Nathaniel is an extremely knowledgeable craftsman, he's transparent, has great communication, and is just an overall friendly person. He was upfront about costs and kept me updated as to what he was finding (I had a leak in my plumbing and unfortunately we had to take a larger chunk of drywall out than initially intended, but he told me ahead of time that might be a possibility and then when that was our last ditch effort to find the leak, he asked if that was how I wanted to proceed.

Imagine my surprise when Kenny returned my call within 20 minutes, and said he would be by shortly! Within minutes he arrived, diagnosed the issue as a sprinkler leak, turned off the water, and refused to take any payment. He's my plumber from now on!! Spoke with Kenny and he diagnosed the issue over the phone and was able to resolve it quickly.

Great value and he has only recommended work that was actually needed. Called Sachse Plumbing this morning and spoke to Kenny, described toilet clogged up, recent foundation post leak check up indicated sewage leak so i thought this clog has something to do with the leak.

Like must residents, we are leery trusting a plumber for something we cannot see under the slab. Kenny explained to me that they will first attempt to solve the problem, which is to unclog the toilet, if that does not work, they will expand further, he sent a plumber over within a few hours, he is professional, courteous, has all the equipment needed, fixed the issue within 30 mins, and ensure me that it is working fine and no heed to do extensive testing.

Sachse plumbing is just 1/2 mile from me, I will always call them when I need help with plumbing issue. Their price is reasonable.

Initially I had contacted Sachse plumbing about an odor I had and over the phone he advised me a couple options of things I could do to help rectify the problem before he would need to come out and take a look. Called him back later as the DIY things did not take care of the issue and needed a second opinion regarding an odor in my house that I initially thought was a plumbing problem and was told by a big box company in fact was.

The other company wanted to charge me a fee to scope my plumbing system to diagnose exactly what was wrong. Kenny came out and within minutes had assured my wife that we did not have seepage or a plumbing leak and diagnosed it quickly as a rodent issue instead.

He still ran a camera through my plumbing system and thus confirmed his first thought. I climbed in my attic and viola, discovered a dead rat as the culprit and ridded my house of the foul odor.

He was extremely nice and accommodating and made my wife feel comfortable when he was at our home. Also Kenny refused to take any money and provided his expertise and service at no charge.

It is refreshing to have honest trades people in this world as too many times people with knowledge can easily take advantage of situations and run up costly bills with in this instance would have provided no fix for the problem. We will certainly keep Kenny in mind if ever in a pinch and truly have any plumbing needs.

Thank you A2Z!! Yes, they (all four) wore their masks the entire time they were onsite, but more important, they took care of our slab leak! It was frustrating to them, to not be able to solve the plumbing riddle of our 1979 home, in their estimated 4 hours, but they did come up with a solution after 7 hours. They returned the next day and completed the project within their original expectations (which also included replacing a hot water heater).

Even though they had to open seven holes in our walls, their work was orderly, clean, and they cleaned up their messes. I can't endorse them enough for their tireless work to resolve our situation, and thank them for their efforts.

The cost? Exactly what they estimated. What more could we ask.

We had a gas fireplace starter pipe that needed replacing and he and his assistant came out and in one hour, removed the old pipe which was really on there, and installed new gas starter pipe for a reasonable price.
