He came back on schedule a couple of days later, got the city permit, changed the water heater, got a roofer for the vent, and scheduled the city inspector. Excellent job, prompt and reliable.

I highly recommend this company! Steven has been amazing to work with! We have had some issues occur with our home over the last year and he has always been prompt in responding. He is fair and helpful.

Update since my 2016 review. The original proprietor of the company has handed off the business to his son with no degradation what so ever.

The company is reliable, affordable, and knowledgeable. This latest fix was a leaky toilet valve, he immediately focused on the faulty part and replaced.

Additionally we pointed him to a couple of sinks that were draining slow and he was able to diagnose the reason and offer some home remedies to keep it from happening again. Looked at another toilet we thought there might be an issue and noted that he did not see anything.

Also he and his apprentice wore masks and booties on the carpet. An hour worth of service for under $200 including parts.

Always my first plumbing call. Steven and his team are awesome! They are good guys doing the right thing! I have had them do some huge projects for me including re-routing a sewer main line and a gas line to make room for a pool! He handled everything including inspections! They can do everything from change a faucet to huge projects! Honest prices and very hard workers! Support the small local guys, you won't be disappointed! Clean and honest work.

Steven & his father, Ell Dee, have done many plumbing work for me around the house for my remodeling ideas (capping off copper pipes for bathroom, adding new water supply for new lavatory sink, moving plumbing around for washer dryer, etc) and I'm very happy with their work. Definitely recommend.

Trust worthy company. I called Ell-Dee plumbing on a Friday prior to the labor day weekend.

Although they were booked until the Tuesday after labor day after explaining my problem his son called Ell-Dee and he agreed to come out. After about two hours Ell-Dee arrived and resolved my problem.

He was very friendly and straight forward. I will definitely refer Ell-Dee Plumbing to all and will be my goto plumber.

Even though they were still working long days repairing freeze damage, they were able to work me in in 2 days. L.D.

ELL Dee and Steven were very prompt and professional. Our water heater busted and they got out to us as soon as they possibly could to install a new water heater for us.

They made special efforts not to make a mess and cleaned up when they were finish. ELL Dee and Steven were very knowledgeable and able to answers any questions we had.

They were able to quickly inspect my old heater, gave me an accurate and fair price for a new installation, and were back to do the install in just a couple days.

Came out on very short notice I have nothing but GREAT things to say about these guys! I called at about 1:30 for an issue with my hot water heater, they were here by 3:30 after a call they had to go on and came in and fixed the problem! They were very kind and professional! I am very happy to have found him. I had to have extensive sewage pipes replaced under my house since it's almost 100 years old.
