I appreciated Jerry's professionalism and excellent customer skills. We usually use another plumbing company in Morgan Hill but they were not doing home service due to Covid, so we had to look for another plumber and decided to try Thomas plumbing -Morgan Hill.

First time experience and it was a very poor quality service. Took 2 trips and 4 phone calls for the work to be properly completed.

I purchased a faucet for my parents house, and contacted Thomas plumbing -Morgen Hill, to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Their technician came in at 1:31 pm, installed the new faucet , texted me at 2:46pm that he was done.

And we were sent a bill for $296. I went over my parents and saw the faucet was loosely installed , water leaking down into the vanity drawers and under the sink.

I called Thomas plumbing to report the leak issue and requested fix. I was put through Dave, who appeared to be the owner .

he denied any workmanship issue then accused me of trying not to pay. I send him video and pictures, of the loose faucet handles and water under sink.

Then called Dave back on to follow up, he agreed to sent the technician back to fix it. This was while no apologies made or empathy for the inconvenience.

After they corrected the faucet and when I went there to pay, I asked for a breakdown of charges . They stated $296 was for 2 hours of labor.

I informed them that their technician was there for a total 1&1/2 hr . They referred me to Dave.

So I Called Dave the next day, I told him that my parents are elderly and on fixed income so I want to make sure they pay a fair charge. Dave insisted that we must pay for 2 hours despite proof i had via Ring camera and technician time of text.

Dave said that tech spent 2 hours and part of it was the paperwork he was doing while in his truck. I agreed to pay the due bill but I won't do business with them again.

Thomas plumbing Morgan Hill is poor workmanship Quality, poor customer service, and were dishonest about the charges. Had them come and clear a clog at my home in Sunnyvale that another rooter company could not handle.

Turned out it was a root about 109 ft down the line from the roof vent. The not so Elite Rooter company didn't even have snakes long enough to do it.

Thomas is much more than just a rooter company they are actual plumbers. My plumber was named Dean and he went above and beyond working this out and cutting out the root with a special head.

I am very impressed with this company and felt that way after talking to the owner Dave on the phone. I'm going to have them install an exterior clean out which older houses sometimes don't have.

Once that is in, Future cutting of that root will be even easier because they will be able to use a larger diameter cutting head on the snake. Going forward this will be my plumber of choice! Update Had them install the clean out.

Jerry did the work and did an amazing job working well after dark to make sure it was done right. Great work ethic by this company.

Fantastic same day service on a weekend! I live in Morgan Hill and I called about an issue within my toilet tank and a back up. In under two hours I had someone out to my home and the repair complete.

My air conditioner went out suddenly, early afternoon yesterday. The company who put in my system, Valley Heating & Cooling could not get me in for three weeks, July 13! I never thought to get somebody local so I started making calls via Yelp.

I made some 10 calls, most companies had the same 2-3 wk wait while anothers didn't answer their phone at all. The HVAC person they hired recently is Gary, he was SO professional, polite, clean and honest.

Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink.

He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home.

Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove.

On Valentine's Day I discovered a big leak under my kitchen sink. With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired today! After calling 2 other plumbers unsuccessfully, Thomas came to my rescue that afternoon.

Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet. While I went to Home Depot to buy one he removed the leaking faucet and was ready to quickly install the new one.

Had a really bad sewer smell in my attic by the bathroom and the sewer valve was broken and rusted . I called accurate plumbing.

Honest , reasonable, reliable , humble and professional workers . Got my sewer valve fixed new piping and they also fixed another issue which the tub that was no to code .

Price was reasonable. They also found another issue that I saw that will have to be fixed and glad they found it before major problems will arise and will be returning.

So happy with them unlike other plumbing businesses charge big hourly rate but accurate plumbing they charged a flat quote . Looking forward with them for next plumbing project .

We only use union plumbers. Water is something you do not mess with as a homeowner IMHO.

My troubles began early Tuesday morning, smelling something horrible, seeing that my basement was flooded only to discover that my sump motor was broken and coincidentally, our soil stack was backed up. Yep, when we flushed our toilets the water came up thru our floor drains as it was seeping up thru the drain tiles.

ugh. The sump was with basement system and they got to us eventually to replace the motor- but they told us our soil stack needed rodding.

Great almost 5p and our neighborhood union plumber was booked till Thursday- no emergency service?! AND wouldn't recommend anyone!!! Not got back to FettesLoveSieben... Anyway, I log onto the plumber council sites and quickly found ACCURATE Plumbing.

Called them, got Walter who assured me someone will be there no matter the time tonight and sure enough Jeff called and was on his way. 30 mins later- Jeff was hard at work rodding all the way to the main line and the water went down and we are back to flushing.

Ultimately we hired a management group and they brought in their own people. One plumber they got straight off the boat caused a backup in my unit.

Water is very unforgiving, you want to hire excellent people to do your plumbing work. I have had Accurate do nearly all of my plumbing work in my condo.

Never experienced any issues due to one of their installations. This morning I called at 9 am to get a faucet installed that I purchased.

Walt came over within an hour and the job was completed before noon. It was a centerset bathroom fixture with a pop up drain.

Walt even went the extra step of making sure that the old caulk and gunk was cleaned off the vanity top---it looked factory new when he got done. Jobsite was left cleaned and the old fixture and debris was removed.

He made certain to give me the paperwork from the installation to keep for my records and to contact Moen to register my product. Accurate has been around for at least 25 years that I know of.

A gas pipe roughed into a faucet? Impossible. These are separately derived systems by code and the color of the pipe and threading arrangement is dissimilar.

Water doesn't flow from gas pipes. Furthermore installing a faucet doesn't necessitate opening a wall under most circumstances.

If you need expertise and the peace of mind of having your plumbing jobs done correctly, these are the people that you call. Not long after moving into a new home, we had water bubbling into the walls, through the door frame, and down the hallway upstairs.

Accurate correctly diagnosed over the phone that it was an A/C condensation pipe that was causing it. They were then able to schedule someone to come find the root cause much sooner than other plumbers.

(Turns out a Freedom Heating & Cooling tech inadvertently kicked a pipe loose while rummaging through the attic to fix our busted A/C a few days prior). Problem solved, and Walt at Accurate hooked us up with Chicago Water and Fire Restoration, who did a fantastic job repairing the affected areas.

Then another call to Accurate a month later for two leaky sinks. Fast, friendly, very informative.

Then again a few months after that for a hyperactive sump pump. Turns out our mechanical room is filled with things not up to code that the home inspector didn't catch.

Like PVC encased in a tonne of concrete. Walt and his associate worked in the cold rain for several hours, installing a backup sump pump, and performing forensics to demystify our Frankenplumbing.

Once done he was patient enough to explain everything in lay-terms, made sure I knew what to watch out for in the future, made suggestions for a home generator to power the sump pumps, and provided low-cost options for later plumbing renovations. Perhaps the one-star reviewers got the B-team? Or maybe Accurate changed chefs at some point? Whatever.

Based on my experience, I can recommend without hesitation. Horrible, I had a leak on my bath tub faucet.

A plumber came and said he had tools to fix it in his truck. Didn' t know until time past and the water pressure was so bad, I got several quotes from plumbers and they were horrified and told me that Gas Pipes were screwed in my faucet.

This is not up to code and now I have to pay a lot of money to get this fixed. Very unprofessional.

Project ultimately got complete, but plumbers lack of knowledge cost me a lot of time....and since they charged for a return trip that could've been prevented, they also cost me money. Accurate Plumbing is the best! We moved into a new building and had a ton of plumbing problems.
