They came out same day and diagnosed a really tough situation. They got the water working with a temporary fix until I could schedule the major repair.

The guys were so friendly and the charge was fair These guys are so responsive and caring. I miss Franz altho my latest plumber Louis was kind and seemed knowledgeable and i felt he provided above the line service.

I call these guys with the weirdest problems and they try hard to figure things out...one way or another. They seem expensive but when you call a plumber, there's not usually time to price check so I really can't say whether they are competitive or not.

But I appreciate how Michelle tries to get prompt service and she's so dang pleasant on the phone. Louis from Aussie plumber was fabulous! He's very professional and the quality of service he provided was outstanding.

He replaced a hose bib and was here for my water softener that was under warranty. He was very honest in the assessment of the water softener and told me that it needed to be replaced.

I highly recommend Aussie Plumber and Louis for the response time in taking care of my problem. Forget the rest, call The Aussie Plumber! I had a huge problem caused by a water leak in my kitchen.

The first plumbers tried to rip me off, then called the restoration company who did incredible damage. I called in the Aussie Plumber...

and you should too. Franz, came to my home, and first pointed out the cracked vent stack (allowing sewer gas to come into my kitchen.

The Restoration Company, using an unlicensed Plumber missed it. They would have just walled it back up, and left it to happen again.

The Aussie Plumber, had to tear up some of the concrete floor, change the pipe and pour new concrete. Then the restoration company also broke the supply line to my refrigerator, put a cup on the floor to catch water, never said anything and left.

By the time I found it, the cup had of course overflowed, drywall damaged, floor warped, and more. The Aussie Plumber....

again, first explained why it was not good to have a fitting like the other company installed in my wall, talked about alternatives, and finally ran a long flexible tube up the wall, through the ceiling and down to the sink connection and replaced the valves. Now when the refrigerator is moved out for cleaning or other needs, the tube is in the open and long enough to prevent damage again.

If that wasn't enough, they had a finance plan to make it easier to pay for with 0% for a year! They might not have been the cheapest, but they were fair and solved the problem. Shortly after, I had another problem (which I will leave for good taste) and because it was the weekend, I called a different Plumber who said the problem was likely caused by the work of the Aussie Plumber.

I called them and Franz came back. He went on my roof, used a camera in the vent stack to find the problem, then fixed it.

(It was not their fault or related to past work) On top of everything, he charged nothing for the extra visit or the work needed! Enough said... Like I said at the beginning, call the Aussie Plumber and forget the rest! That certainly is my plan.

James and the whole team are phenomenal, very personable. I wanted a water softener installed, both me and my husband like anyone had a lot of questions and concerns.

My husband was concerned on the quality of soft water in general and had terrible experiences with that in the past elsewhere. James and Troy came out and delivered like no other, made sure to accommodate our preferences and needs with the water softener, explained the process thoroughly and answered all our questions, checked our water vitals, and broke down the science of it all.

Which is something me and my husband really appreciate as both people in STEM fields. No other plumber has been this thorough with explaining the process and would often left us wondering in the dark to where we'd have to Google for more info.

Not with James and Troy! They also took their time at the first consultation at no charge and also checked our toilets! Transparency is there with these folks and James explained the differences and pros/cons between a water conditioner vs a water softener, they do not try to upsell like other places may. The prices are competitive and more affordable than other places I've seen especially for a water softener.

Plus they offered us a discount on the water softener and a payment plan. Different options were offered for each package plan and we never felt pressured to purchase extras in the plan.

Michelle at the office has been great with setting all this up too and she is easy to reach through just a text away and offered to do a phone call when I had questions on the payment plan. Troy came out to install the softener and it's been working well and it has been a game changer for my skin and hair.

My husband definitely is also happier with the quality of the soft water compared to his experiences in the past with other softeners. From start to finish the company was professional and pleasant.

Cameron came out and replaced a vent pipe and was super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. A bit on the pricey side for the repair, but I will absolutely use them again.

Would highly recommend!!!! Our 30 gallon water heater went out last Tuesday May 16th, 2023. I called The Aussie Plumber after hours that same day and was told someone would arrive between between the hours of 8:00 AM-12:00 PM on Wednesday, the next day.

I received a call from Franz the next morning and he arrived before 8:00 AM (prompt service). Franz was very professional and had us a new 40 gallon water heater installed in about 4 hours.

The area of work was in a utility closet that also housed the air handler-furnace unit. Needless to say the work space was tight.

Franz also replaced the old shut off valves with new quarter turns. I so appreciate the speedy response and Franz excellent talent as a plumber.

Afterwards he replaced a leaky faucet on the backside of our house. If you have any plumbing needs (big or small) highly consider The Aussie Plumber.

The Aussie plumber answered quickly and got me in the same day. They had to move me to a little later that day so I rescheduled to 8-10 am a different day.

Louis called me at 7:30 and told me he'd be here at 8. Arrived promptly, put on booties and got to work.

The plumbing issue was a simple fix- the air gap hose had failed. He fixed it, was friendly, efficient, informative and very nice to my dog.
