My neighbor found my water leak yesterday and of course on MY side of the water supply. They turned off my water meter for me and I called Quarter Moon Plumbing.
As a VERY SATISFIED PAST customer, their plumbers came out, assessed the situation and had the offending pipe displayed, repaired and and covered up in less that 2 hours. Their price was VERY REASONABLE and I am completely a LIFE-TIME customer for sure now.

Very revealing that Qrt Moons has rookies trying to do basic toilet installs and fails miserably without Qrt Moon trying to remedy anything about their pathetic workmanship.
I had issues with the service and the charges . It was aggravating to have to go back and forth with the Manager.
The first time they came I gave them five stars , but a problem came up with a return visit to fix something from the first visit. They took three hours and a trip to their warehouse to get a part not needed.
The bill for the second visit was $197. I went back and forth with the Manager and after a week the bill adjusted.
I appreciate that they refunded the $. My insurance sent Quarter Moon out to leak detect my house.
It appears taht this is the company all the insurance companies use. We had water damage to wood flooring and walls.
We had no idea where the water was coming from. They checked for leaks in the plumbing located in the slab.
The at first told us there was a slow leak somewhere. As they got all their tools ready to rip apart the house they rechecked the pressure and could not detect the leak they did previously.
Whew. Dodged a bullet.
They then checked out the dishwasher and determined that was what had leaked and caused all this damage. While here, they also found a couple other issues that need to be repaired and they have been scheduled to come out for that in the near future.
We are happy with their performance so far. I have had occasion to use them several times.
Never a reason to regret it. The best thing about them is that they are honest.
I know I could have been taken advantage of on one occasion but instead they went out of their way to lower the price. Horrible service do not recommend, will never show up on time and put a dent in my car door as the tech was leaning his foot on my car left a mark.

Bait/switch, billing issues, scheduling issues, flat out lied on warranty that don't match manufacturer website, wont call back on billing problems, then charged card on file without consent.

However, my last time using them, we set up installation of a new AC system. They never showed up as promised.
After tracking him down, the plumber said he just decided he wasn't going to do it that day. He didn't let my Tenant know anything or inform me.
Sadly, the tenant had rescheduled Kidney dialysis in order to get this done. There have been other incidents in the past also, and I just chose to let it go.
They were smaller problems than this. I always noticed no one appropriately acknowledges or apologizes.
In addition, the person at the front desk is often quite rude and does not follow up on requests. Quarter Moon needs to do a better job, overall.
I've already discovered plumbing companies that value my business. I'm moving on Been using Quarter Moon for the past few years with no disappointment.
They will try and accommodate emergencies and normal calls. Their techs are fully knowledgeable and are super friendly.
They always offer a fair price and quick service. A definite must have on your service provider list! Great value for prompt and competent work.
PEX plumbing cracked in the wall. Larry and Joseph found it and did the repair, and checked the water pressure in our home.
All done and out in about an hour. This is a good and honest company.
Poor communication. We were booked for an estimate, left waiting all afternoon.
When we called we were told we "fell through the cracks" and got rebooked for 2nd appointment the next day. That got rescheduled.
When the guy finally came out he was not willing to provide a quote. We contacted Quarter Moon to let them know what happened and were passed off to a supervisor because they "didn't want the relationship to end this way." When that supervisor called back he provided an idea of repair costs.
He then said that to get a written quote he would charge $105.00- something that had not been mentioned before. He actually said, "I can't send out employees to provide quotes- that's lost time and gas." Yeah pretty safe to say these guys won't be chosen for our job.
We will go with a company that shows up on time and delivers what they say they will- a free estimate on service cost. This is the second time I have used Quarter Moon Plumbing and they are fantastic.
Kenny and Andres came in and troubleshot my sink issues and ended up replacing the disposal. This went through through my home warranty company (which was a pain) but Quarter Moon Plumbing, Kenny and Andres were patient with me while I dealt with my home warranty company.
Wonderful work, great communication, and just an over all wonderful experience. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and A/C needs.
In response to a call about a water leak that had significantly damaged the interior of our water heater closet (to include the platform), the attending Quarter Moon Plumbing & AC crew quickly identified and fixed the leak without compromising the quality of service provided or causing any additional issues! My husband and I are immensely appreciative of the efforts of all three plumbing teams--to include Austen, John, Tyler, Colton, Kenny & Fernando--involved in repairing the leak and replacing the damaged pipes, removing the water heaters (so that we could restore the water heater closet) and reinstalling them accordingly! Not only were they extremely professional, courteous and competent, but they took the time (per request) to resolve two ad hoc plumbing issues (e.g., water softener leak, inoperable pressure relief valve) without having to reschedule service for a later date. I would also like to extend my gratitude to Greg for his timely coordination efforts as well! In addition, because all of the service calls and labor fees were so reasonably priced, I will definitely be relying on this company should we ever require plumbing assistance in the future! Fast forward to 2019 and my 5-Star review and a hearty recommendation is now practically 0 and a no-go to my family, friends, and associates. The past couple of services have been poor to infuriating.
In my experience with this company, you get whoever they have available even if you requested and set up and appointment with a specific individual. The last plumber they sent out did an okay job but charged me for an hour of time before they arrived.
I protested to them and the dispatcher but was told they could bill me for the drive (or time it takes) to get from the last job to my location. What!? I can't believe they are a USAA preferred vendor.
What a rip! QMP = done! I get that late night call from son that he has no water. We find a broken pvc line going into house but we can't get the water off.
While trying to fix we end up breaking the line that is threaded into the copper pipe going in the house. It is now 11pm and all the stores closed.

Adam looks at our mess and says the four kids can take a shower in 45 minutes and went to work. This guy has all the newest tools/gadgets/supplies on his truck.

After sending an online request for service early evening, within the hour, I received a call from Adam. He listened to my issue and provided honest feedback.

Don't bother price shopping....Quarter Moon Plumbing is a company that can be trusted . Recently I noticed that there was a strange vibrating sound coming from the walls when we turned on the water.
Of course, I was alarmed that our house was going to explode so I called Quarter Moon, my trusty plumber to come take a look. They dispatched a team that morning and took a look around at the problem.
Although they realized it was a city water system problem, they still charged me for coming out. That is expected but I planned to make SAWS pay for it nonetheless.
SAWS then came out immediately and took a look. They said it was a problem the plumber needed to do.
I needed a new pressure valve, something Quarter Moon overlooked... So why 5 stars? Well..
when I called Quarter moon back - not only did they immediately come back, they fixed the problem, replaced my faucet that had been leaking, refunded all of my money and the manager gave a very sincere apology. Huh? Does that happen anymore? Service for free? Wow.
Had major root issues under my foundation. In the end of the job they charge me $550.
Less than quoted price. Some patch work was not necessary.

I called Friday morning at 930 to schedule service and they were there by 1050. Billy and Ricky were my plumbers.

I had a leak in our newly purchased home. Not one out of 3 techs sent by my home warranty could determine the location.
Plumber said AC problem, AC tech said plumbing problem. I called Quarter Moon Plumber to bypass home warranty(worthless).

Being the lady of the house sometimes techs can be condescending and rude. These gentlemen were the utmost professionals.
Will use them again. We paid our bill (after not receiving one for quite some time) and the check is showing cleared yet we are still receiving bills from this company.
We contacted them and they have definitely cashed the check but aren't showing it paid toward our account. They said they would get back to us.
We shouldn't have to keep calling them to make sure the check they CASHED and the money they have been PAID for crappy service in the first place is going towards our bill. Ridiculous.

Attempting to squeeze extra money from unhappy customers for a nonexistent job is not helping your business or my review. They said they would call us back and my husband simply asked for the copy of their signed invoice for this (imaginary) job.
They said they would look into it and call us back. The Better Business Bureau call is right around the corner so I hope, for their sake, they call us soon.
This has become ludicrous. We were out of water for over a week due to the extreme weather event and Quarter Moon was the only place that called us back! Austen and Shayne were super helpful, knowledgeable and empathetic of our situation.

They came out and wrote it up as a "Tank Failure". Not a huge deal right?? After all, it's under warranty.
You would think a plumbing company, who probably does this a lot more than me, would have a process for this... You would be wrong.
Quarter Moon made me do all the leg work of calling the Water Heater folks and getting a replacement shipped to a local Ferguson's. After securing my own replacement, I gave this info to Quarter Moon so they could grab and install it.
They still couldn't find it. After them failing to track down where the replacement heater was, I had to call Ferguson's to find out which location had my water heater and then let my tech know.
On top of all that... They didn't have the water heater tag so they couldn't pick it up.
So, they billed me for going to Ferguson's without the water heater tag, billed me for driving to my house and grabbing the tag, and then billed me for driving BACK to the Rim. Quarter Moon charged me for the 3 hours of them figuring out how to pick up a water heater!! I would think a plumbing company would have this process all figured out, but no.
3 hours of $125/hour labor before they ever turned a wrench. Once they switched it out...
they left water in my drain pan and the floor around the water heater soaked. I will never use these folks again.
Okay so I discovered a water leak on Saturday l called and left a message to get an appointment for Monday not wanting to pay emergency prices. I got a call by 0800 on Monday morning and was easily scheduled between 11 and 2 pm.
Luckily for me they had a cancellation and they arrived by 1000. The workers were Mike and Mike and they even offered to help me carry my groceries in.
But at 99.00 dollars per labor hour I politely declined and got the free labor from my husband. My hubby then dug up the pipe and found the leak.
They were done in a bit over an hour and the total cost was 141.00 I was so relieved not to get a big bill. Very happy with the service!! We called quarter moon for a backed up toilet and shower for the home we purchased.
The plumber said they pushed the blockage out to the main sewer but two weeks later: same issue. Used the toilet maybe half a dozen times.
I called and the customer service manager said it wasn't covered in by their 90 day warranty because we elected not to pay another $300 up sell at the time of service for a camera run down the pipes. Also they came in at twice their estimated cost for the service in the first place.
They won't be getting my business or my recommendation. Called this morning about blockage that could not be cleared with auger and they came out same day and problem was resolved.
Obviously very experienced plumber and he did his best to minimize cost. Very impressed and will use again.

I had them come in to repair my kitchen sink, as the garbage disposal bubbled up into the other sink. They dug out some item that the previous owner's kids had jammed into the disposal and declared it fixed.
It wasn't. Then said the warranty had expired when the same problem continued in the future.
I would avoid them. Had Quarter Moon install 2 faucets in the bathroom and do the spring/ summer check on A/C- excellent job.

I got up to a flooded hallway this morning. Bobbie came out right away, over a two hour job.

Once for a plumbing leak and once for our heating. On the plumbing leak, they were punctual, found the leak and did a temporary repair while our insurance company approved removing part of the exterior of the house for a full repair.
Great service, a little expensive, but worth it. On the heating issue, we called them in the morning and asked for a late afternoon appointment.
They were booked, but squeezed us in. They were on time and fast, able to resolve in one visit.
I used Quarter Moon in the past for plumbing services with good results. I called for service on my AC.
After about 45 minutes, the technician said that there were several issues with my unit, and it needed to be replaced. He worked up a quote and charged me for 1.5 hours of service.
I reached out to another AC company for a second opinion. After several minutes, the technician explained that a wire in my unit came loose and blew a hole in the refrigerant line.
He repaired the line, replaced the wire, and added refrigerant. The unit works fine.

Within an hour, Michael from Quarter Moon made it out to the property and provided an estimate to repair an overflowing P-trap for a washer drain. When it came time to perform the ~$1200 repair the following workday, Seth from Quarter Moon found a MUCH more affordable solution.
Bottom line, even though I was already sold on a ~$1200 fix through Quarter Moon, the company had the integrity to provide me with the most affordable solution (~$900 savings). Two months later and the washer drain is still working flawlessly.
Most recently, I was convinced that I was experiencing a slab leak and called Quarter Moon to investigate. They had a team out the same day and John was able to assure me that the heat radiating from my floor was only due to the copper hot water pipes and not from a slab leak.
Again, Quarter Moon possessed the integrity to sell itself out of an expensive repair. Throughout both service calls, Quarter Moon employees maintained incredibly professional standards and offered thorough explanations for all their work.
Quarter Moon will be the ONLY plumber I call for future service! We were recently billed for an inspection that happened 8 months ago. The inspector conducted his business with the previous tenants of the home we were looking to purchase instead of us (the buyers), and did not even leave a report or bill.
We explicitly told Quarter Moon to contact us so we could be present, and when we contacted them with our concerns, we were told not to worry about the costs. I called Quarter Moon to explain what I had initially been told, and the manager essentially told me that I had no case because nothing about the issue had been documented.
Frustrated, I asked her to connect me with the billing department, and instead she hung up on me. 2/29/16 We received a call from Janet today, who told us that she further inspected our claims and discovered that there was some misunderstanding regarding the inspection that day, and that they would void the bill.
