All technicians of FloHawks were busy but promised me a technician would come to my place that day( Wednesday) no matter how late. At about 9:30 PM, a uniformed technician came and introduced himself as Brandon.

He was very polite and apologetic for coming very late as he had to finish his last job order in Gig Harbor ( about 40 miles away from my place ). He wasted no time and took picture of the pipe, roto rooted, and tried to remove that very challenging barriers in the pipe.

He removed the toilet inside the house to get closer to root of the problem. In the end, the problem was solved (there were plant roots and a hanger inside, don't ask me ).
