He was friendly on the phone and told her he'd be able to come out today and amazingly gave her a half hour window that he would arrive and ended up arriving even earlier than expected, which was astonishing (in a good way) considering the old plumber she used would give a four hour window and would sometimes not even show up at all. He went to my parents house as agreed and fixed the leak - a corroding galvanized steel pipe leaking just below soil line. One year later no issues.

A plumber she had used a couple of years before told her the neighborhood had low water pressure so there wasn't much she could do. I called them in the morning and they sent Rocky out by that afternoon.

He easily could have taken her for a ride and told her that it was something complicated and expensive, yet was honest and told her that her aerator was clogged due to hard water. He cleaned it out and immediately the water pressure improved.

She also hadn't been able to use her dishwasher and he quickly resolved that minor issue as well. He explained how to take care of her water softener so she wouldn't have issues in the future.
