I asked what kind of hot water heater I would get because I saw Lowes sold basic ones for around 500.00 plus 350.00 to install. The other lady in the office said they were very good hot water heaters.

They told me that Lowes would also have to charge extra to bring it to code. I was in a difficult situation and I agreed to the price because I had already paid for my warranty and they made it seem like it would take quite a bit of additional labor to bring it up to code.

Two men came out to do the job. One of them was the owner's son.

The hot water heater they bought was dented along the bottom and where it was welded there was an opening. I brought this to his attention and he said that it was only cosmetic.

I googled it to see if this was true and I told him that it said it could cause a problem because the insulation could be damaged. He said they would get a new one for me.

They were polite and installed the new one. They added a drip pan and PVC pipe.

My husband told me that he saw the helper lift the new hot water heater by himself and put it into place because the owner's son told him to. Overall they did a good job.

I do think that 801.00 plus the reimbursement from the warranty company was too much for the hot water heater I received and the "additional labor for bringing it up to code". They never used both men to do the lifting.

If they would not have needed to drive and get another heater because of the dent it would have taken 1 person about 2 hours to complete. When they were done I asked when the city would be coming out to do the inspection.

The owner's son said ,"you want them to come out?" I said yes. I want to make sure everything is up to code.

I had to call the office twice to get my inspection date. The city came a week later and signed off on the job.

I wanted to post this review because even though they did do the job I think they eggagerated their prices. The city inspection cost 100.00, the drip pan and PVC maybe 75.00 and the additional labor to bring this up to code was maybe 15 minutes they did not need two men.

As for the quality of the hot water heater...it is a 6 year warranty heater so just a basic 500.00 one. I don't mind paying for an honest price but in this case they left me feeling like they took advantage of me.

Never CALL THIS company. CHW sends them and just ask them to change the vendor.

They just don't tell you the cost upfront and then behave rude unless you pay. I would give a 0 star if that was allowed! Whatever you do do not use this company.

Horrible service and the plumber claimed to have fixed a leak in the kitchen and actually made it worse. No return call and the first appointment they never showed up.

We called them Thursday afternoon. They scheduled us for between 9 and noon on Friday.

The left us with holes in every room, exposing us to freezing temperatures. They left drywall and installation all over floors, counter tops, and dishes.

Their rerouting sucked so bad, another company came out to reroute. Avoid if your home warranty service refers them.

A month later we still didn't have water in our kitchen. Clockwise to the rescue.

Not only did they do a great job, they were so affordable! I found this to be incredible integrity on their part because other plumbers were gouging folks after the storm! Thank you. You will be our new go-to for future services.

We had a leaking shower head and call our warranty company sent Clockwise plumbing. They replaced the cartridge and left telling us that the leaking would stop in about 10-20 minutes.

The leak never stopped. We called them back, but they wanted us to do a recall from the warranty company, which we did.

When they went the second time, they made a report to the warranty company that the valves were rusty and corroded and needed replacing. The warranty denies coverage for the valve.

I called another plumber to come out, he replaced the cartridge with the manufacturer brand, which costs $20 more than the generic one. And the leak has since stopped.

I called to notify them of this, but the office lady brushed me off like that's not their problem, she says " they don't cover manufacturer's parts." I told her I would of paid the extra $20 instead of having to hire a new plumber. She didn't care and hung up.

Don't trust this company, they are just trying to get as much money out of you as possible. I will let the warranty company know about them too.

If I could give these guys zero or below, I would. They came out to service a clogged toilet and a day later my bathroom was flooded.

First they were almost 8 hrs late for my appointment, no one called me, all I got was a generic email saying the tech was going to be late. I had to call them 3 times just to get info and an ETA and they couldn't give me that.

Then they failed to fix the problem they came out for and instead of helping the customer they tell me I had to call the warranty company for them to submit a recall order for them to come out and fix the problem they didn't fix in the first place. Then once they received the order you would think that in good faith they would want to send a tech the same day to take care of the customer, Nope I now have to wait 4 days until they come out because apparently they don't stand by their work and they're good with collecting my service fee just not ok with making customers satisfied.

So if you read this I can only advise you NOT to use Clockwise Plumbing and don't make the mistake of paying for a home warranty from Select Home Warranty. You will regret ever hearing those names.

The ladies on the phone are on top of things, it's the people in the field and their practices are just shady. First of all, if they give you a time window, best be assured they will come 2-3 hours after that window.

Secondly they prioritize their visit based on their view on how much $$ they will make out of that project. Clockwise was consulted by American home shield to check for a leaks at my property and after 3 weeks of run arounds and not following proper procedures they submitted a quote that they knew was not going to be covered by the insurance.

They wanted to install a "shut off valve" outside the house, any plumber would know that the city has a shut off valve 10 feet away. I had 2 other master plumbers come out and give me a second opinion and that's how I know this company is shady.

I would stay far away from this company. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!!!! Horrible customer service, rude, don't show up when they say they will, call you after the techs were already supposed to be there to say they cant come, techs show up without parts the list goes on.

I was set with this company by my warranty company and was throughly upset. I was scheduled for my services to take place on today between 12:00 and 3:00 pm after not hearing from them at 2:30 gave them a call only to be informed that the tech was running behind and the new " appointment is after 3:00( pretty wide window).

So this place is a joke. I didnt pick this company my home warranty did.

Funny thing is when I talked to them Thursday 5/2 and tried explaining to them issue they talked to me like I was ignorant(I was a licensed claims adjuster and home inspector) and treated me like I knew nothing. Said they didnt trust a leak detection test done by someone with over 25 years experience.

After we finally got me in the books their "master plumber" ended up hanging up on me. Well today their window was between 9am and 12pm.

Its 525pm and I haven't received a call and no one has show up. I never in my life would choose a company with these kinds of standards.

I can only imagine what kind of work they do when they do show up to a job. I'll recommend to my warranty company not to use them in the future......

Jeff (the owner) is the best plumber I have ever used. He shows up, totally knows what he is doing, and takes care of the problem.

We use his services at my office as well. One time we had 2 different plumbers come up to look at an issue, and they couldn't figure it out.

I was schedule by my home warranty this Plumbing Company Clockwise, the tech was scheduled to arrive between 12:pm and 3:00pm I receive a call he will be 35 minutes past 2:pm, He did show up by 3:pm, his comment was he is not able to perform the job because he does not see any issue, he did not even bother to take off a single screw or bring a tool, the moment I explained the situation I knew he will not be able to either not do his job or does not want to do it, since he is getting pay any way. I would not use them or contact them at all, I would not recommend this company for your needed job or please change your appointment before wasting money.

We had to wait several days before they came out, never received any type of "leak detection test" or pictures, and received a quote for DOUBLE the cost of what 2 other plumbers quoted. We would never recommend Clockwise or consider using them on any of our multiple listings or properties.

We hired TALT PLUMBING to do the work, they were efficient and cost effective. Not only was Clockwise Plumbing able to come out on very short notice,they worked very hard to make sure that my plumbing issues were resolved.

We spoke to the receptionist and explained to her that they come out before but did not fix it she got smart with us several times and stated that it was not their fought but they were going to send someone out to take care if it.

We wanted until 6 pm but know one showed up to do the job. We called several times and know one answered.

Today is Monday, June 17, We called to see why they did not come out on Saturday. The receptionist got rude with us stated that they were having phone problems.

The first call to them rolled to her cell phone because she stated that they were head to the office and would call us back when someone was in route. We had a leak in our utility room, our warranty company dispatched Clockwise Plumbing to fix the problem. Clockwise initially responded to diagnose the problem (busted pipe), Clockwise advised they'd be out again in 2 days to fix it.

2 days came and went, no call, no show. I called them, the resectionist stated they had gotten "tied" up and weren't able to respond, so we rescheduled for the following day.

Again, no call, no show. We did this a total of 3 times, before I finally called my warranty company to escalate the situation.

Clockwise finally showed back up several days later and "fixed" the pipe. 2 weeks later, the pipe is still leaking.

They came out, took one look and determined without digging that the leak was under the driveway and they could not fix the problem. Bottom line, it was hot and they didn't want to dig.

I wish I didn't! Olshan - sent me a bunch of hardworking, ground-digging people who are recently hailed from El Salvador. Perhaps they are very nice bunch of strong guys who can did holes in the ground fast; however, they are surely neither educated in engineering, nor in foundation repair, nor were they equipped with engineering drawing, instructions, nor were they supervised by a professional.

OLSHAN charged me $650 dollar for alleged engineering, that is FRAUD - There was no engineering blueprints, no engineer to supervise, no engineering guidance or written instructions to the workers, and certainly no one to coordinate the random guessing each of the workers had to do on his own as to how much to jack-up the house, where, and how the foundation should be moved - it was a profound negligence and absence of coordination. THE RESULT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER, as walls became separated from ceilings, doors came stuck jammed-in could not be open, and floors caved with the two small cracks for which the foundation repair was called turning into 39 huge cracks inside the house, and 11 cracks developing in the break walls outside.

In addition to the structural damages, Olshan's destructive unprofessional and unsupervised workers caused damages to the plumbing of the house which initial repair estimate is in exccess of $22,000 The complete chaos by the uneducated, unlicensed, and uninsured contractor hired by Olshan to handle hundreds of thousands if not millions worth of real estate resulted in almost full destruction of my house. Olshan had no idea who was coming to repair my foundation... Olshan did not care as long as the cheapest contractor who can do the shady work fast is found and hired by Olshan.

My experience showed me that Olshan greed is endless, and Olshan's only objective is profiteering at the homeowner's expense with complete disregard to integrity, professionalism, and safety. Olshan did a bad job and didn't honor their work.

Had to find another company to come out and fix their poor work. We hired Olshan two years ago to repair our foundation.

It appears as though the foundation work was completed correctly, however, it has only been two years since installation. My dissatisfaction with Olshan relates to the impact of the subcontractors to my property.

Apparently, my 25-year old Oak Tree was great to bang tools against to release clay mud from them as it ended up having dozens of gouges in the bark because of this lack of care towards our property. One of the main lines to our irrigation system was damaged during their work, however, they said they repaired it.

Recently, we had an irrigation system technician come out to find a leak in our line and it turned out to be exactly where Olshan damaged it. We learned it wasn't repaired properly, necessitating more work to repair properly, costing me $175 out of pocket.

They also left way too much soil in the front of the house, requiring me to move about a dozen wheelbarrows full of soil to the backyard - lots of work. I would never recommend Olshan to a friend or family member based on my experience.

Asked Olshan to come out do a quote for doing all lift of a concrete deck and more concrete work on pool deck and driveway. Martin came out.

He quoted the price on the lift 4K but said he wasn't the guy to quote the other concrete work. Said he would get his concrete specialist out to continue the quote.

I have no voice messages from anyone from Olshan. She called me today after I posted to set it up an appointment.

She said that she has spoken to someone in the back office about it but didn't know what had happened after that. Olshan gave me a quote for some work that was over double (nearly triple) what 3 other reputable companies gave me.

When I asked why the price was so high, they didn't have an answer. I spoke with the sales manager a few days later who quoted me more than 10% less than the prior olshan rep.

When I asked the rep why the price was so high compared to others (and even within his own company), he told me he didn't know and that the other quote with olshan must have just been a discount. Olshan's warranty also basically states that if the issues persist, even after their work is completed, they can't be held liable.

It also took several calls for them to explain their warranty and any financing options since they do not return calls in a timely manner. They like to hide multiple additional fees (hidden in the fine print) that aren't included in their estimates, which will drive up their price even higher so be sure to thoroughlyread any contract with them prior to signing.

I can not stress enough that you should shop around before being upcharged by this company. These folks suck! I had an appointment for a month and a half to repair our driveway and my neighbors driveway.

They called to confirm a week or so out so I took an earned PTO day to stay home for the repairs. Called mid morning to check on a time and was tld we were on the schedule at noon but the machine was broken and they were trying to repair it.

Called at 2pm to see what was going on and told the machine was still not working (a borrowed machine because theirs was damaged in a wreck) so wanted to reschedule after I wasted a PTO day. Horribly unprofessional, non-communicative company.

Nolan Ryan would be well served to remove his endorsement of these clowns. Olshan came out and did my quote and was on time.

When it came time to do the work, everything went great! With a super dry summer here there may be a small warranty adjustment needed, and they will be back out soon to take a look, but very pleased with the outcome. I srarted out wanting to give Olshan a 5 star review.

The Olshan people are friendly, the work was exactly what I wanted. Robert Wise came out to do the measurements and explain what needed to be done.

I highly recommend him, he answered all my questions and never judged if they seemed dumb since this was my first time dealing with foundation issues. All the Olshan people were courteous and a pleasure to deal with.

I am very pleased with the work quality, and would recommend Olshan, just warn people they are not perfect. They lost a star because when I came home there was dried urine all over my toilet, trash, used masks in my yard and bedroom laundry basket, scrapes and damage to my walls from where their equipment had banged up against it and tools left in my yard.

They lost another star because the plumber they promised would come out to run hydraulic tests and sign off on the foundation repair essentially ghosted me and the Olshan people did not seem to care. I called Olshan 4 times and emailed them 3 times to let them know and I never got a response.

They emailed the plumber after I called, copied me on it so I was able to google the plumber for a phone number. I called the plumber directly and never got a call back.

I asked Olshan for another plumber and never got a response. I ended up hiring my own plumber, but Olshan either needs to tell people to hire a plumber for the test or honor their word and get a reliable plumber.

I have a large stone patio that over 17 years had started to settle on the backside. Mack came out and gave me a fair quote and thoroughly explained the process.

On the day the work was scheduled to be done, they showed up exactly when they said they would. Thought the work guys did a great job and went over and above to put things back together when it was finished.

I have since decided to have them work on my driveway and they are coming back out this weekend to quote the work on that. Rip off.

When I hired the company to add 4 new beams and repair all the other existing beams, I was told it would take 2 days. So I agreed to the price.

They came out and were done in 3-1/2 hrs. No discount on the price.

If I had been told the work would be completed in 4 hrs I would not have agreed to the price. Olshan claims to offer a lifetime warranty which will always be honored by other Cable Lock companies.

However, I had my foundation repaired by another Cable Lock company that Olshan bought, and they refuse to honor that warranty. They say that they're not really a "Cable Lock" company anymore, they're a "Cable Lock ST Plus" company (they still use the same logo), as if that were an acceptable reason to renege on a lifetime warranty agreement.

I have no idea if there are other, more reputable companies who offer more reliable lifetime warranties, but it might be worth checking around before you commit to Olshan. A lifetime warranty on a foundation repair can be a valuable asset when you go to sell your house, and it's disturbing to learn that I no longer have one.

Wouldn't even give them one star but you cant do Zero, change the name to Old Scam Interviewed them as well as 6 other companies For foundation work. When they showed up they asked if the house had foundation work previously, I said yes and done by their company - here is a copy of our warranty.

Representative says that wasn't our company however they sent our address to their home office and brought up the full job! Next they told us they wouldn't quote Unless I signed a hold harmless agreement not covering the previous work. Why would that matter if the previous work wasn't done by their company? I said flat out no and they told me they would price the job but it would be contingent on me signing the document Their price was the highest, recommending 30 piers - twice the amount of the rest of the competition.

Beware and do your homework when choosing someone for your foundation- and think twice before choosing these guys I had Olshan to come out and look @ my foundation. the person that came out was very nice polite and respectful I was told that my kitchen was going down hill and my foundation had to be repaired I asked if they needed to dig inside would they repair the floor I was told that they did not dig inside.
