Our leak was a backup that needed to be flushed out. Our call went from 10:30 review as what was to be done, the flush done and on his way before 12:00 noon.

The fee for the hour plus was $450. Was told they charge by type of job.

This was our second time calling, will not be a third. I d not live in CA, but Greensboro I called and spoke to someone and asked to have a dishwasher installed.

I asked approximately what that may cost and was told around $275-$300. Why doesn't the person answering the phone know the upfront cost? Austin arrived on time and advised of their upfront cost to install a dishwasher.

$698 to install a $500 dishwasher is beyond ridiculous. Yes I paid because I didn't want any further delays with the project.

I am a repeat customer but I will not again We called them last week to fix our backed up bathroom pipes. They were prompt, but that's where it ends.

Austin charged us $700 to "fix" the problem. Not sure what he did, but when asked if he "snaked" the lines, he said no, that would be $400 extra.

Still have same problem. When taking a shower, the water still backs up in the commode.

E-mailed Sonia about the problem. Have had no response.

Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Another well rated plumber set to do my 3 jobs for $1250 but his daughter brought Delta Covid home from school and he caught it, another declined the job because his guys refused to get vaccinated.

Fully vaxxed Martin Bradley charges hourly plus parts which could be a problem if they work slow, helpful office gave me an estimate of 3-4 hours and scheduled for later in the week then said there was a chance a crew could come that afternoon which they did. Hard, efficient workers tried a shortcut to save $ which didn't work out and spent 15 extra minutes to fix, 3 hours total but only charged for 2 1/2 hrs - total $783.

Outstanding. Won't call another.

Igniter broke on our gas Rheem hot water heater. They came out the same day and figured out the problem and ordered parts from Rheem.

Parts came the next day and they came out again same day. Parts were wrong so had to be reordered.

No charge for second call. Finally got the right parts and they came out third time.

1\2 charge for third visit. Everyone from Barbara in the office to all the guys at my house were friendly, responsive and accommodating.

He was low bid on the hot water heater by quite a bit and did the disposal and faucet less than Home Depot. He was prompt and very professional.

He came the next day to install the disposal and repair the faucet. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job big or small.

He had everything organized and had Brian replace the broken toilet tank first thing Saturday morning.
