After getting burned by two of the big name companies you see with their name plastered on trucks all over town, went with Pipe Dreams. Professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced.

Our neighbor recommended Pipe Dreams after having work done on their house. Kevin and team were outstanding; they were professional, kind, considerate and communicated well.

You can tell they really care about their work and their customers. We needed some work done for a complicated basement ADU, but Kevin was unphased.

He took time to understand our needs, talked us through everything and made sure we were happy at the end of the day. We plan on hiring Kevin for future work when we remodel our kitchen and bathrooms.

I had my first experience with Kevin at Pipe Dreams in response to a leak in our shower/tub and the subsequent leak from the dining room ceiling/walls below it. Kevin came to see us promptly to determine the cause.

In the course of his investigation he put us in contact with a water damage mitigation company the he trusted as I had no experience with this type of construction/destruction. Kevin found the leak and took care of it very efficiently.

He even had some VERY helpful military programs to help us out with the bill, which is huge as insurance doesn't pay the plumbers bill. He and his apprentice were very careful about keeping the place clean and even helped with an unrelated problem with advice and checking my work to make sure I had fixed it properly.

Kevin and his son Jeremy were great to work with! Kevin was able to come up with a more affordable solution to our laundry drain issues than the previous plumber I had out for a quote, and then he executed his plan on the spot! Very impressed and will definitely call again. Editing to add more details: We asked Kevin to come out and give us an estimate on the work we needed to get our washer draining properly.

We had previously received a quote from another plumbing company for $1900. Kevin looked at our situation and said it would be $1500-1775 max.

to change our old galvanized pipe to ABS from the kitchen to the laundry to the main stack. So right off the bat he was more affordable than the other guy.

He then recommended that we try snaking the drain first (we had already tried with no success); the other guy did not want to snake the drain. He said that trying to snake a galvanized pipe could cause more rust to flake and create a larger blockage.

I appreciated that Kevin was willing to try the most affordable option first, even though he was unsuccessful. Kevin explained that our drain had a p-trap in the wall followed by a T so he couldn't get the snake any farther-- all plumber jargon I didn't understand but I appreciated that he took the time to explain! At this point, my heart was kinda in my throat as Kevin proceeded to cut into our drywall, reveal the tiniest p-trap in the world, and then cut out the drain right before the T.

This revealed our culprit, an 80%ish blockage of rust and bacteria. Kevin then proceeded to snake the remainder of the drain, removing 5 or so additional blockages, and then replaced the pipe he had cut away with ABS.

This all took maybe an hour? Hour and a half? And our washer works great! Kevin left us with some enzyme drain cleaner to help keep our drains clear, which was super thoughtful! I had asked the other guy about preventative treatments and his answer? Nope, nothing, we just need to replace all of our pipes In the future, if we decide to replace all the old galvanized in our 1959 house, we'll definitely call Kevin and no one else! Oh and the total? $500. Waaaaayyyyy better than $1900! I really appreciated that he wasn't out to milk us for as much as he could get-- he started with the simplest and most affordable solution and moved on when that didn't work.

We could really tell he loves doing his job and he does well! Highly recommend! I can't thank Kevin and his assistant enough for the work they did! They came out on a Monday afternoon and took care of two sink traps and some bathroom sink piping. Not only were they very quick and professional, they charged me well below the other estimates that I had gotten from some of the large national companies in the area.

Will definitely recommend them to any of my friends that need plumbing work done in the future. Excellent service...did what he said he would do and no hidden fees.

Kevin was able to take care of needs on the spot within 30 min. Crawling under the house ( crawl space) with tight quarters to work, Kevin took care of the leaky pipes with the right equipment.

I appreciated the transparency on pricing and his encyclopedic knowledge of all things plumbing. He took the time to explain multiple possible solutions to the pipework I needed done, did an efficient and meticulous job (even driving out to Olympia to pick up an obscure part so he could finish in the same day), and also pointed out some areas of aging pipes in another part of the basement to monitor.

For a new business you'd think they'd take new clients more seriously. I could not be more pleased with this company! I found out last minute that I needed to have my sink reinstalled for a counter top project.

They contacted me immediately, quoted me a fair price (over $1000 less than my other bid), and came out the day that I called them. They even sent me text reminders, which was great.

The man who did the project was friendly, fixed part of my garbage disposal that was not up to code (for free), and even helped me screw in an electrical cover. He was so kind and courteous.

He also informed me that the reason a lot of places charge more than his company is not because these companies are necessarily trying to rip you off...it has a lot, instead, to do with overhead. This place is no frills and still gives incredible service.
