It's really important to find an honest skilled, knowledgeable plumber (or any other person hired to do work for you) and I'm so happy to have found Waterworks. It was not a very good experience, provider walked in for just 3 mins and claimed $120 fee for the on site inspection, which got lowered to $60 later of course.

What the provider did was three things: 1. looked at the disposal using a flash light 2.

Put the disconnected pipes together, as a so called temporary fix, which I have done the same for several times 3. told me that until I replace the entire floor under the sink he would not start working on the replacement of disposal And later I decided to try a different provider, they came in within an hour and replaced everything in next two hours We randomly found waterworks when they were assigned to us through our home warranty .

They came , fixed our shower valves quickly and efficiently. Happy with their work, I saved their information.

A couple of months later, we had a failing garbage disposal and called the home warranty again . Plumber came out (not Waterworks ) said the unit was not covered under warranty.

Scam plumber said they could replace for $550. $550! I gave the scam plumber his $75 and said be on your way.

Immediately called waterworks and got a fair price and appointment for the next afternoon.(thanks James!) Cesar came out the next day(on time), confirmed the good price , got to work (very pleasantly i might add) and did a great job. Very clean work.

I came across WaterWorks Plumbing, and thank goodness I did!! Sigal, the office manager, answered the phone even though it was after hours, and very quickly referred me to Avi, the plumber, who within 30 minutes arrived at the property. After an hour, the burst pipe was fixed.

Avi did not charge an emergency call out fee, or an out of hours fee, which is a great bonus. Honest, hard-working and polite service- I couldn't recommend WaterWorks Plumbing more! I called Avi to get service and he arrived within 30 minutes.

I love that it is a family business!! Last night we observed there was a leak under the kitchen sink. I couldn't wash dishes or run the dishwasher.

The house gets cleaned on Mondays, and the cleaning lady wouldn't be able to use the sink if it wasn't repaired. I phoned on a Sunday just after 12 noon and Avi was in the office.

Please take my advice and do not use them. These guys are absolutely amazing! They are a team of skilled professionals who know exactly what the solution is to any plumbing problem you may come across.

I've used them before and have always had a pleasant experience with them. Their receptionist is also great! She answers all of my questions and concerns.
