Out of five requests they were the only one to come when I needed without an emergency fee. They were able to quickly diagnose my issue via picture and video and give me an estimate.

Denys was very good at explaining what was going on and suggested what he thought was appropriate, pricing was competitive. It's now 2100 as I'm writing this and he's still working but finishing up.

It looks amazing and would recommend this company and they've earned my business. Great services.

Dennis helped me to install the 6 stage osmosis system and told me my order missing parts which can cause the leaking. Thanks for your services and advices Had to replace my shutoff valve because it was leaking.

Unfortunately due me installing it badly, leaked to the lower floor and had to turn off the water to the home. Mind you, this was on a Saturday evening.

Denys from FPP was quick to respond on Sunday and was at my place within 1h! He was able to diagnose and remediate the problem within another hour. He gave me a rundown of why it leaked, showed me the misinstalled part and educated me on how to properly install it.

Did I mention his fees were incredibly competitive! Will definitely be calling him again if plumbing issues arise! Great service. They are now my go to plumber.
