Charles Talbot Plumbing Services was recommended by a family member and now I owe him BIG time. Seth came in and did two separate jobs in less than three hours.

He has a focus on providing solutions to your problem / tasks with an eye on value. His analysis of the one task that was a problem-in-waiting was thorough and value focused.

He discussed options and the range of work that could be needed depending on what he found once the work started. Fortunately, our "fix" fell on the less expensive end of the scale.

Had it not, I felt he works with honesty and integrity and could have accepted a more costly solution if warranted. One other thing, the morning of our appointment he called and asked if it would be OK if he arrived a few hours late because he had a "no heat" client that needed emergency service and heat to their house on a very cold NEPA winter day.

Some might perceive that as a negative; I did not. Why? Because my work was not urgent and "no heat" certainly was.

A good call on his part yet he asked if it was OK. Oh yes, one other good thing about that approach is that I feel I would get the same level of responsiveness in a similar situation.

I would Stay far away from this company... One of The drivers hit our PARKED car in a parking lot several months ago in the middle of the day with myself and my pregnant wife inside of the parked car.

He and the owner were unable to provide us with valid proof of insurance. After my WIfe and I decided to go through insurance to repair the damages, he has yet to report the accident to his insurance company.

What kind of business owner would want to jeopardize their company over a little fender bender? If I was in the market for a plumber, there is absolutely no way I would trust this company anyway near my house. The owner, Trever Talbot does not know how to take responsibility for his own company's actions, even when his company is 100% at fault.

This is not how you run a successful business. Trevor arrived as promised at 2:00, we just moved to a house that had a water softener system and and R/O system.

He came by to check and see if the systems were even working or not? We'll it wasn't the news I hoped for! Both system were trashed and needed replacement. I wasn't ready for the sticker shock for the water softener, however I did have him replace the R/O system, he also replaced the R/O faucet, and hooked up the fridge.

He was done and out of there by 3:45. When I'm able to gather some money to replace the water softener, I'll make sure it'll be Talbot Plumbing.

Very satisfied with all the services provided by talbot plumbing. However I just didn't like how Trevor the owner tried to talk smack about my job while he was at my house a long time ago.

I felt like he was very condescending because he owned a plumbing company while I worked from home as a cartographer (map maker) at that time. Because of that me and my wife will just use other plumbers in our area.

They are amazing to work with. Their customer service is very responsive and helpful.

Plus, I can't say enough about the professionalism of their technicians. Trever Talbot the owner came out to give an estimate on our home of a complete misting system along with other upgrades to the home such as water softener, water dispenser by sink, and draining our water heater for free while he was here.

While we only purchased a drain unclogged for $45 which we thought was reasonable and well worth it, the misting system was a little pricey for our liking, but my wife loved the new kitchen faucet which is now touchless so they get 5 stars for the service was top notch, but the missing system seemed a little pricey and out of our price range. Safety rails in the shower are so helpful! We called Talbot Plumbing, and Trever came out to measure, recommend the best configuration to meet ADA guidelines, order and installed.

This company cannot be beat for friendly and reliable service with reasonable prices, but installing rails is beyond what I would have considered "plumbing." Really happy with the improved showers in this new construction home. Great job!! Trevor replaced our kitchen sink, new faucet and garbage disposal.

He did an excellent job! The counter had to be cut to accommodate the new sink. He also replaced old corroded shut-off valves and installed new lines.

Attempted to replace the toilet shut off valve on my own since the flooring in my bathroom was recently redone and it was leaking. Was unable to get the brass crimp ring off and was looking for a local plumber so I looked online and saw good reviews for Talbot Plumbing Services and decided to give them a try.

Talked to Trevor who was able to come out within a few hours to do the replacement so I wouldn't have to leave my water main shut off. There was a service charge but not anywhere near as much as what the other guys that come all the way from Phoenix try to charge.

Trevor Talbot came out to my house last October at the recommendation of my regular landscaper--they quickly and economically fixed my valves and sprinkler heads.

This week, I found myself with another water problem: the company that renovated our pool absolutely slaughtered our drip line. I called an irrigation repair company, but they couldn't get anyone out for almost two weeks just for the estimate; the work itself would be weeks (months?) after that!! At a loss, I called Talbot, which sent Cameron and Alex out, and they quickly sized up the situation as a landscaping issue, and therefore beyond the plumbing scope.

We need the pool reno company to come back and fix their damage (we also need/want a whole landscaping/irrigation overhaul). Still, Cameron dug up the damaged line, identified and marked the observable leaks, documented the damage and his professional opinion of its cause, and gave me an invoice (with photos) that will help me to get the original company to fix its mess.

Marty put in a 'header' and installed aa extra-large thru-wall dog door. The wall in which the dog door was installed is block, with 2 X 4 firing on both sides.

The door kit was not able to accommodate the unusual wall thickness, so Marty came with an excellent work around! Needed a simple fix on a ceiling fan that we probably could've done ourselves but would've taken a lot more time and stress.
