I can't speak to this because I didn't hire Keefe to drive, nor have I see him drive.

But I witnessed the quality of his work and my interactions with him during this process, and he was fantastic in all aspects. I hired Keefe to install a gas line in my fireplace.

Actually he had to move an existing line for a log starter that was in the wrong place for a gas insert. Not only is the externally visible piping less conspicuous than the original pipe he replaced, but he did a surprisingly good job patching the hole for the old pipe.

He went out of his way to avoid making a mess inside my house and did a great job cleaning up. While it seems unlikely I'll need another gas line plumber anytime soon, I would not hesitate to hire him again.

5 stars! We recently installed a fireplace insert and Keefe came out to install the gas line. Keefe came out on a week-end to give us an estimate for the job.

Keefe spent time with us explaining the work that would be needed and answering all of our questions. He came back out within a week to complete the job.

The new gas line and the hole that he drilled through the brick was very neat and professionally done. We were very happy with Keefe's work and would not hesitate to use him again on future projects or recommend him to friends and family.

We had Keefe come out and give us an estimate for plumbing work for our gas insert installation. He finished up the work this week and did an excellent job at running the new gas line.

He came highly recommended from our gas insert supplier; and after having completed the work I can see why. He was super informative, patient and explained everything he was doing.

He also took the time to clean up some of the sloppy work that the plumber who sub-contracted on our house remodel had done. He didn't have to do it, but he did it at no charge, and I'm glad he did as it freed up some valuable space for us.

His quote was spot on, cleaned up, showed up and finished on time. I also checked out his work under the house (per his request), and it's very "clean"; looks professional.

I was out driving today and the driver of their company truck was making inappropriate hand gestures at my child in the backseat of my car. This is highly unprofessional and this company will not be getting any of my business.

Keefe installed the gas line for our fireplace. He was professional and knowledgeable and did a terrific job.

foot home in Santa Clara. The most impressive thing was that Jason (owners son) had an entire crew (about 8 guys) finish the job in ONE day! Yes! 10-13 years ago, we hired Pyramid Plumbing to re-pipe our 2,000 sq ft home with copper (a job that a friend of mine had done in her 1,400 sq ft home, and it took a week).

A huge crew of at least 8 guys arrived early in the morning, and they finished the entire job by 3pm in the afternoon! Fast forward to this week.... We found a leak.

I called, and Willie and his crew showed up this morning at 7:30 on the dot... He found the source of the leak was the upstairs shower on/off handle.

He repaired it, and advised me that the style of valve is very old, and that it will eventually wear out again, so we will need to replace it. In addition we will need to re-sheetrock the wall that the tile is on, because the leak has caused the sheetrock to deteriorate.

He said that when we repair/replace the tile and sheetrock to call them and that they will replace the valve. He and 3 guys were at my home for 45 minutes...

got my water back on, and cleaned-up after themselves! To top it off, they didn't charge me a dime! He said, and I quote, "We'll take care of you". I would highly recommend Pyramid Plumbing to anyone! We remodeled our home in 2011.

Pyramid plumbing was the subcontractor who did all the plumbing work to build our new home. The General Contractor went of out business soon after completing the project as most businesses nowadays are facing difficulties to survive in this economy.

Several months later, we discovered a problem in the master shower. Willie responded to our request for help and solved the problem without charging me.
