They were a bit pricey but cheap labor is not good and good labor is not cheap. Provided prompt resolution to water leak issue; explained available options to me and made the corrections as promised and in budget.

They came out on the day requested and knocked out the piping problems very quickly and did a great job of doing so. I've called on Mike Tidwell many times over the years.

Hot water tanks, minor plumbing fixes, and faucet instillations. Even a big water line issue that involved digging up the front yard!!! They are fast and do the best job.

Neat and clean. Depending on the disaster, they are helpful with prioritizing , giving my job the place in line it deserves.

Our commode kept running and I could not get it to stop. After turning off the water, called another well known plumbing company.

The technician gave such a high quote and was trying to upsell me on their other promotions. I declined and decided to contact Tidwell Plumbing.

Their technician, and the person he was training, were extremely courteous, helpful, explained what was transpiring, and did out-of-the box quick thinking to address the issue. The cost was affordable.

They were in/out within the hour. A week later, discovered that a part was missing from the outside water faucet.

Once again, the same same technician had the part on his truck and within 30 minutes, 1-2-3, he was done. I referred Tidwell Plumbing to a friend of mine and she was extremely pleased with their work as well.

The both of us declared that they will be our "Go To Plumbing Company." I feel that this is an honest company who will go above the call of duty to be there when they say they would and will call if they are running behind. That speaks volumes to me.

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Mike and his team for the work they did on my home. They were able to hunt down and locate the cleanout to my old home almost a foot below ground and after calling and paying two different companies (who did absolutely nothing but take my money) I kick myself for not calling Mike Tidwell Plumbing first! Very polite gentleman. Told me the price before hand and made it happen Had them do a number or repairs at my house.

The work was well done, but the bill far exceeded the original estimate. When I asked for an itemized bill, I first received what I will call a "semi-itemized" bill, and a price reduction that corrected some "errors".

I persisted in requesting an itemized bill, and only after I spoke with Mike Tidwell did I receive it, along with a further price adjustment. I believe that a consumer should be provided an itemized bill without having to request it, and my experience with the price adjustments make it difficult to recommend Mike Tidwell plumbing.

I called Mike Tidwell Plumbing because they did a good job last time fixing a leaking pipe and I know they do not charge to come out and give you an estemate. I had tried another place and they wanted over 50 bucks just to give you an estemate.

This time it was a drain in my kitchen sink that was draining too slow. I called ahead and asked for a price and got it over the phone.

It was 150.00 less than another place which was almost double of what Mike quoted me. They also fixed another problem I was having and made it look like it should (fixing someone elses mistake).

Even with the extra work, it was still less than the other place. I am very pleased with the service and honest prices which is hard to find these days.

Mike Tidwell impressed me for the first time 13 years ago when he replaced a broken pipe at my house while he was still working for another company which he subsequently left to start his own company. This time he impressed me again by ...

NOT doing the job. I had a backed up drain that appeared to be rooted all the way down near the city sewer.

I had some luck tracking Mike down on the Internet and gave him a call. He came by, gave me a free estimate but still recommended that I call the city to see if they would do the job and save me a couple thousand dollars.

Sure enough, the city determined the break was at the main sewer area and fixed the whole thing. Other businesses would seize the opportunity to make money but not Mike Tidwell.

He seems to put customer's interest above it. I would recommend Tidwell for any plumbing job I know.

Omar came out to give an estimate and he was incredibly professional and thorough.

We stayed in touch over several months until I was ready to pull the trigger on my re-piping project. Once I decided to sign on, Omar connected me with Angel to lead my project.

Angel and his team were very professional at all stages. He consistently asked about any questions or concerns I had and listened to all of them to provide solutions.

This was a major project, so know that things may come up for the team and it will take at least 4-5 days for completion. My only feedback to the team would be that it became a little confusing for me having so many different teams cycling through and I found myself repeating a lot of the same info to each team.

I also received calls from so many of the teams and different guys that it seemed like not all the teams were on the same page with communications regarding my project. Not We Do Repipes! They have their own crews for EVERYTHING. They are fully licensed and insured.

They were right on time (to the minute) for their appointments. Communication was always very easy and very clear.

Their crew showed up and we're very respectful of my home and my little dog. They worked almost 12 hours that day but when they left I had a full repipe and a new tankless water heater all up and running seamlessly! Next was the Sheetrock repair appointment and their repairman Oscar.

He arrived EXACTLY at his appointment time, did a walk through and got to work. He is very detail oriented and meticulous with his work.

He's a super nice guy and seems to be able to fix ANYTHING! We were so pleased with Oscar I made him lunch the second day he was here. All in all everything that we had done came out PERFECTLY! What an awesome experience to work with a company that does absolutely everything they say they are going to do at the high quality they promise! Highly recommend them and I already have referred them around! Note: My husband was the main person who dealt directly with We Do Repipes (WDR) so this review is largely based off of his reports to me. We found ourselves needing new pipes for the entire house so we got a few quotes.

Water was coming out rusty and water pressure was low. After inquiring based on reviews on Yelp, an appointment for the estimate was set up the next day.

They were on time and the estimate was quick and a quote given once done. There was an early bird price if we made up our minds within 2 days - it was $300 less than the normal quoted price which was still slightly lower than the one we already had.

Everything was the same except WDR does not paint (but they will patch up with Sheetrock) and they would only need one day to do the repiping. You get the honors (or find someone to do it) of making sure the colors match again.

We were waiting on a few factors and ultimately decided upon WDR, but the day after the early bird pricing expired. Sad.

Once we contacted them, they came the next day. It was a new (to us) and empty house so we needed to stop by to unlock the doors for them.

Cleanliness and concerns of theft weren't huge issues. They were great - professional and nice.

A breeze to work with! As promised, all the repiping was done that first day. They work in teams and they'll switch off.

Once done, they generally insist on a walk through and take personal care to make sure things work. They also discovered that the shower heads were shoddy, informed us about it, then quoted us additional and changed those for us as well - same day.

The next day, husband was present for the inspector to make sure everything was done correctly and to get his seal of approval. Almost directly after, WDR arrives to finish some things that weren't up to par.

They followed up to make sure everything was good. Day number three consisted on last minute items and patching up the walls.

I went by the house to check on things on the way back from work after everyone was done on the second and third days. Day 2 featured gaping holes in the walls.

Day 3 had those holes closed with discolored walls at those spots. Everything looked good.

Only bad notes: someone didn't turn off one set of light on day 2 and day 3, most of the lights were still on. Also, the place was a lot dirtier than I left it.

In addition to the countertops being dustier, there were parts here and there, some sort of white substance (plaster?) was all over the toilet cleaning brush (it's ironic that you need to clean something you use to clean), the toilets as a whole were filthy and I couldn't get some of it off, a mirror wasn't replaced on the wall, and I'm fairly sure one of the workers took a dump that involved splattering. Defecating is a wonderful event, but maybe try to keep it cleaner afterwards.

Maybe because the place was empty and it wasn't sparkling clean to begin with, they didn't bother with cleaning up after. Luckily, I stopped by those days to turn off the lights and cleaned the toilets as best as I could.

If I had found out the lights were on 24/7... not cool.

Even so, for fast and efficient service, going above and beyond and the care that they gave to their work (if not being energy efficient or leaving the place all that clean), and best pricing (other than how I need to google how to paint), I still grant them 5 stars. We Do Repipes did everything right - just exactly as promised.

They sent out a crew that got the job done in one day. They made a few holes in the sheet rock as expected so their sheet rock repairman came right out and did a remarkable job repairing the sheet rock.

Outstanding. Lastly, the painters came and, using paint we had that matched our walls, they did a perfect job painting over the sheet rock repairs.

Communication was great and they did what they said they would do. I highly recommend them.

All of the good reviews for them areTRUE. I have dealt with very few companies or people I can say that about.

The people i dealt with were honest courteous and professional. David Henry who came to our home to discuss our repipe was excellent.

Professional and thorough and the price for the service was competitive. And it was "turn key" which included everything.

They said the would do it in one day and they arrived on time and they did it in one day. They were organized and knew what they were doing.

The Sheetrock people were to be. here 2 days later and they were on time and did a superb job of doing the Sheetrock that was needed I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

These guys are amazing! Will came out and did a wonderful presentation and walk thru. The price was substantially less than other big name competitors.

Guys came out, were clean and efficient. I was impressed to see their project manager, who by the way is the owner, JR during the job and after the job was done.

Had the whole house repiped after the freeze broke our pipes in our 1950s house. The crews for repiping and for sheetrocking and painting were really skilled and knew their stuff.

Also, they cut a minimal amount of holes to complete the job. Glad we hired them.

I am scheduled to have these guys come out next Saturday for a galvanize pipe replacement with pex. I'll post an update when the job is complete with pictures.

Excellent company - from the initial estimate to the repipe job, to the Sheetrock job. One of the most professional and definitely the cleanest set of teams I have had working on this house.

Angel oversaw the job and when there were necessary delays he got thing back on track - even on the weekend. Water pressure, temperature, and water quality improved instantly.

Pricing was way cheapest out of the 3 estimates I got (not sure how they pulled that off while doing a solid job). No other place was willing to include Sheetrock repair in the job.

Wow, I was really surprised that my contact with We Do Repipes was so bad, given all the positive Yelp reviews. I had high hopes, called and scheduled an appointment for an estimate.

Got a call from Omar before the appointment, and I told him the issues we were having. Also shared the issues with the scheduler, who said that they could help us.

The issues: An older home with original pipes that need re-piping, as well as a broken drain line that runs from the house to the outgoing sewer. The broken drain line was first priority, but was hoping they could handle both issues.

Omar called me last night, kept talking about the repiping. When I said that the broken drain line was my first concern, he flatly said, "We don't do partials, I told you that".

When I tried to explain further what I was looking for, he was condescending and dismissive, I was shocked. I thanked him for his time and ended the call.

He called me again today and offered an apology (of sorts, he included "but" in his comments, which to me negates an apology). He said that he misunderstood the issue with the drain line, thought I wanted something different, that his boss clarified for him today...and that he wanted to give me the estimate for the two pieces of work.

I thanked him for his apology and said that I have contacted two other companies. He kept trying to give me the estimates, but my contact with him was very unsatisfactory, it would be hard to proceed further after such a negative contact.

Omar is the face and voice of this business...it's a shame he didn't treat me with respect and listen to what I was trying to tell him... Was time to replace the pipes in our 50 year old house.

Got 4 quotes- these guys were in the middle and included the cost of Sheetrock repair. JR came by and looked at everything and gave the quote- explained everything in detail.

On the day- they showed up on time and got to work immediately. Everyone was friendly and the best part- they really looked like they enjoyed the job they were doing.

Put thought into what they were doing and were very conscientious. Took them 2 days and then 1 more day for the drywall.

The day of the job they showed up on time, were very organized and completed the job in one day as promised. They even repaired a few items unrelated to the job at no charge.

There was a master plumber here the whole time. The owners came by at different times to check on the progress and answer any questions.

Some of the other companies said we would be without water for as many as 4 days!!! 4 days without water would be horrible. The installers were very polite, professional and clean.

They even took care of all the sheet rock repairs, including the texture. Every other company wanted an additional fee to repair the sheet rock.

That's right, an additional fee to repair the damage they would cause. These guys, all the sheet rock repairs were included in the price, like it should be.

Not too mention the sheet rock looks perfect, can't even tell there was ever a hole. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their house repiped.

5 STARS ALL DAY!!! We Do Repipes just re-piped our house and very pleased with the results. The price was reasonable (I got about 5 quotes) and included a new water heater as well, and doing the re-plaster of all the holes that had to be cut (we also have a wet bar in the living room).

They discovered where we had leak in our ceiling and were proactive in getting that fixed and making sure that we do not have any mold. Everyone that came to the house was very polite and answered all my questions and were very helpful, and professional.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone that has to go through having their house re-piped. Will came out and gave me a quote that was substantially less than others.

What won me over was that he quoted me a turnkey price that included dry wall repair, hot water heater removal, etc. The other quotes nickel and dimed me to tune of over $1000 more than his quote.

The second thing that cause me to go with We Do Repipes was the time frame. Other companies quoted me 4-5 days but they were in and out in a day and a half.

That matters when you need to take time off from work. They worked until 10 o'clock at night to make sure that we had running water before they left.
