They shut off the water to my house to a check on a simple faucet leak. He then claimed that my water shut off valve was broken.
At this time I was a new first time home owner and didn't know a thing about plumbing. I had a baby crying in my arms during all of this and I told him to please fix it so we can have running water.
A year later I had a water leak at an unknown location and had to spend thousands of dollars finding the leak that was coming from their poorly replaced water valve. So be careful.
They are not to be trusted. I needed to replace plastic valves under the sinks and toilets with metal ones for the entire house.
