Really regret calling them back out but was in a crunch, the 2nd time was worse than the 1st. The same technician came back but this time also made a very inappropriate comment to me when I asked for additional details about pricing for service options.
When I confronted him at the end of the service he laughed and said "sorry you got offended' instead of acknowledging his comment was out of line. Ultimately I found him unprofessional on multiple fronts.
So far (it's been a week) the work itself seems to be okay but there are better options - call Olympic Plumbing Technology. We have used this company for several years now for issues ranging from septic to clogged drains.
The first time we used them they came out in the middle of the night in pouring rain to fix a septic issue. We will never use anyone else! Honest and upfront about what really needs fixing.

I never tell our second opinion that I've had another company out because I want to get a real picture of how they evaluate things and what they think the underlying issues are. Chris and his team were excellent! Chris was helpful working with me and my tenant on scheduling, direct billing, and communication while trying to fit us in and take care of us was constant and appropriate.
in the end our tech took care of all of our issues during the visit for 1/5 of the outrageous estimate we got from another plumbing company that was claiming to need to come back for another visit (for a sink clog, really). I now have a plumber who I wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will continue to use moving forward as long as they keep answering my calls.
These guys did a great job and they know exactly what there doing. I have complete trust in these guys with there honesty and workmanship.

We've had White Knight out three times since (it's now June of 2020) and been pleased each time. They've replaced two 20 year old hot water heaters (one electric, one propane, don't ask), a toilet, and the spigots for the clothes washer in the laundry room.
All tasks accomplished quickly by knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers. They didn't even charge extra when we followed them around asking a million questions! Recently we had them install a whole house filtration system to fix the hard water from the community well.
Chris took time to discuss this in detail with us beforehand and the installers worked extra hard to keep one outdoor spigot outside of the system. We had one other bid for this work and the White Knight price was 25% lower.
We would recommend this company for any kind of residential service. I only qualify that because we have no direct experience with them in a commercial context, but I'm sure they'd do fine there as well.

Amazingly they responded immediately and dispatched a crew within two hours! When they arrived, they checked under my house, and actually found the problem was a hose leaking in my backyard in the snow. I had one I had forgotten to disconnect.

He explained how the water was getting under our shower enclosure and took our faucets apart to see if he could fix them without a new part.

In their defense, they were probably the cheapest plumber we had called for quotes, so it's not just them that does the crazy mark up, and they had excellent customer service. I'm not sure I would recommend due to the sloppy caulking job the guy did on the toilet.
I'm not sure how you get caulk up by the toilet seat, but then again I'm not a plumber. Prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and they do quality work.

The guys were on time, worked quickly and charged me what I was quoted The water main broke outside my house the Friday before Labor Day weekend, and there was absolutely no one available in Lewis County to come fix it- we were looking at going the whole weekend without water. I called Chris at White Knight on nothing but a prayer, and he confirmed what I'd already assumed- that they were totally slammed as well.
But Chris called me back an hour later and told me he'd moved some things around and there was someone on their way to fix the pipe! It was fixed and the water was back on that afternoon, and I couldn't have been more grateful. White Knight will be the absolute first number I call for any future plumbing needs.
