I called Stellar on Labor Day and made an appointment for the next. Brandon was our tech, a very respectful young man.

He explained what was wrong with the heater and it needed to be replaced. We were hesitant to do anything at first.

But we found that the water heater could not be repaired and had to be replaced. We made an appointment and Brandon returned ready to work.

He was punctual and very professional. My husband was happy with the services he provided.

We would highly recommend this company. P Royster My previously installed hot water heater (manufacturer date was 2020 on the unit) it went out as it was leaking all over my garage.

I called Stellar Home Services (the phone number on the unit & the company who installed it originally) and they informed me that it was under warranty and he proceeded to walk me through turning the water off, also had me text a few current pictures of the unit and advised me that they would get a crew over the following day to install a new hot water unit for me. The following morning I sent a text asking if we had a time frame for the new unit to be installed.

I received a text back advising that the crew would be there around 11:00 a.m. 3 guys showed up with the new water heater and advised me it would take about 40 minutes to install.

When they were done they knocked on my garage door and advised me that it would be $650. My jaw dropped and I asked for what It was under warranty.

(Stupid me believe that under warranty meant it was covered) No mention of any costs at all over the phone to me when I called the previous day. They inform me it's a $150 exchange unit fee for the hot water heater and $500 for labor.

They did take $100 off, but I was so dumbfounded as to why I was not informed up front. THIS IS NOT GOOD SERVICE AT ALL! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN, JUST FOR THE REASON THAT THEY DECEIVED ME AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF ME.

Run away from this company! If you let them into your house, they will lie and they will bring water restoration company without telling you to try scam you thousands of dollars for unnecessary "water damage restoration". My tenant happens to be a general contractor who told me there is no water damage restoration needs to be done.

They told my home warranty company (Oneguard) that a 13 year old water heater broke "due to high water pressure, not normal wear and tear", resulting in the denial of my claim for water heater replacement. They lied in their report to the home warranty company that my rental house does not have a pressure reducing valve (A plumber went to my rental house today told me there is a 1' pressure reducing valve).

They then tried to lure me to use them to replace the water heater and install a pressure reducing valve. When I asked Paul what is the evidence to say the 13 year old water heater leaking is due to higher water pressure, he denied saying that but refused to call OneGuard to clarify.

Extremely unethical company and will do anything to get your money! Had my water Heater go out ... and they (Paul Eastman) came out early the next day .

They were fast , had a replacement done in less than an hour .. very impressed with their work and cleanup .

Alonzo and his team were killer and fast. We had a hot water heater with a bad valve and they replaced the valve quickly and efficiently.

Realy appreciate the quick service and knowledge. I do not recommend Stellar for any services.

My home warranty company sent them out to replace a hot water heater. My home warranty doesn't cover the new pipe fitting or the plastic pan that sits under the water tank.

Stellar charge me $400 for these parts and stated they wont install the tank unless I also do new fittings/valves. $120 of that amount was for a plastic pan that I could have purchased for $20 at Home Depot.

Exorbitant markups. They were on site for only 40 minutes.

I was charged $400 for pipe fittings, $75 service call fee, my home warranty covered the other $600 for the tank itself. They packed up to leave and I noticed they neglected to install one of the PCV pipe fittings.

I pointed this error out and he sloppily installed it. I was lied to by their representatives.

I was told that I would be charged $150 up front for installation of a faucet, but would be reimbursed by my home warranty company because it was a warranty claim. That turned out not to be true.

I called the main office and not only was I not offered a refund, a partial credit, an apology, but I didn't even get acknowledgement of misinformation. All any of their representatives did was blame someone else.

The installer blamed the initial claim inspector, the operator blamed the warranty company. I do not recommend this company.

These guys are great. Needed a new water heater (they installed the old one in 2009).

Called them and they came out and installed a new 50 gal electric including new hookups and a drip pan ... Paul is awesome and we have been calling him for plumbing issues for years.

I would highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs. Recently One Guard Warranty referred Stellar after I opened a claim for water heater, the tech, Shelby, showed up for less than 5 mins without performing a thorough diagnostic and said my PSI was too high and left in a hurry.

What the heck does this mean??? This was the worse $69 service fees I ever spent! Regardless to say, One guard had to send a second contractor out to my home, who took his time to review the issues. Stellar came out and said that they needed to turn off the water to the house. My son was taking a shower and I asked if they could wait 15 minutes, but they said they would not wait or reschedule.

They said I need to pay and additional service fee to reschedule to fix the leak. Not what I consider good customer service.

I had a leak in my tub and kitchen sink. The service man was polite & did amazing job.

They were timely & I would highly recommend them to friends & family. I have had Stellar Services out multiple times through my home warranty.

For things like my toilet or sinks. They have been friendly, reliable and down good work every time.

I have used them outside of the warranty service as well to install a new toilet in my home. Next up- new faucets.

What's great is the Plummer is always willing to guide me on what I will need and makes sure you are satisfied with their work. I have found my go-to for anything plumbing and plan on seeing what else they can do in the future for me.

Beware! Stellar was sent to my home by my home warranty company OneGuard, for a leak in a pipe. When they showed up they did't have the proper equipment to complete the job leaving me to reschedule another 4 hour window out of my workday to wait for them.

After the pipe was replaced, they damaged two valves in the process and now I have leaking in two additional areas that I am told will cost an additional $350 each to fix. I've made several attempts to contact them, texted Matt and asked him to have Paul call me.

That was over a week ago and here I sit, with two leaks that I didn't have before they got here. Poor.

Just bad business. Stellar Home Services was contracted by Oneguard to remove and replace (R&R) a Moen 1222 valve cartridge that malfunctioned which did not allow the shutoff of water to our shower.

We had to shut off the main valve that allowed the flow of water to the whole house. Removing the valve cartridge is a simple procedure but it was stuck in its housing and I did not want to risk damaging the pipes behind the wall by pulling too vigorously on it.

There is a special tool to remove this cartridge and I didn't have it. I called Stellar and asked them if they could possibly come out and to R&R the valve and they responded within one hour! Juan and Mike arrived and were very professional and courteous.

The job was completed within 15 minutes. When they were done, Juan asked if we had any other questions, even unrelated ones, on any issues we had relative to plumbing.

They gave us some valuable advice. I want to thank Juan and Mike for an outstanding experience.

I'm not sure why there have been other negative reviews pointed at Stellar but from my experience with them, they are top notch and deserve kudos for a job well done. If you are a customer of One Guard Home Warranty do NOT let this company in your home.

They will not fix what's wrong and they won't help you figure it out. Melissa and her team were professional and also hilarious with great communication skills.

They quickly explained what was going on and made sure to ask if any loud noise would bother our 9-month old son before they did anything. They did everything including cleaning up the messes they made which I appreciate greatly.

If I had a 0 rating to choose I would push 0 I missed 3 days work waiting for the plumber to show up after he had made 2 appointments with me to replace a foot piece of copper pipe above my stove that leaked from the bathroom upstairs fluttered my kitchen I missed 3 days work missing $1700 wages waiting like a fool for 3 days to no Avail finally they showed up. I went 3 days without taking a shower.

I had similar experience. The same technician, Shelby, showed up and barely performed any diagnostic to the current issues.

I knew right away that he was disinterested in the service or care about what's needed to be done. It was apparent that he just wanted to move on to the next call to collect another service charge.

Never got a follow up call from this company or this guy to see if I needed anything else while waiting for home warranty to approve. Folks looking for a good plumbing company- this is a NO GO!!! Stellar came out under a request to our home warranty service.

They came right away for a clogged toilet after a foreign item was flushed. I let them in and explained the issue.

They didn't acknowledge the issue at all and just ignored me. After about 30 seconds he came out, said he was finished and walked towards the front door.

I asked him to test it and the toilet was still flushing slow and not well. He said it was fine and he couldn't do anything about the toilet flushing slow.

He then said maybe it is an old toilet that is working right. My home was built in 2018 and the toilet flushed fine before the item was flushed.

He left and I tested the toilet by flushing the toilet paper and it did not go down. If this company is sent by your home warranty company, ask for someone else.

They are just trying to make a quick buck and were extremely unprofessional without fixing the issue. They did a great job I'm replacing our water heater.

My home warranty had this place come out. So they tell me I need a restoration company.

So funny thing is my dad works plumbing. The restoration place pays the plumber 1000 just for calling them.

As the first tech came for service, instead of changing out the tower he just put back the red washer in it's normal placing. The washer was warped and got loose again, hence the toilet running again.

The owner had me take a photo of the tower and told me that he would replace the whole tower. When the second tech got here he was very unprofessional who argued with me on why I didn't need a new tower but a new washer, for there was nothing wrong with the tower.

Funny, same thing happened with my other bathroom and another contractor changed the whole tower. The owner was dishonest with me and the tech was rude and argumentative.

I told Oneguard to take them off my request list indefinitely. Don't use these guys if you want to be inconvenienced and unhappy.

The moral of this all is they cared more about the warranty companies money then the consumers satisfaction. Fran P.

What a great service call. My technician, Andrew, was so courteous and knowledgeable.

He arrived on time, in a mask, and carefully listened to me as I explained the stoppage in the kitchen. He worked on fixing it, and he did! He also spent time explaining to me what he did.

Also explained if it happened again, what I should do. Great service from a very knowledgeable technician.

This company was assigned to us by our home warranty company and upon arrival the tech either did not understand what the actual problem was or just didn't feel like doing the work. He said our faucet was leaking because it was missing the aerator and that the warranty would not cover the work.

He spent more time recommending a remediation company that he did "diagnosing" our problem. We asked our warranty company to send another company out for a second opinion, they did and that company actually fixed the faucet.

Our warranty company and the second company were wonderful. Stellar was definitely NOT Stellar.

Stellar Home Services was assigned to my home by my home warranty service. I needed my kitchen faucet changed out to a new one I had already purchased.

I was told that one of their plumbers would be at my house at 2pm. At 2pm my husband answered the door, and it was the plumber, a Caucasian young man.

He showed him to the kitchen, he looked my husband in the face and said, "I don't have time for this" and he abruptly left my house. You see, we are a gay couple.

I am white and my husband is black. So, it was either a gay thing as to why he left, or it was a black thing.

Because, why else would he have walked in and immediately leave? He knew he was there to change out the faucet so why would he come if he "didn't have time for this"? I called my home warranty service and they apologized profusely, and the next day sent their own personal plumber who did a wonderful job. I do not want to mention my home warranty service because they do a fantastic job, and they made an honest mistake by sending someone from this horrible service to my home.

I was even told by my home warranty service that their HR department was going to be involved in this. If you are straight and white, they may do a good job for you.

Had Stellar come out as part of home warranty work to replace the garbage disposal. The front office (owner?) Paul is not trustworthy and doesn't return voicemails.

I wanted to upgrade the disposal and pay the difference, quoted me $450 to upgrade to a disposal that costs $330 off the shelf at Lowe's/Home Depot. He said no other options existed, despite other contractors and stores having options.

He also lied about the cost to do the work to the home warranty people so they would only give me $90 if I wanted to cancel the work and have someone else do it (should have been ~$200 according to the on site guys). Super shady business practices.

Lastly, it took 9 days for them to replace the disposal, refusing to upgrade to anything other than what they had in the truck. Why two stars instead of one? The guys performing the work were good, very friendly and moved quickly.

Unfortunate that the front office doesn't share the same ethics. Worst company I have ever worked with! Had a tech Andrew come for a leaky faucet.

He didn't check properly my kitchen water drain issue and told me to call any other one who can look with the help of camera. He pretended the issue is not normal and looks big issue which is not handled by his company.

I called other plumber and he did in 15-20 min and everything looks cool. My home warranty company sent them out for an issue with my sink.

They came out and took 2 pictures and went outside to make a call. Came back in to let me know the warranty wouldn't cover the problems which I understood.

I asked for the quote then said I needed to call and check with my husband. Before even letting me make the call he gave me his business card, told me they couldn't even do any work today and left my house.

So now I'm left with a useless kitchen sink and dishwasher for the weekend! Why even come out if you aren't going to fix anything? The job to fix my broken water heater was reassigned to stellar my OneGuardafter the previously assigned contractor bailed on the original appointment and tried to schedule another week out. Stellar was able to show up the morning after the job was assigned.

Andrew came on time and prepared, being able to both diagnose and fix water heater in about ten minutes! I would not hesitate to call these guys for any home repairs needed! A+++ Home warranty sent Stellar to fix my ceiling fan. They were supposed to be there from 8-12.

I called at 12 and they said there was a mistake and someone was heading over. The tech arrived with an attitude not wanting to hear what the issue was.

My wife attempted to explain upon deaf ears as the tech completely dismissed what she was saying. My wife explained that after a while of operating the fan you can hear a scratching noise and then the smell of burnt plastic.

We have observed smoke pouring out of the unit after operating for a couple hours. The rep simply stated, "No mechanical issue observed".

If he would have observed the fan for more than the 3 minutes he was there, maybe something would have been observed. This is the second time stellar has been at my home and I had to call them back to actually fix the problem or explain how to recreate the problem.

Coincidentally, it was another ceiling fan. Maybe the tech doesn't like changing fans.

Maybe a fear of heights. Maybe it's just laziness and poor work ethic.

Here is the icing on the cake. I have the tech leaving my house and putting down some rubber in front of my house by way of smoking the tires.

I do have video and hope that stellar reaches out to try and resolve the issue. Arrived on time Were professional and friendly Knew exactly that they were doing My warranty company send them out to replace my disposal.

They had one in the truck already and were done in less than 20 mins. They showed up through our warranty company replaced the water heater did a good job came back after the pilot was blown out by the restoration company and turn my water heater back on.

I would've given them five stars except they recommended Rocky Mountains restoration who are the biggest price gouging pretty much theft what they charge for work that probably wasn't needed as it probably could've aired out by itself.Any company that's associated with them I'm concerned We called our home warranty company they sent out steller home services 2 so-called technician came out and said we did not have a backed up Sewer line and we did they just take your money and do the job. Ended up calling another company the technician came out and cleaned the drains for half the price.

We will never use them again. And also canceled our home warranty with On Guard bunch of crooks Andrew and a colleague showed within the arrival window.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, confirmed he had the part in his vehicle and then told me he had to come back on another day because he was booked solid! I told the receptionist what the issue was, Andrew confirmed the diagnosis and had to come back!!! I had to take another 1/2 day off from work. This was completely unacceptable and none of it made sense.

He showed the following day, five minutes outside the scheduled window, and completed the service 23 minutes after starting. Work was done neatly and professionally.

Only issue I had was the rescheduling which still makes no sense. Had they not pulled the rescheduling nonsense they would have received five stars.

THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF SENIOR WOMAN! BEWARE! I have one Guard Home Warranty and they used Stellar Plumbing when my water heater broke. I live in a desert and the water heater is located in the corner of the garage on a stand against 2 outside walls that lead to my yard.

They said I had mold and a restoration truck came within 20 minutes and said it would cost $3500 to remove two 6 X 3 pieces of sheetrock and I should go through my home owners insurance. No mold was visible on the sheetrock and the tank was not leaking for long.

When I said I am going to get other prices. The home warranty rejected the claim saying my 13 year hot water heater burst because of lack of maintenance and the mold was a hazardous.

Three other plumbing companies came to give me prices and not one mentioned the mold and said the system was old. This was an obvious shakedown where Stellar Plumbing is getting some sort of kickback from the very overpriced restoration company they deal with.

I am going to make homeowners insurance aware of the fraud going on as well as the IRS for a possible audit. Matt and Andrew came out to fix my ceiling fan and found the problem right away.

Well I've given Stellar 5 stars I'm too quick to review. Juan changed the main controlling gas valve of my water heater.

When he finished he did not tighten the pilot light fitting and gas is leaking. Luckily a friend came over and smell it.

We old people lost some of our sense of smell. We called southwest gas emergency and they fixed the problem today.

Flipping outstanding! Paul picked up the phone to us at 9pm. Our water heater had gone out, was leaking badly.

It had been under warranty. Paul talked us through what to do, had someone out within 24 hours, honored the warranty from their installation 5 years ago.

I was referred to this stellar business from my One Guard home warranty! Our water heater was not sufficient and we would run out of hot water in 15 minutes. Stellar Home Services scheduled an appointment that week to come out and diagnose the issue.

It turns out that our heater was too small to sustain the size of our home. The technicians were very friendly and professional.

We decided to have them replace our heater with a larger one. Paul came out on a Saturday morning to remove and install the new unit.

We were fascinated by how fast everything was done in one hour. He showed us how to drain the tank once a year to keep things flowing smoothly.

We also had questions about our toilets and he was really nice and helped us adjust a few things. I will definitely contact them again if I need any future plumbing services!! My hot water heater failed and I didn't notice until it was leaking.

I sent a message to my home warranty company on Saturday and Paul contacted me on Sunday to confirm and appointment on Monday between 8 and 12. Two wonderful men arrived, explained to me the process and additional charges due to a difference in specifications.

The additional cost was understandable. They replace my water heater immediately and left everything spotless.

They also observed a mold issue and placed me in contact with a company who could come out within an hour to evaluate the issue. I would highly recommend this company to service my needs again if needed.

Thank you so much!! Stellar Home service was sent to us by our home warranty for 2 issues. 1) We had a leak under the master bath sink.

I had put a little container on the left side where the leak was. The plumber tightened the main drainage part which is in the middle of part under the sink.

I told him, that's strange as that is not where it's leaking from. Well, sure enough, it's still leaking.

Had my husband look and sure enough there is a leak in the hot water valve which is on the left side. 2) The powder bath toilet still runs water after flushing it.

The plumber noticed that the part had a bungee cord to it that was causing it. We obviously didn't know and it was done by the previous owner.

Anyway, they said they would order the part and re-schedule. Well, 2 weeks later I call Paul to find out about the part and when they would come back.

He said he would check on it and call me back. He also said that I had to call back the home warranty for them to fix the master bath sink even though they never fixed it.

Well I call them to re-issue another service call for the sink and I also complained that they still haven't fixed the powder bath toilet nor updated me on the part they were suppose to order. Well, insurance tells me the toilet is not covered! I am going to fight this as we didn't know it was worked on improperly (which according to contract it should be covered).

But, what I am upset over is that Stellar Home Service not only could not find the leak but instead tightens up a different area that has no leak. But, also I'm really not happy that they didn't even call me to give me any updates.

I had to call them 2 wks later and find out from the home warranty when I called them! Stellar home services, NOT SO STELLAR!!! I was pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. I was dreading making a claim, expecting the usual issues I've experienced in the past with other warranty companies and their chosen vendors.

There was a lengthy wait to finally speak to Anna the rep. Who took my claim but it was smooth sailing from there.

Paul from stellar home services called within the set window and we made an appointment the day after next. Jacob called 25 minutes before showing up and was very friendly and communicative though out their visit.

They tried repairing the garbage disposal before realizing it definitely needed replacing and did so in record time before moving on to the water heater and doing the same, after confirming the leak they rapidly orchestrated the delivery of the new unit. I was not entirely happy with having to pay an additional $130 out of pocket for what they called "modifications" that were no more than replacing the hoses leading to the water heater, which I'd figure is part of standard replacement.

From start to finish the whole visit lasted less than 2 hours. They were very respectful of our home making sure to keep everything clean and even made a baby wipe, wipe down of everything before leaving.

We're very pleased. Everyone was very professional.

My grandmother called her owners warrenty (one guard)to check the garage disposal and water heater in her house ; they sent stellar. My grandmother said they were two clean cut young men who were vet pleasant and kind.

They did not beat around the bush or try to push her into things that were unneeded. They fixed the water heater and replaced the garbage disposal.

They didn't futz around ans try to fix the dosposal like so many others might they were stair forward and got the job done quickly. My grandmother was impeded by their professionalism and wonderful customer service.

I had a leak from my water main close to the meter shortly after the city replaced the water meters on our street. Because it was on my side of the meter, the city said it was my responsibility.

Had the water shut off to the house and so I try to find a plumber quickly. Stellar couldn't get me until the next morning so in my urgency I tried another plumber.

The name on the van that showed up was different than the name on the Google searched phone number that I called, and my $50 diagnostic fee only bought me the response that to the plumber did not have the tools to fix the job. He did attempt to call others to find the tools that he would need and provided me an estimate for $2,400.

At that time I called Stellar back to get on their schedule for tomorrow. Stellar was able to complete this same job for $700.

One of the two plumbers that did the work kept me informed during the whole repair. He showed me the problem with the section that was removed and explained that it was probably due to wear over time with the hard water in our area and just a coincidence in timing with the meter repair.

I guess I learned my lesson to wait for quality service. I want to say thank you to Stellar for an excellent job.

Andrew called me prior to arriving and and was on time. He assessed my problem and knew exactly how to fix it.

My fan is working again! All service companies should be this good. I recommend this company.

I give this warranty company 10 stars. Andrew was so sweet and helpful on getting the drop down pole taken care of so that the new fan could be hung...Andrew and Matthew make a wonderful team..They showed up promptly ready to go with gear in hand and what they needed at the door.

Like many of the reviewers here, OneGuard home warranties sent Stellar Home Services to my house to check out my water heater. The owner Paul called to schedule the appointment and the next day a very clean cut gentleman showed up at my house.

The issue I had was I noticed that the pan under the water heater had some water in it. He checked every inch of the water heater and was unable to locate where the water was coming from.

He left asking that I watch the pan and see if it happens again and they will plan on replacing the water heater just to play it safe. About five days later the same gentleman returns and checks the water heater again unable to locate the issue (he was confident that their was not an issue with the water heater).

I appreciate that. For any company this would have been a super way to make a buck by swapping my heater as the warranty company was covering the costs.

I think that this shows the ethics of a company not doing work just to do work. On the flip side, I sure do hope he is correct, if my house floods due to my water heater, rest assured I will be giving Stellar a call and letting all the fine people on Yelp know.

Until then, I will be referring my friends and family to Stellar as they are an ethical company who appears to have the customers best interest. I can't speak to their pricing although it seems to be quite fair based on other Yelpers experience.

Andrew came out on the fly to replace my kitchen sink faucet. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and so very kind.

His customer service and work was pronominal and I couldn't have been more satisfied. A few days later I decided to upgrade my master bathroom shower head, and without a second thought I dialed up Andrew.

Once again, his continued professionalism and craftsmanship went above and beyond my expectations. I cannot rant and rave enough.

If you need work done, call Andrew! Had my water heater replaced today in less then 1 hour. Paul provided a new 50 gallon electric water heater with new hoses and valves.

Took the old water heater all for a very reasonable price of less then $550. Water heater is up and running now, and looks great.

Highly recommend his service! My water heater blew and these guys are the best for replacement and installation. Great price, delivery, installation! First and foremost, I am curious why the technician entered my home without a mask on.

Do we not have a threat anymore. My second problem is when they came to me house May 2nd for a garbage disposal.

They got the garbage disposal unstuck and told me if it happens again they would have to replace the disposal. Because there was rust and other build up.

Matter a fact there was so much build up he told me to use vinangerand baking soda. Said that would help with some build up.

Apparently that doesn't work because disposal got stuck again. Called my home warranty they sent same guy out I believe the name was ( Randy ) I would have to check my inside home surveillance system with audio.

About name. Technician unstuck disposal and said there you go.

I reminded him of what he said last time about having to replace the disposal. He denied saying that.

Next thing I will be doing is posting the video and audio of what he said last time and what he said today. Very dishonest.

I highly recommend his work! IT'S NOT HOW YOU START; BUT INSTEAD HOW YOU FINISH! I was really looking forward to experiencing the same quality and care the reviews stated, but instead something different. Paul scheduled a specific date and told me he needed a 5 hour window.

I figured he would be at my home within the time frame he gave me unfortunately for me and my super busy schedule he was late, not only late - but forgot to call & notify me. After much attempt I finally got in contact with him.

He mentioned car trouble. Car trouble? I thought.

I was okay with car trouble but not okay with not getting a phone call. I already had so much to do and it required me to leave my home.

None the less, Paul said he would have a guy out - so my husband and I waited... and waited...and waited.

We were beginning to wonder where this person was - when suddenly we heard our doorbell. Outside our home was a young man named Juan.

We greeted him and escourted him to our water heater. He looked it over throughly and went straight to work.

He was friendly and knowledgeable which was pleasing to us. He gave us insight on what the issue was and also offered extended ways to maintain the water heater we had.

We got a little more into conversation and realized it was his "day off" and because Paul was in a pickle he called onto his fellow employee to handle our situation. I was pleased with the service and my husband and I felt convicted that we were so upset at the situation, when really this company could have just re-scheduled.

Instead this young man stepped in. As he left, I gave him some goodies due to being a pastry chef and thanked him unconditionally.

I then recieved a follow up call from Paul; he was very apologetic. After everything had taken place I could see how this company deserves great reviews.

I'm told to wait around for 4 hours, 12pm-4pm for them to show up whenever they happen to get there. They don't call before they arrive and I had an emergency which required me to step away from my home for a moment.

Andrew happened to arrive in that moment and said "we don't wait longer than 5min, your appointment has been canceled" - I can't believe that while I was on the phone with him, telling him that I'm literally 5min away. He reminded me "that would mean I wait an addition 5min, and we don't do that." I said "come on man, I'm right around the corner, be a human about this..." Nope.

We don't wait, you'll need to reschedule. No where in the planning process when I called to schedule the appt.

was I ever told that if I don't answer the door within 5min, whether I'm in the shower, using the bathroom, walking my dog, or tending to an emergency... that if the technician waits over 5min and 1 second...

the trip is canceled, I need to reschedule and accrue another fee. Not even the courtesy of calling or texting prior to arrival that they'd be on their way or arriving soon.

Andrew was not helpful at all. Could not even tell where the leak was coming from.

I had to show him the second day her came out. Was very dismissive to my wife the first day.

This company did not seem to want to help at all. They told me they would have to drill into concrete on the inside of my home.

It seemed like they were trying to make the job bigger than it really was to get more money. I had another plumbing company come out the next day.

Anthony's plumbing and fixed the pipe with no issue at all. It depends.

If you want an owner AND the technician to tell you things that are NOT the truth, then give them a call! I was stuck with them because I had a warranty company that does not care about who they send out and how much they rip-off the public with their "extra" charges that I had to pay. Also statements were made that were not truthful.

I have a previous review of this "elite" rooter company. To this day they have not made amends, we HAVE in fact reached out to their customer service without success.

Cheap words are clearly easy over yelp for these so called professionals but resolving any actual problem related to plumbing or customer service is clearly not their forte. STAY AWAY.

I wrote a review on 4/22/2024 have not heard from company about contractor not fixing our toilet. Wish we never called this company to come in our home! Our master bathtub wouldn't drain so they sent someone out and he snaked the pipe and cracked it.

This caused water to come out of our ceiling and then they tried hard to push their restoration company on us. We ended up calling a different plumbing company who really educated us and said that pipe should not have been snaked and we did not need a restoration company involved.

Because of Elite Rooter we had to pay for dry wall, fix the crack pipe, and that didn't even cover the root cause of what was causing the clog in the first place. This company costed us close to a thousand with damages and didn't even fix the issue.

$149 to snake the kitchen drain, $50 to $100 more than others advertise but he was there so I said OK... The extra money was so he could access the drain via the p-trap below the sink, a 5 minute addition to his job, ridiculous.

However, we noticed today that it's still very slow and we'll need the jetting. He recommended hydro-jetting and wanted $1300, 3 to 4 times what I see others charging via estimates.

Caveat emptor! Had to use a professional plumber a few times over the past couple of years and Elite Rooter didn't fail every time! First it was my kitchen drain which kept backing up. We ended up jetting the line which took a few hours but was done professionally.

Now I had a leak in the p-trap and Jonny and Zach helped out - quick, professional, clean. Definitely recommend and will use again in the future! I requested a quote to have my hot valve replaced under my kitchen sink because my sink was suddenly not putting out hot water after I had replaced my dishwasher.

Elite Rooter contacted me pretty immediately after I put in the quote request and were able to send out a tech pretty immediately. Erik gave me a free estimate and said that not only would he replace the hot valve that needed replacing but that he could do the other one as well for half off.

Unfortunately it didn't fix the problem, but Erik was able to diagnose that sediment had gotten into the line and I would either need to replace the hot water line or the entire faucet. I was in a bind because between the lack of a dishwasher and then no hot running water I needed to wash my dishes.

Erik stayed and waited while I went to Home Depot to get a new faucet and installed it for me. He even took away my old faucet.

The only bummer is that somehow my new dishwasher got scratched at some point during the repair which I did not realize immediately. Despite the scratch, Erik was incredibly helpful and transparent.

I would call them again. These folks are A*M*A*Z*I*N*G*! Highly recommended, very professional, on-time and quick.

Basically part of the PVC pipe was leaking where my water shut off valves are for my house. So he replaced the part that was broken and leaking.

He was efficient and made sure the area was clean before he left. Absolutely terrible service, they came Friday to retrieve something from our toilet that our two year old flushed down, but were unsuccessful.

The worker, Jesus, then told us he got his tool stuck and he needed to replace our brand new toilet for $650. I said no thank you as this was way too much for replacing a toilet.

I asked for him to have his owner, or whomever in charge because he did not seem competent and I wanted to get our issue fixed. The icing on the cake is the way he left the toilet and pipe exposed.

Super fast response time on a Holiday weekend! They sent a plumber named Manny who was kind and quick! He quickly unclogged my disgusting toilet and only charged me a flat fee which was super cheap! The day before they were to start the job i spoke to my insurance and they told me they would not cover the plumbing i called Matt and told him what i was told and he told me not to worry that the insurance would cover 80%-90% so i made the mistake of trusting Matt and let them do it. The total job was $6800.

After it was completed i waited a few days to hear from them. This was the end of last September and since them I have texted Matt a dozen or so times without a response and whenever i call him it just says he is not currently receiving calls.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They charged me an exorbitant $5700.00 for a repair that fixed nothing.

(One man with a shovel working 2 partial days.) All it really was, was a simple clog in the pipe where it emptied into the septic found by the septic tank truck service I had to hire after Elite. Elite Rooter's technician was either incompetent or committed fraud.

And trying to talk to the man in charge of this company made things much worse. He insulted, mocked and attempted to belittle me.

A total bully with no integrity intent on keeping my money no matter what the circumstances. These guys were prompt and professional.

Big disappointment. Fast response time but then i was quoted $650 to fix a pinhole leak in an exposed above ground copper line .

When i told the plumber that price is ridiculous they dropped the price by $200 3 minutes later. Feels like they are trying to scam people.

Another plumber charged me under $200. I needed to have 6 new faucets in 3 bathrooms, I am updating a new home built in 2018, I asked for an estimate, but was quickly booked for a plumber to come out to give an estimate between 9-11am the next morning.

I waited till 12:30 no call from anyone, then called the company to check on it, I was told the plumber was behind, however, she told me the day before to expect an ETA by the plumber, which never happened, I called back when this time he didn't call nor show up so she said once again he is behind, well if he's not going to call the next customer, and I have other appointments to go to, but waited again anyway, I decided to cancel it completely. In my experience and opinion this is an unreliable company they said anything to get business.

Maybe it's because they are located in Tempe I had not noticed it was that faraway until I looked up the call number again, I am in northwest Phoenix, honestly, she should have informed me on that particular issue the day before, so I could make a qualified decision. If they are short handed be honest and tell a potential customer what the real scoop is.

Next time I will read a website more carefully for company servicing locations and ask better questions. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

They ripped up my house for a pipe that could have been fixed. Insurance company requested statements with breakdowns which they refused to provide.

They put a "fake lien" on our home. Was told EVERYONE gets one.

Company is a joke!!!!! We had a collapsed sewer line, Elite Rooter was very responsive and had our sewer line replaced quickly. Julio was great at communicating the process and keeping us updated.

Response time 5 stars Initial work quality 2 stars, final work quality 4 stars (Did not caulk toilet to floor, installed no drain stop in the tub, installed drain control lever in tub that was connected to nothing, and did nothing) Communication 2 stars. I never knew what was going on, they did not communicate with me once they were hired.

They did respond when I complained about the work quality. Price 3 stars.

Were very expensive, but I assume consistent with other plumbers. I did not get multiple estimates for $2k work - should have.

Lucky for me I was able to get more toilet paper before I ever installed it. After getting tired of looking at the box and finding out the health benefits of using a bidet over TP, I decided to go ahead and install it.

I installed and started having issues with one of the valves. When I spoke with Bio bidet I was given information that further complicated the install.

At this point I was going to need to correct some of the alignment issues with a fill valve I was not familiar with. I decided to call a plumber than deal with any further problems.

Elite was able to book me for the next day in the early afternoon. Brian was the tech that was dispatched.

Went over everything I did and what Bio had instructed me. Brian easily diagnosis the issue and fixed the problem.

It maybe took all of 10 mins to correct it. Brian had felt that I did not get all the value from the service charge since it was lighter job.

Even though I was completely happy with the work and charge, he went ahead and looked over the bowl and found more issues that could lead to future problems. He adjusted the fill value away from the inner bowl to prevent overfill, checked the valves and replaced some of the rings/Teflon on seals.

Way above anything I asked for. This company will now be my go to plumber.

I had a busted water hose that connected to my pool. A lot of water was leaking.

I called Carlos from Elite Rooter immediately and he was literally there within 30 min and resolved the issue. He is very reliable and easy to work with.

He listens and always gives great fast service. If there were more stars I would place them.

Anyway elite rooter sent Will and he was able to unclog our main line due to roots within minutes. He gave us a few suggestions, was very helpful and friendly.

Definitely recommend. They jackhammered into my wall and never put it back together.

He said it's still good and will hold up. A $400 quote turned into $1600 so he can remove a small piece of cement away from the pipe so he "can reach." RIP OFF! It took him almost 9 hours to dig a 1 foot hole, cut out less than 1 foot of pvc pipe and replace it.

He was here from morning till sun down. They didn't even out the dirt after, now I have a sinking spot in my yard.

The fixed the leak at least? What am i supposed to say here? They fixed the leak as an absurd price and ridiculous amount of time and for that much money it should have looked like no one dug a hole there. and i shouldn't be missing any part of my wall.

Alan does a great job in representing Elite. We are very satisfied with his work and professionalism.

Paid these guys 10k to replace a collapsed waste line, and they didn't bother to clear the lines, which lead to my toilet being clogged. When I called them out to look at it they told me it would cost 4k.

I got a second estimate and had it fixed for less than 1k. I've waited a couple months before posting this review, because they said they would pay for the other plumber, but they haven't.

Anyway, don't call these guys in an emergency, they will take advantage of you. Our sewer pipe collapsed and our toilet and tub backed up and overflowed.

I reached out to several companies and Elite Rooter responded quickly and sent out a whole team of guys to inspect and diagnose exactly what happened. They went over the details of the damage and repair costs and worked with me on my payment.

They assigned two plumbers to work on our home, Brian and Junior. Both were overly helpful and kind.

We trusted them completely to be in our home and work at their own pace. They were perfect and we couldn't have asked for better service from them.

We highly recommend Elite Rooter for plumbing emergencies (especially Brian and Junior). I initially posted a great review b/c the technicians who worked on my house were responsive and did a great job installing a tankless water heater and softener.

However, the water heater is no longer working (after only 3 mos) and it has been impossible to get the manager to respond and to come out to fix it or even check it out. Additionally, there was a mistake in the financing and they have not been responsive in following up to get it straightened out.

I will be calling the Better Business Bureau on this company. Had some issues in the beginning but they resolved it.

I have an older home in Scottsdale where roots were discovered growing in the sewer line. I know this is a common problem and is a costly repair.

So I met with three companies to explore potential solutions. Replacing the line is considered to be the most long term viable solution.

A sewer scope was needed to pinpoint the exact location of the roots. Unfortunately, my old home was built in 1958 and did not have a cleanout valve available outside the home.

One very well known rooter company wanted to install a clean out port inside the house bathroom before they could perform a sewer scope. I turned down their proposal.

Brandon with Elite came out and was able to locate an air vent on my single story flat roof. He was able to perform a sewer scope through the vent to identify the two locations where the roots were clogging the line.

It took him about 15 to 20 minutes to perform the sewer scope and come up with a solution. I found Brandon to be very knowledgeable and accepted his repair proposal.

Matthew with Elite performed the hard work to dig a substantial hole to replace the old drain pipe. Took him two full days from start to finish.

He was also able to repair the landscape irrigation lines disrupted during the excavation. An unexpected bonus was the installation of two cleanout ports.

One port is directed to the city sewer in the alley behind my home. The other port is directed towards the house.

After work was completed you can not even tell there was a large hole in my backyard. Everything is back in place looking good.

I was referred to Elite Rooters by our realtors and couldn't be happier. Although it's never fun to have to tackle sewer repairs, Alex & Soro did an amazing job, were extremely responsive, quick & easy to work with.

They were minimally invasive, kept me up to speed with everything, patient with all my questions & provide a great warranty. They also provided video to show me what needed to be done as well as seeing the work after it was finished.

I will definitely use them for anything I need in the future. 2 of our toilets were having a hard time flushing all the way (they would just spin & spin & nothing would go down without the assistance of a cup of water.) I messaged about 25 different companies (through Yelp) & these guys were the only ones that could come out the next day so we booked with them for I believe $79 to clear the drain since we had family coming to stay with us later that week.

They came out the next day & checked out problem (were thinking it was a backed up clean out but the toilets were just both old dual flush types & they recommended we swap them out. They also scoped our lines to the street & notice some sentiment in our pipes (under our lawn) & they recommended a hydroflush (I think that's what I was called.) We opted to just start with replacing our 2 troublesome toilets & that seemed to resolve the problem.

We live in Peoria AZ and had a toilet back up. Well we thought it was the toilet.

I bought a toilet auger and was not successful unclogging the blockage. The auger went through the wax ring plastic and I could not go in either direction.

I had to remove the toilet. I was ok with that as we were considering a new one.

Once removed I used my upstairs bathroom and it over flowed. I have one of 5 tri-levels just north of Olive ave.

Of course we have a full bathroom in the basement. After removing the toilet I became the lowest spot and water would flow out.

I knew I needed professional help so we found Elite Rooter. They offered a 15% military discount.

At this time we thought the blockage was between us and the street. Elite responded quickly.

Yair Vicencio was the tech. He ran his snake/auger back into the house through the clean out, then all the way to the street, the full length of his equipment.

We still had a blockage. He called a team member with the video and even with the line full of sewer water they could not tell where the blockage was.

This was all for $90. At this point I elected to have them hydro jet the line for $1250.

After several hours and complete hydro jetting I still had a blockage. At this point Yair suggested I look into the cleanout of my neighbor across the street.

He had water backed up too. But since his lowest drain was 4 feet higher than mine he was not affected yet.

At this point I called the city of Peoria. After convincing them we had exhausted all possibility of a blockage on my property the sent out a crew and discovered the blockage was 4 blocks north in the middle of Olive avenue.

The story has a happy ending as the city cleared the blockage and the shit went downhill. We will file a claim against the city but they actually really did a good job.

They had 3 people on with the owner and stayed till my problem was resolved. Hats off to them and Yair! If you have a septic system, don't waste the stress, money or time on these guys! Completely incompetent when it comes diagnosing a septic problem & they "Septic Specialist" is a total con man 100%.

He wanted us to sign on for $20,000 septic replacement job & I've since had 2 other more reputable companies come out & say its an outright lie. Nobody in charge will ever get back to you,....the company is trash.

I requested a quote on Saturday, they didn't respond until Monday. THEN they said that they only do in person estimates.

I told them the guy that gave me a fair estimate, got the job. Do not walk away, RUN!!! This company lacks honesty and integrity.

I had to have the pipes in the home replaced and was misled at almost every turn. I was informed the renters in the home would not be misplaced, which was a lie.

I will differently be calling again. All was going pretty good until they decided we needed a new pressure gage( or whatever)additional 800.00 They did not have the part and said they would be back in am.

I am glad to have found my go to plumbing company. On Thursday night, we discovered that our kids' toilet had been leaking for several days, maybe even weeks.

Upon investigation, my husband found a pin-sized hole in the supply line. Instead of just fixing the supply line, we decided to replace both of our toilets which were from 1979 with new water efficient toilets.

On Friday, I contacted a few companies from Yelp and Elite Rooter responded within a couple of hours and they were able to schedule their technician to come out the following day. The other companies couldn't even get us in until the following week.

On Saturday, the technician, Brian K., called to let us know he was on his way. He was courteous, professional, and you could tell he knew what he was doing! After he installed the new toilets, he noticed that one of them didn't flush quite right and he worked on it to ensure that it was working properly before he left.

Apparently, it was something that happens often with new Kohler toilets. He left the work areas as clean as when he arrived too, which is a huge plus!! Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and adhered to Covid protocols - I would highly recommend Elite Rooter and plan to call them again when we have plumbing issues in the future.

Cleared drain but said pipe needed to be scoped. Was suppose to show up later in the day but never showed up .

Called the following week because they never asked for payment and they sent a guy out. He used his crapper camera and claimed our seer drain needed to be replaced.

I had a home plumbing emergency coinciding with a medical emergency (isn't that usually the case?) and it has to be 3 hours before anyone opened in the morning. I left messages by phone and through the YELP app and Elite Rooter wa the quickest and had the most positive response of anyone.

Thy couldn't cone out right away but was empathetic w met medical situation and offered to keep a tech "flexibly" in my area as much as possible when I anticipated being finished with my medical procedure and told me to call when I was on my way home. I did and they had a tech there to resolve my problem 30 minutes after I arrived home.

All others had me make an appointment the next day or later. Had great service from Elite.

Contacted them on a Saturday and they were able to get someone out to me first thing Monday morning (this wasn't an emergency). Tech was super professional and helpful, and took care of my clogged drain on the first visit.

A technician came to the house but did not fix the clogged drain. Instead, this company quoted us $1200 to use a hydro jet to unclog the pipes.

However, they till took my $79 when they did not fix the issue. I had to go to another plumber with a much more honest way of doing things and helped us unclog the drain for a lot less money than $1200.

I called them out for their unclogging deal. That didn't work and they said they had to do a flush and use a camera, which costs hundreds of dollars more.

They get a couple stars because they unclogged the drain. However the big problem was after using a camera they recommended another company come in and help me fix an issue their camera found with a pipe.

The company they called was terrible, had horrible reviews, and cost our insurance over $1,000. It was a HUGE mistake to allow them in our house.

Requested pricing on the install of a pressure reducing valve ($100 part & half hour to install) on an easily accessible 1" water main and received a quote just shy of $1200. Little did the salesman know that I worked for a large mechanical contractor for 10years and currently work for a large mechanical engineering company and that the total labor, parts, and van cost shouldn't have exceeded $300.

These guys are clearly trying to take advantage of customers. Only reason they get two stars is because they responded under 12 hours.

After the first mishap with their scheduled technician (no showed) and contact by customer service to reschedule, Alan showed up and provided a thorough walkthrough and educated me on how to use the water softener system and adjusted the pressure in the water lines. He brought a camera to look into the drain and then gave me recommendations for improved drain performance. I was able to use the Drain Cleaning Special coupon I got in my Valpak, so that made the experience even better and since there is a 30-day work guarantee, that made it even better.

However, they do not provide a paper copy of the estimate so that might be an issue for some since they will only email it--I believe there should always be a paper option if requested--Plus, there was some problem with the computer so 12 hours later, I have yet to receive the receipt and estimate for additional work I am considering.... We had a water softener leak in the night and Elite Roofer was quick to respond and get a tech to us.

Alan was quick to address the issue and serviced the problem in a matter of an hour. We will definitely use them and Alan for any future plumbing needs.

I want to express my disappointment in work that was performed at my home April 23rd and my entire experience with Elite Plumbing. Elite plumbing was contacted, through Yelp.

Carlos arrived Saturday around noon or 1:00. Around 3:00 and the faucet worked.

$1,500.00 was the price to do the job. Carlos said he would be back Monday to hook up the shower head, which he was going to charge another $299.00.

When my son came by he asked where all the parts were. I thought Carlos had left them on the counter, but he didn't leave them all.

The proof that told the story of what needed replacement was missing. The faucet and nob were there but nothing to indicate if the cartridge or valve needed replacement.

My son's belief, and a different plumber's belief, is that only the cartridge may have needed replacement, not the valve. Then my son pointed out that the trim kit Carlos had chosen didn't match anything in the bathroom in style or finish.

On Monday Carlos came to finish the work. Will came as well.

Will seemed outraged that I ask for compensation for the improper trim pieces. On looking back on at what transpired next, the idea of finishing the work was to intimidate me into thinking my bathroom was filled with mold and rotting framework and the entire bathroom needed to be torn down and rebuilt.

Not only did yet another employee from Elite show up but they called in Preferred Choice to corroborate the story and start an insurance claim. They emphasized how I could get a whole new bathroom at the expense of my deductible.

The logic being, only a portion of the wall was damaged but they would not be able to match the tile that is there. So, the insurance company would be on the hook for a whole new bathroom.

I put a hold on the claim to think this through. There was, is, no water damage to any of the 2x4's now exposed.

There is no apparent water damage on the opposite side of the damaged wall. It seems to me that sheetrock would show some indication if water was present.

There could possibly have been moisture present when Preferred Choice came because Elite had water running briefly and no shower head was attached. That could have caused the readings they were seeing.

I contacted a plumber I have used a few times and have been happy with their work. They were not available to help with the initial problem.

Though this plumber didn't say what he would have charged to do the work already done, he did say, Elite took advantage of the situation. When I told him what was supposed to have been completed on Monday was going to cost $299.00, he showed me exactly what needed to be done to complete that task.

All that was needed was 2 screws to attach the shower pipe to the 2x4. Wow, interesting how they treat their customers.

Though the 2nd plumber did not have the tool Preferred Choice had, he did not see any damage in either the wood exposed or the sheetrock on the opposite wall. He also mentioned that when the insurance adjuster evaluated the claim they may have rejected it and I would be on the hook for the remodel.

So, the one star is because they did what I asked. Cleared our clog, but the process and the pressure sell was so painful and their credibility so questionable, I wouldn't use them again.

So, Stephen came out. Super polite, nice guy- in fact FAR too nice to be working for this company.

So, he did this. I sat in a nearby room during the process and hear an 'OH, WOW' which almost sounded rehearsed.

I asked what was up, and he showed me 'tree roots'. No food stuck in it- nothing- just a small glob of what appeared to be roots.

It hadn't been running slow at all until it suddenly clogged after a massive cooking session and stuffing of vegetables down the disposal. You'd think with tree roots growing into the pipe, we would experience a gradual slowing of draining, but maybe not- I am admittedly no expert.

He went on to want to have his 'camera guy' come, no extra charge (yeah, right), to run a camera to see the extent of the problem. I had read previous reviews and this is a CLEAR theme.

UM, NO thanks. He went on to explain how serious this situation is.

I was trying to be polite and finally got him to stop talking and was billed the 77.00 for the drain clearing. Again, Stephen- move on; get away from these people.

Steer clear. We needed our kitchen sink unclogged.

Scheduled service on line and technician gave us a call within the scheduled time to let us know that he was finishing up a job and would be at our home in about 1 hour. He was prompt.

Will was the technician and he corrected the problem and I have to say he was very courteous and spent time explaining what he found and what we could do to help prevent the situation from happening. At end of job he recommended a power flush of system and once again was very forthright with explaining what he was doing and what he was finding and the probable causes.

I would recommend Elite Rooter and technician-Will I've used Elite Rooter a couple of times for plumbing issues. They need to cease with the practice of their opening line of "we will help you file an insurance claim" for any issues they encounter.

It seems clear they are using the rooter business as a front to encourage customers to open an insurance claim and balloon the repair costs for their benefit. Why doesn't Elite take time to properly diagnose an issue before pressing a customer to file an insurance claim? This seems to be part of their standard practice based on other posts and is very disingenuous.

They provided me with a quote for a clogged drain for $75 and immediately jumped the price to approximately $1400 when they arrived. We paid the $1400 for their hydrojet and camera service and they never even provided us with camera video and left SEWAGE in our backyard.

No drains were closed, nothing was cleaned and the problem WAS NOT FIXED. They claimed that I had a sewer problem and wanted to charge another $5,500 for fixing the sewer line.

I consulted with another plumber and the township fixed the issue for FREE. They upsold me from $75 to 1400 and were going to charge another $5,500.

They did not even uphold their hydrojet warranty as they said the sewer issue nullifies any warranty they provide! Called for help in dealing with a backed-up kitchen sink, and once the Elite guy (Joseph) arrived, he immediately called for a "clean-up guy", which was curious since we didn't have anything to clean-up! He snaked our pipe, used a camera and said he saw evidence of roots in the line, and that we needed to do a massive project that would involve tearing up floors throughout the house, forcing us to go live in a hotel for 4 days, and assured us that we would have "no out of pocket expense" but that our insurer would be dealing with a claim of $12,000 to $18,000. The "mitigation" guy (CopperStateHome Builders) arrived, immediately started chanting "no out of pocket" for you guys" and then proceeded to bring in large commercial de-humidifiers (again, curious since there was no excess water damage at that point,..Long story shortened...we were close to being "scammed" by some pros...fortunately, we consulted with a genuinelyt reputable local plumber (Babcock) and were able to stop the nonsense before it got worse.

Guess they didn't want my business. I never got so much as a quote or callback once Steve came by.

Came out to to give an estimate, I accepted and he got the job done on the spot. Good work at a reasonable price.

After spending $1500 to try to get ahead of water damage at my home i needed Charles to return to fix another problem. He said he could not get to my home that day but would come back out the next AM.

I've know the original sewer pipes were going bad for sometime and they finally gave out. My shower wouldn't drain and the toilet struggled to flush.

I called plumbing response team and Craig sent his technician Rick to my home within an hour at 11pm on a Friday night. They were able to get my toilet to flush but the shower still wouldn't drain.

On Monday they were able to put a camera down there and showed me the broken pipe. I thought the estimate Craig gave me was high until I got a second opinion and declined a third because they wanted 380$ to diagnose the problem.

I went with plumbing response teams bid mainly because they pointed out how my home owners insurance could help with the bill and the floor that they had to jackhammer thru to fix the pipe. Long story short Craig and Rick handlers the problem in a timely and professional manner.

I would highly recommend this company and specifically Craig and Rick (very knowledgeable) to handle any plumbing problem you might have. Craig from plumbing response team was extremely helpful.

He called me back in less than five minutes and walked me through the problem. Didn't even need to come over and look at it and didn't even charge me a dime.

What started as a tub repipe turned into his "evaluation" as a "plumber" (he holds no plumbing or Azroc license) that I should file not one, but what turned into 2 insurance claims as supposedly my whole sewer system was beyond repair, and my whole water system was leaking in walls. Living out of state I trusted him because he said he was a plumber, and I learned some valuable lessons.

VERIFY EVERYTHING he says. He had my whole house torn up for months, and my sone was without his only bathroom for months as he "fit me" in between jobs telling me it would take a couple weeks max.

In Arizona i am told anything over 1,000 dollars should not be handled by a "handiman" which at best is this situation. I was lied to, misled, and suffered for months because of Craig Heaps and the unlicensed people he had tear my house up.

He walked off job after damaging my whole electrical system with unearned money also, and could not complete putting bathroom back together like he said he could with the help of Rick (Ricardo Mendoza) and other supposed plumbers who put a water heater in improperly and left it unfinished. Further...he used another company ROC or contractor number when they had nothing to do with the work! That company verified to me they did not do any work! DO NOT USE THIS MAN OR COMPANY.

I am still putting together a complaint with AZROC for so many reasons, but be warned! Pictures are of way more than 1,000 worth of damage/work unfinished, how he left my house, trash left on property, wires cut, and so much more! He admitted he wanted to make things right and agreed to try to settle... but no follow thru again.

I hope this helps someone else. I have seen other reviews of similar situation now with Craig Heaps, Plumbing Response Team, and Ricardo Mendoza.

AMAZING service. Same day installation and Corri was incredible to work with.

He explained everything that he was doing and I learned so much from this experience. Usually a water heater going out is stressful but Corri and Craig worked with us the whole way through.

RUN AWAY! This is the most crooked company I've ever had to deal with. They take advantage of older people, will not provide any invoices and will fraudulently charge your credit card for work not done.

They also claim issues/leaks that are not present. This company took advantage of my mom.

They were ready to rip apart her bathroom claiming there was a leak. They had mold and asbestos testing going on and ready to get her insurance involved.

We had our plumber come out and said there was no evidence of any current or past leak. This company did some work and charged quite a bit, and we acknowledged the work done and it was paid for.

But then there was a charge for $3500 that they would not provide an invoice for (in fact the initial work also did not have any invoice). The owner, Craig Heaps, called my mom when we were visiting demanding to know why she put a stop payment on the $3500, which she hadn't.

We thought maybe the bank had done so and said yeah, we just need to see an invoice to know what she is getting charged. He claimed she had an invoice and I asked if it was a paper copy or sent to her email or what.

He would not answer. I asked if he could send a copy to us and he yells, so you expect me to do MORE free work after you're saying you won't pay me for work completed?! He proceeded to threaten that he was going to contact his attorney and put a lein on my mom's house.

I said we're not saying we won't pay, we simply need to see an invoice. He continued to rant and hung up on us.

He continued to harrass my mom with phone calls and texts demanding payment (even though the payment had gone through)... all the while not producing an invoice.

This is the most shady person I've ever dealt with. Watch your wallet and your parents.
