We have a confirmed leak by another plumber, However, when Cody from Knights plumbing came he was in my house for no more than five minutes, and said there was a animal living in my wall.

He said it was urine, and that we needed to pay him $298 for coming out. We confirmed with ABC that there weren't any animals, and that it was water because there was no smell.

I knew he wasn't honest and was trying to run a game on my wife because I wasn't there. There was no way he could have seen anything from my attic, because the attic is above my game room upstairs.

At no point during the scheduling did anyone say that there was a visit fee. Which i have no problem paying, but I am not crazy, and when Cody called me he said the price, and i told him i needed to contact the home office.

He then said he would be the one to call the office with a.horriblen attitude. He asked me If he was supposed to work for free.

Then he hung up in my face. Maybe he was having a bad day, and was tired, but i shouldn't have to be the victim of that.

I'm not saying the company is crooked by no means, but Cody is. They were quick and efficient.

However, $252 to unclog a tub that took him 10 minutes is ridiculous. I was charged $125 for labor, $65 for the trip, and $60 for the actual snake.
