Young man who came by in the afternoon, looked and the problem, said he was going to go get some equipment that would he needed for the job. Took off and never came back.

I waited to see if I would get a call back from their office the following day, no one called so I called them. Young lady who answered said she'd call me back and let me know what happened.

the guys who did the initial plumbing on my house did a poor job, so I needed two hose bibs replaced. Easy for a plumber, but hard for a guy like me who was trying to clean up a mess left behind.

Jerry, the owner, was incredibly prompt in getting in touch with me and got me scheduled quickly. He showed up on time, got the work done quickly and professionally, and guaranteed his work.

Extremely pleased with the service! We're in the military and managing our home from California and had a rare issue with the kitchen faucet... it decided to just stop working all together one day and while Jerry said that was rare, he said he'd take a look at it and let me know exactly what the problem was.

Not only was the customer service over the phone amazing, but Jerry went above and beyond to make the tenants happy as well. I was told before the work was done exactly what to expect financially, and I was very pleased to see a detailed invoice that followed outlining just that.

I have an issue with the billing. Cindy called one of my employees and harassed him into paying for work that was not created by our company, which resulted in an unauthorized use of cc.

Jerry responded quickly to my call for help - the floor in front of the kitchen sink was very warm and the water company had notified me there was a small leak on my property. Turned out to be a hot water leak under the slab in front of the kitchen sink.

So he spent about 2 hours that day in stopping the leak. He and an assistant came back the next day and spent about 2.5 hours to finish the job.

He had told me it would be $1100.00. That seemed fair because he did not break up the slab but went up to the attic crawl space and ran PEX down to solve the issue.

Two small holes in the dry wall and a tiny chip in the floor tile which is covered by the Dishwasher. Here's the issue: He charged $237 for the first day's activities then added $1100.

The corker was when he would not put the dishwasher back without charging me again! He said that was because I did not use his recommended fellow to arbitrate the claim with the insurance company. There wasn't enough to place an insurance claim unless I lied and I can't do that.

So I suggest you don't use this fellow - he gouges and misleads. I used him twice before and he didn't do this but he's changed.

I called M.E. Plumbing to request a full refund and took the day off work to fix the problem myself.

The owner of M.E Plumbing called me and kindly requested to visit the house and review the work that was done to better understand the situation. I fully supported the postmortem analysis and I wanted to get his reaction to my issues in person.

I found the owner an affable fellow and personally enjoyed my interaction with him. To his credit he walked into a situation where a very displeased client had an honest grievance and he handled it professionally.

The owner agreed my driveway not as bad as advertised and was personally dissatisfied with the companies performance when I demonstrated the leak. I accepted his offer to rectify the situation.

Later that day the original crew returned, the van made it all the way to the house, and bypassed the slab leak. My tenant again has hot water and is no longer flooded.

While it was a rocky start I was happy with the willingness to admit and rectify mistakes in a timely manner. I will use M.E.

Plumbing in the future. Great service great response will use them again next time.

Johnny and Ruben were at the house in about 1 hour from the time of calling which was way quicker than we expected. Not only did they get there quickly, they diagnosed the problem, fixed everything, gave us advice for what to look out for in the future, and a fair price.

You can go without your A/C but when your toilets are not working you're sort of at the mercy of the plumber you have available so definitely expected to get the run around either on the front end waiting or the backend on the price but not with these guys. Was super impressed and thankful for their good service.

Once here- told between 8-8:30am, arrived 8:35am, they started on 2 sink faucet replacements. I'm not sure why but there were 2 plumbers who came and then went in and out of the house several times.

Finished at 8:45am- told the bill was $275. Shocked about the difference and was told they replaced the under the counter connection hoses, etc.

I paid and was emailed the invoice. They charged $180 for labor, $9.99 for shop towels, and the rest was the hoses, etc.

Mind you- there were no leaking problems, this was to replace 2 faucets!! When I called to ask about the fees I was told the $180 included travel time to get to my house (which is in the same small down!). Needless to say- you'd save money by calling a friend to do this type of work.

You'd probably still have to clean up after them anyway- boot marks on the floor, rug and bath rug were wet and dirty- all had to be washed. After talking to ME Plumbing, they explained my bill to me and it made sense.

They really did a good job and we're very efficient. The only reason they did not get 5 stars is because I had to get with them about the bill and what the charges were actually for.

Overall a good job Took a difficult situation and eventually made it right by replacing the equipment that was causing a problem. We needed a sink and faucet installed in our kitchen and the faucets replaced in the master bathroom.

JP and JJ were prompt, professional, able to solve the problems that arose based on our existing plumbing configuration. They cleaned up under the sink and in front of the tub.

They were knowledgable about local suppliers. They will be my go-to plumbers going forward.

If there is a problem with service, Mike, the owner, is quick to respond and makes things right If you are not located in or very near to Seguin, you do not want to use this company. When I called the office to see what the charge would be to remove tree roots from my home's drain, I was told it would be $110 per hour.

What they failed to tell me was that I had to pay for the travel time of the employees beginning from when they picked up the tools at the shop. Since I live more than 20 miles from Seguin, and apparently the employees drive very slowly, I ended up paying $460 for a job that a local plumber did for $180 not very long ago.

None of this was explained when I called, and the office phone connection is so bad that it is almost impossible to communicate. Don't get burned like I did.

I've been traveling since the incident, but it was so disconcerting I felt that I needed to reach out to you to inform you of your employee's very dangerous behavior. On November 29th, at about 10 AM, I was driving eastbound on I-10 around the 794 cut off.

I observed a van with your company's logo and telephone number (how I found you, though the number appears to have been disconnected) driving very slow in the left lane. Another car attempted to pass, and was blocked by your drivers in a very dangerous way.

I can confirm, having passed them myself later, that there were two men driving. I also observed them making mocking gestures to the other driver.

After the driver had managed to pass them, they sped up to well over the speed limit (90 mph plus), swerved in front of the other driver, and slammed on their brakes. This was not a little "brake check", they caused the other driver (along with myself and everyone behind them) to slam on the brakes and slow down to around 50 mph.

The maneuver, apparently done because they were angry at being passed, could very well have killed people. It was irresponsibly dangerous, and had it been observed by a police officer, I have no doubt the driver would have been arrested and charged.

I did not observe any action by the other driver that justified any anger, let alone such reckless and dangerous behavior. I hope that you can identify the drivers from my description, because he and his companion should be disciplined for this.

They could very well have killed someone. They are driving in a van with your company's logo on it.

I can't imagine this is the image you wish to project. Finally, I should say that this incident means I would never employ your company in the future.
