As I was getting ready to leave I hear the sound of water gurgling as my neighbor ran her disposal. I ran over to the sink only to see the water backed up nearly to the top.
At this point I knew it was an emergency and I needed professional help. I happened to find A&A in Yelp and they did not disappoint.
Within 45 mins Alex had the drain apart and had cleared the clog. He also offered a synopsis of what the issue was and what the next steps are if it were to clog again.
I was impressed by the responsiveness, promptness and value offered by this company. If you need a plumber and you're in a bind, A&A is the team to call!! Alex came back out to our house to replace the entire pipe line from the house to the city line.
He was able to come out with his team on the weekend and replaced it in only a couple of days! Great service and price for such a big job, we really appreciate it! Update, they took a $900 deposit for a job booked a month out initially. I asked to be moved up and cancel within a 3-day prior to job.
To be told, the deposit is non-refundable. It was never stated non-refundable prior.
I would say ask questions upfront prior to giving a deposit. We had Alex install a water supply shutoff valve for our property.

Chose Alex for his no BS flat quote. He was prompt, courteous, efficient, and competitively priced.
He was also very informative; answered all my questions generously and patiently. We hired Alex to deal with a gas line issue we had in a very old home.
Other plumbing services struggled to respond quickly but A&A showed up quickly and was able to give us a fair estimate. Once hired, they were able to deal with a number of challenges throughout the project, showing creative thinking and effective cost management, that you need for larger jobs.

But he kept me appraised the entire time with photos and texts/calls. He even did a few things free of charge (not that people should expect plumbers to work for free), but Alex could tell how stressed out I was with the big expense for the project.

Highly recommend!! Good quality. Good pricing! I have a few issues - 1- I was told several times Alex would arrive at noon, and he came at three 2 - he came saying if I needed my pipes pressure washed, while my appointment was to change stems.
He didn't even know what he was showing up for. 3 - He came smelling of alcohol and looked like he was on medication.
I should have sent him away then. 4 - Once he changed the Stems, the pressure to the shower was much much less than what it was.
5 - When I mentioned the pressure was lower he got agressive and tried to bully me in my own bathroom, and also tell me my shower head was dirty and thats why. 6 - Alex took off the Shower Escutcheon on the wall and did not put them back.
7 - Alex took off the Chrome Sleeve to the handles and did not replace. 8 - Alex did not give me a receipt for the work.
9 - he left the top tile off the place where you get access to the mains open and did not clean up after himself 10 - My wife called him and I left him messages asking him to return and he did not get back to us. On the plus side he did fix the dripping faucet.
Would Not recommend, I will have to get a someone else to bring back the shower pressure and now I will pay twice. If this is backed by a Yelp guarantee, maybe I should look into using it.

I can't believe I got so lucky as to find this company. Contacted many companies via Yelp when the unit above ours had a pipe burst and leak into ours and most gave me very long exaggerated processes that would take at least a month and Alex was the first one to simplify exactly what had to be done, promised to have done in a few days, succeeded in that and gave an exact quote from the beginning that was very fair.

I had actually had them snaked from another plumber several times and Alex explained that was only a temporary solution. Alex asked me several questions about the services we had, what was happening and how our house was set up.

We detected a slab leak and Alex came out and tried to rectify the situation by finding an alternative to digging through the tiles. Sadly, after a few drywall cuts, and discovering it wasn't possible, he and William dug up the area.
They fixed the pipe that was leaking and closed up the hole all within a couple days. Pricing was very fair and his attitude (Alex) was always positive - which was appreciated.

Great experience! Resolved a problem we have been dealing with for quite some time in one visit. Highly recommend! On September 3, 2023 at 10:30PM I discovered a leak on my kitchen ceiling! The next day, LABOR DAY(!), Alex and William RESCUED ME!! I sent a note here on Yelp and Alex was at my home within 45 minutes and repaired the leaking hot water line in my ceiling!! Alex also provided related REPUTABLE businesses to repair the drywall and paint AND helped me with info to provide to my insurance company.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Fast service! Fair rates! Helpful and courteous! After I talked to the plumber I told him it was for the insurance and I need the invoice with his license number now he wants to charge me more for the license number and the next day he try to charge me more than what we agreed A couple months ago I sent out a couple messages to unclog our sink, they were the one of the first to respond! They came by to help us unclog our sink, turns out it was far deeper than we realized and a simple snake would do. He took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on and Alex actually went all the way back home to get the supplies he needed to basically power wash it all the way through to unclog it.
Like I said this was a couple months ago, and we haven't had any problems since! And after he even helped me locate where our pipes were (we live in a condo), he definitely didn't need to do it especially because it was already late, but we really appreciated it! Great customer service! Edit: Almost forgot to add, we ask everyone to take off their shoes when they enter and we also have shoe covers we give out, but they actually brought their own! Very well prepared. Alex and Ray were great! Ray came out on a Saturday evening to try to snake the clean out drain, but it was too clogged for the snake.
He and Alex came back first thing the next morning to hydro jet the clog and made short work of it. They will be my go to company whenever I need other plumbing services! We called late the Saturday before Easter when our water heater went out.

After we agrreed on a price, they were able to send someone out Easter Sunday to replace a union joint in a gas line in garage ceiling. The technician had a difficult time getting it to loosen up but he was very persistent and finally got it undone.
He had to go to home depot to get the correct size replacement piece but shortly after that he had it repaired and tested. I appreciate everything he did to fix the problem.
Submitted a request through Yelp and they responded late at night and had a tech out in the morning. They moved my water heater from our hallway to the garage and installed a storm drain.
William was our technician and he was really helpful and offered great solutions. He even found some other issues under our home which he was able to help fix.

Our tub and toilet backed up on a Saturday afternoon. I called A&A, and Alex told me he could be out the next morning by 7:00 AM.
Good to his word, he was early. Turns out every cast iron drain pipe in my 1950s house needed to be replaced (which, in my defense, I knew was going to happen sooner or later).
The whole job was done by Sunday evening with time to take a shower and do laundry for the job I was starting the next day. He and his crew must have put over 100 feet of new drain pipe in, under my house, in the 12 hours between Alex laying eyes on the job and being done.
Can you imagine trying to start a new job, and have two kids living in a house without functioning plumbing? I'll call Alex and A&A next time, but he did such a great job I may not have to. Alex gave a reasonable bid, came out the same day, and did a great job with installation.

He did fix the clog in quick time, but he charged $250 and left the kitchen floor muddy where he was working. I was ill and my husband was just out of the hospital so I agreed to the charge rather than shopping around, but it seemed unreasonably high for a simple inside the home clog.
