when it goes out. Looking back on the service we received, they didn't land any big sales on a new unit that day but were looking out for our best interest.

You just don't see that often. ONLY THE BEST!!! we have had Absolute Plumbing at our home and my mothers home many times.

Had a minor leak between the water meter and house. Called in AM and Debra, who was very nice and personable, set me up with an appointment within two hrs.

JJ called me in about an hr and requested he take care of an emergency broken pipe for another customer first. No problem, extra stars for the call and for taking care of someone's emergency ASAP.

(Tells me they would do the same for me.) JJ called back an hr before he would arrive in the afternoon and was on time. Found my problem and advised me on the options to fix the leak.

He repaired my issue with efficiency, quality parts and at a reasonable cost. I would recommend Absolute to anyone needing plumbing work done.

By the time the first gentleman called back to tell me they would have to completely re plumb the entire water heater (mind you for a 4 in inline shutoff valve) Lewisville had already been out and replaced it! UPDATE: the owner called to explain (turns out he was the one I was talking to originally and didn't return the calls) I do appreciate him reaching out and as small business owner myself I do understand that trying to run a business and working at the same time, things sometimes get missed. Kudos for reaching out Mike.

Carlos was great! He promptly returned my call within 10 minutes of leaving a message. He fixed the problem right away and was friendly and professional.

Will definitely use him again! Used Absolute Plumbing for the first time this week after being recommended to me by a trusted source. I had a tub/shower spout replaced that was initially installed incorrectly by another company.

Steven did a great job coming up with a solution and fixing the problem at a very reasonable price. The two folks (one a trainee) both wore masks, were very pleasant, and prompt in arriving.

Setting up the appointment was a pleasure due to the friendliness, concern and follow up activities of the front office person. I wish I had known about this company years ago.

Such helpful,friendly people, from scheduling the appointment to the plumber arriving. Steve is wonderful and very quick with repairs and their pricing is extremely reasonable.

Absolute Plumbing worked in our home on a bathroom remodel that involved many steps and procedures. In every aspect of the job, they were very professional and a real pleasure to work with.

From the project bid to job completion, all work was done as scheduled, on time, and with a attitude of perfection. Town code inspections passed without any hitches.

He over estimated how much it would cost to complete the repair, so it was a pleasant surprise to have a lower bill than expected and also showed integrity. I would definitely recommend Absolute Plumbing.

GREAT! I can't recommend this company more highly. Their price of $207.75 was half what I expected to pay.

I had a leak in my water line at the connection to city water near the sidewalk. He dug out my water line outside the connection box, fixed the leak using quality parts, and was finished in less than an hour and a half.

They were able to help me the same day I called. The one guy who did the job was quick, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with.

I called Absolute this morning and was told they were booked up for the next 4 days straight. They were kind enough however to direct me to my town's website for a list of plumbers.

I had a sewer problem at my house in Flower Mound. The admin (Debra) was helpful and accommodating.

Their on-site plumbers were efficient and took the time to make sure I understood the problem. All they had to do was say such and such needed to be done and the job (and a major project) was theirs.

Instead they suggested I contact the town as one could make the case that it was their responsibility. On the way to meet a town rep (5:30pm) Debra was still in the office and took my call.

Fortunately Mike was there and he spent about 15 minutes helping me understand why it was possible to argue this issue was something the town should take care of in this case. With his coaching/explanation I was able to communicate well with the town rep.

The town rep said that it seemed the plumber (Absolute) was pretty knowledgeable and objective. After more testing the town rep informed me that they would do the job.

No money for Absolute but they did gain one raving fan. Also a little shout out to Jim Trump for recommending them to me in the first place! Rating is based on value.

The jury is out on the work actually done... I'll know more if problems recur in the next 6 months.

Absolute Plumbing took 3 trips and $630 to repair two toilets. They left the toilet of my master bath out of service over the weekend (said it was to avoid charging me overtime...

they came out on Friday afternoon and did not have the parts/time to finish the job before 5pm). Not sure how their prices compare to others, but the value for minor repairs (the stuff you can get from Lowe's) gave me "sticker shock".

Out of fairness and balance... no complaints as of 1 day post job on the quality of their work or the professionalism of their staff.

My overall recommendation... watch a you tube video and make a trip to Lowe's...

Debra is the lady who answers and schedules. What a dear!!! She is very good at asking the right questions, even gives me tips to help until they can come fix my problems, tries every time to schedule me and not inconvenience me with her needs.

Besides the work always being done well and timely, if she tells you that she'll try to get you in if someone cancels...... she actually calls and tries to see if I can take that time!!!! Last week, I had a disposal and kitchen sink issue.

Called and because of Thanksgiving cooking and tons of company at people's houses, plumbing problems were popping up!!! So I couldn't get our schedules to match. It was going to be a few days.

Then bingo!!!! Today, I get a call that they can come this afternoon if I'm home.... They showed up, installed a new disposal, cleared the drain, and fixed a couple of small problems ...

You pay before you get the invoice, once you have the invoice in small print on the bottom the invoice advises you only have 48 hours for warranty. It would have been more professional to explain this to a client ahead of time.
