I submitted a request for emergency service on a Saturday morning and got a prompt response. Joe was extremely thorough and helpful, and resolved our issue.

I'll definitely reach out to Cassidy again the next time I have a plumbing issue! Cassidy was responsive and prompt. But that's where the good news ended.

They tried to charge me almost $400 to snake a toilet and convince me that the doubling of the traditional $200 rate I've paid my entire life to snake a toilet was merely the current "market rate" in Westchester and that I would not find anyone who could beat their price. I sent them on their way, and the next plumber I called snaked the toilet an hour later and charged me $200...

We recently had a new toilet and bidet seat installed. The young men removed the old toilet very neatly and efficiently.

They found the existing gasket under the toilet base needed to be replaced and took care of that. They also found that the cold water hookup had some evidence of rusting and did not line up well with the new toilet.

In order to install a new line they needed to open a small access point in the ceiling of the boiler room. Once this was done, they patched the ceiling.

They did a beautiful installation and showed us how the bidet functioned. The work area was spotless when they were done and they removed all of the packaging and debris.

Both young men were friendly and professional. I was very comfortable having them in my house and would not hesitate to have them back to do other projects!! I certainly feel we got our money's worth in the excellent work they did.

We had to call CP&H three times in as many weeks for different issues in our house: leak under bathroom sink, changing of anodes in old hot water heater, and finally installation of a new hot water heater! The office staff at Cassidy are very responsive, pleasant and patient. One spent at least 10 minutes explaining/advising me what to do re the water heater as I had several questions.

They also gave us a break in price on the new heater due to the recently installed anodes in the old one. The plumbers themselves were engaging and produced neat work.

Their clean up of the job was also very much appreciated. After all was done, we felt pleased that we had found a family based company that obviously cares about doing a good job and its reputation and not about ripping off the public! We have relied on Cassidy Plumbing for over 15 years now, from a new hot water tank to replacement of leaking pipes, and installing kitchen and bathroom fixtures - they are responsive in an emergency and every employee who has been to our home has been professional, courteous, and knowledgeable.

Bernadette was so patient with me. I needed to go through my home warranty company.

She took down all of the information she needed and requested photos of the heater, boiler, etc so she could communicate the issue to the plumber who was busy with other appointments. I received a call back within the hour and met Pat (owner) shortly after that.

Pat was equally as helpful and nice. He was able to come to the house that afternoon.

We worked out the home warranty process together and were able to get the work scheduled for the following morning. Cassidy Plumbing was prompt, clean, and addressed any questions we had with us.

What a great and honest business man is Mr Cassidy. I called after hours, got a person on the phone who then forwarded my name and number to Mr Cassidy who helped me right on the phone in resolving my biggest problem, water in my basement.

This is the man to call if you need plumbing service. Wow, what can I say about Cassidy? Only great things.

Firstly, I called after hours and instead of an answer phone, I spoke with an answering service. (Can't remember the last time that occurred) Next morning, early before I left for work, I receive a call.

I was told I could have my leak looked at the same day, with a 4 hour window, and would receive a call before they arrived. All that went smooth.

My problem was assessed, and out to the store I went to purchase a faucet of my liking. Same process for the reschedule (two days later).
