I will definitely call them again! Helped us with a leak at the meter, and was able to quickly replace our line to the meter. Water pressure is great now, for the first time since we moved here!! We can actually turn on more than one water appliance at a time now! Previously if any one of the washer, dishwasher or shower were going, you could barely get a trickle out of the faucet.

Backstory: So...I had a clogged line and had a different plumber out (NOT Limitless!) the day before who didn't fix the clog! He took my toilet off the base and left it like that (I had to re-install it myself!!), he broke my outdoor spigot (I had to fix that too!!), and he charged me $450 to run a jetter for 10 minutes. Then he told me it would be another $1800 (in addition to the $450) for him to return the next day to finish the job.

Such a ripoff!! Needless to say, I did NOT call him back. So the next day was a Saturday.

Mine line was still clogged which meant I couldn't run any water in my house. I contacted Brandon in the morning and he came to help me that afternoon, on a weekend! He thoroughly explained what needed to be done, gave me a bid before starting work and finished the job in a couple hours for half the price of the other guy!! As opposed with bigger companies ( I was originally told to contact Aurora Plumbing), they often are booked out, which was the case, which worked out fine for me or I most likely wouldn't have stumbled on Brandon.

To be concise, Brandon exuded a great deal of knowledge, explained things thoroughly, answered all my questions, was well prepared with all the tools he needed as well as possessing all the latest tech, was friendly, had good communication skills, never seemed rushed, and completed the job to my complete satisfaction (unclogging main line via hydro-jet, cleaned septic filter, cleaned up crawlspace). Very impressed, highly recommend! Our toilets backed up again.

That was a mistake. They charged me a bunch of money and wanted to charge me another $3k for work that would've made it worse.

I ended up having Limitless come out the next week and he fixed the problem in less than 10 minutes for less than the other company initially charged me for not fixing anything. Would definitely use Limitless again! Rusty water in the bathtub indicated we had a problem with either our pipes or hot water heater.

After a few texts back and forth with Brandon we narrowed it down to the water heater... He went ahead and ordered everything needed, installed it about a week later and voila! --clean clear hot water with minimum hassle.

Fyi, yes your bid was for replacing the whole section which was done by a licened and bonded plumber that has been in the business for 30 years. Instead of tearing up the sidewalk as you wanted, they dug under it.

Also note you mentioned bringing the tanks up to code by bringing the caps to the ground surface. They are code and are grand fathered in due to the age.

I believe you areva nice guy just that you overbid and sure you get some that fall for it but hope others get multiple offers before commiting because the ones i talked to after you seemed to think you were way out of line. Even the company that pumped the tank laughed at your bid.

Over the years we have had numerous water leaks in our main water line to our house. My husband has always done these repairs but they were starting to happen more often.

We had extremely high water pressure that was causing this. We called Limitless Plumbing and Brandon came out to assess our problem and give a bid.
