Cody arrived and went through the entire house checking sinks, faucets and drains. He checked out our tankless water heater and gave us options there too.
He gave us a complete brochure on the different items they can take care of and even the option to be on a monthly service if needed. I had Bumble Bee out to repair a leaking toilet. Abraham was the plumber that came out and he quickly identified the issue, the seal needed to be replaced.
He pulled the toilet and discovered that the entire toilet was installed incorrectly by another company (we only had 1/2 of the drain pipe open). He fixed in under an hour! He also checked my water pressure and various things while he was here.
Shocking thing was the price was REALLY REASONABLE for everything he did! I will definitely be calling them and Abraham again! We contacted Bumble Bee to work on a sudden water pipe leak within one of our walls. They quickly dispatched one of their folks (Charlie) to look things over.
He was very thorough looking at the specific leak as well as a quick general check of our plumbing. He quickly identified the issue and was able to provide a fix.
In addition to being technically very good, he kept us involved and informed at each stage of the repair and offered options as we went along. The cost of the repair was much higher than we anticipated, however we didn't have time to obtain additional quotes and from prior experience we knew that plumbing projects are often costly.
We would be very comfortable using Bumble Bee again. We called Bumble Bee Plumbing to come out to help us with a leak we had in the master bathroom of our rental property.
The project turned out to be much bigger than originally expected. The professionalism of their staff was noteworthy and they were able to come out quickly to get the job done.
I found the plumbers at Bumble Bee to be very kind and clear with their scope of work. There was a bit of a mishap during the completion of our job, but Mike worked closely with us to ensure that the issues were corrected and handled appropriately.

Luis consulted with us on best the location for our project plan and explained what work was needed and what materials it would be completed with. We had a funeral already scheduled, Luis & Ryan completed the job as described without needing us present on the same day as the consult.

She's senior and not savvy on what things might cost. She called bumblebee as she misplaced the number of the plumber she usually uses.
They came out and replaced the fill valve in one of her toilets. At a cost of $350.00.
A fill valve costs under $30 at big box retailers. So for 30 minutes of labor and $30 part, bumblebee fleeced an old lady.
In research, top cost I saw was $250 for a similar service call and in reaching out to other plumbers, they're all well south of that. So this makes the effective rate per hour for the service as this was a 30 minute call $600 if you were to allocate $50 for a $30 part.
That's the epitome of egregious and predatory. I can guarantee we won't be calling bumble bee for future services.
We'll go with someone that's not out to take advantage of the elderly. They charged $1189.00 for two inlet valves for two separate toilets.
The valves cost $9.73 a piece at Home Depot, upon further research. Nothing more to say.
We hired Chase to snake out and flush a 2" drain line under our home. He did the job in a timely and professional manner and verified the work with a camera.
The price charged was reasonable. Dan in Corte Bella I have to say I am incredibly disappointed with Bumblebee Plumbing.
I provided the equipment to replace a garbage disposal. And they literally charged me $475 for one hour of work I checked with my other plumber and he told me he would have charged me $339 and would have included the equipment with the warranty.
So not only did I spend much more, but I actually had to provide them with the equipment. Unfortunately, my other Plumber was sick and couldn't make it out on time.
I don't mind paying more but to get gouged like this is incredibly disappointing. I have used Bumblebee before and I don't remember them ever doing something like this.
You guys lost me as a customer forever. We called Bumble Bee Plumbing after much research and reviews, we had a backup in the guest house and needed help fixing the problem.

First time was to replace a shower valve,,,,,Excellent job, timely, within budget and they solved a hot water problem in the kithen as a bonus. This call we need a washer bar replaced as the old one had frozen up.
Our Tech Jose Gomez was on time, repaired/replaced the device in less than an hour and the place was spotless when he finished. Rates are very reasonable for this day and time and the dispatch and customer contacts gals were superb.

I have a manufactured home and wanted to switch out the bath tub drain to a black one. I used a drain wrench and it loosened just fine but it just kept turning around and around.
They tried to fix it from above the crawl space but it did not work. It just happened to be 109 degrees outside that day and Victor crawled under the house ( no small task because the crawl space is a belly crawl space).

The hot water was not working, I called Bumble Bee and they came right away and were able to fix the problem. On the same visit I told then my garbage disposal was inoperative.
They said no problem we have that model in truck and the new disposal was installed very quickly. The next time we had problems with our kitchen and bathroom faucets.
They were both leaking at the base of each faucet. They were replaced quickly.

Initially, things seemed great. But over and over, I have needed them to correct things: mostly having to do with leaks, which can be devastating if not caught and very costly in damages.
The customer service is phenomenal (which is why I'm giving them two stars), but it's very frustrating to have them constantly come back to fix their work. Their technicians just aren't up to par.
I have two valves that weren't even installed a year ago that leak. I won't be having them correct their mistakes once again.
Because these were already "corrected" after they were installed. I've had to miss work enough...

I called for a plumber and had a pair of salesmen show up, rather than effect anything appearing to be work, they were more interested in pushing a subscription service, pricing was way over the top... 450+ IF I purchased fixtures and they only installed them.
almost 6 bills for repairing, or their preference was just shy of 1300 for them getting faucet fixtures and installing.... Honestly felt like I had car salesmen representing this company instead of real tradesman who knew what needed to be done.
Great customer service from the first call, from the dispatcher to the service professionals. They worked with me around my work schedule, called when they said they would to double check things on my side and arrived promptly at the times arranged.

We hired Bumble Bee plumbing to install a "touch less" kitchen faucet. Although pricier than I expected the plumber completed that task without any complaints by us.
While he was here the plumber recommended that we flush our hot water heater and install a new "anode rod" that he explained would extend the life of our 5 year old water heater. The cost of that was $500 and was completed the same day.
The next morning we had no hot water for our showers. It quickly became apparent that the hot water heater was working but the water circulator was making noise and was hot.
We called Bumble Bee up and they sent the same plumber out to examine it. After spending a considerable amount of time, (at no cost) he explained to us that the water circulator was bad and it was situated in such a way that it could not be replaced without taking out the water heater which would mean we might as well replace the hot water heater with a new one.
He said a credit would be supplied for the maintenance he had just performed but the total bill would be in excess of $6,000. We discussed the odd coincidence that it failed immediately after he had done plumbing work but he felt that what he had done to the water heater was not the cause of the hot water circulator failure.
I was aghast at the high quote and called my wife in so she could also hear what he said. He explained how expensive it was to get water heaters these days and the job would amount to a considerable amount of labor.
His recommendation was to unplug the water circulator and go without it. After a couple days we decided we couldn't live without the hot water circulator and I called another plumber (Water Heater Man Inc) to get a second opinion.
I explained the situation to him. He was totally stumped by the story we were told.
He said it was very easy to remove the hot water circulator without moving the hot water heater which he did so to examine it. He explained that it would need to be replaced and didn't have an opinion as to whether the failure was associated with the work done by Bumble Bee on the hot water heater.
He found an identical hot water circulator in stock and replaced it the same day for approx $1,000 (not $6,000). I also asked him what they would charge to replace the hot water heater and he said approx $1,700.
($2,700 to replace both but said there was no reason to replace the hot water heater) I am at a loss to explain the actions of the plumber that day. The $6,000+ estimate to get the hot water circulator replaced was totally out of line with what I would consider reasonable.
I can not recommend Bumble Bee plumbing. After posting review the owner called me and asked me what they could do to make it right.

We were traveling through Tempe and one of the technicians was laying on their horn to the cars infront of them to the point where it was so annoying. When we traveled past him I looked out the window to see what technician it was and he pointed finger guns at us and sped up to stay near us.

Jeff from Bumble Bee Plumbing to fix a leaking toilet and a leaking stub from the wall. We called Bumble Bee at noon after reading the glowing reviews, and they were able to schedule us the same day.
When Jeff arrived, he was able to assess the problem quickly with several different options. We were able to agree on the best option for our situation.
He was communicative about what he was going to do and was able to answer all of our questions. Jeff was able to complete the project before the end of the day and did so by making sure everything was in working order and tidy.
I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an expert plumber. We are quite good at do-it-yourself projects, but this required more than we could handle.

I had a crack up my pipe causing a leak in my office from the kitchen. I called Bumble Bee Plumbing and they were not only out to me quickly but Vincent Fernandez explained exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix it.
He also told me to contact the insurance company as I couldn't come out of pocket, plus it was something they should cover. It was well worth the cost .

Fantastic Service and great price! First, I submitted a request for quotes in the afternoon through yelp and within 30 min I was being contacted about scheduling a tech for the next day. Murphy came to provide the quote in the morning, she was extremely pleasant and I LOVED that she put on booties on her feet before walking through my house.
She provided the quote and after we decided to move forward she was able to come back out that same afternoon and fix our shower! Some of the fastest and best service I have ever experienced! They charge $65 to come out and almost. $1000 to replace two bathroom faucets....but hey if you sign up for their monthly membership the price will go down maybe $100.

Refused to explain the estimate from parts to labor. Explained that there was union there so would be an easy repair.

Please spread the word Service tech Donny arrived within couple of hours of service request from Bumble Bee plumbing to repair broken and leaking drain pipe under the bath room vanity. Donny Garza was prompt, professional and friendly.
He explained the issue and several repair solutions. The leaks was repaired quickly and at a reasonable cost.

When Bill got done the faucets were flowing like new. He was friendly and cleaned up after himself.
I felt I can trust him to do the best for me. Quick response to my plumbing problem (corroded/frozen shut-off valves), and excellent workmanship.
Maybe a little pricey, but worth it for the great communication from the office staff and quality work. I have confidence that the repairs will last and I won't have any trouble with leaks.

Was quoted the 69, however the inspection was 200. Still I was happy with the service.
I love these guys (especially Lupe)! I called because I had an outside pipe leak that was causing water damage on the side of the yard. Bumble Bee responded quickly and sent Lupe out the same day to look at my issue.
Lupe was able to quickly find the problem and fix the leak. He also helped me shut off the water to the house and unplug the water heaters before the work started so I wouldn't damage my units.
I'm always impressed with the service I get from these guys because I'm not finding the same level of service anywhere else. Bumble Bee is creating a great brand-image for themselves in plumbing! Had our water heater spring a leak yesterday - of course it was the morning of a family event coming to my home later that afternoon.
The dispatch rep listened to our situation and had the tech at my home within 2 hours. New water heater installed and back up and running within a few hours.
How is Bumble Bee different? I'm still waiting on the national company who replaced the unit 10 years ago to return my call. We needed to replace a leaky outdoor hose bid.

The plumber sent to our home was respectful, polite and went the extra mile in providing the service we needed. The office staff at Bumble Bee Plumbing kept us informed concerning the "wait time" for the plumber to arrive.
