I had an after-hours plumbing need related to our main water supply and a sprinkler system mishap. What was I to do? Left a message and immediately was set up with an appointment the next day.

His team also followed up with a phone call and I was able to communicate need via text. Service requested with prompt responding makes all the difference and sets Jerry's company apart from other competitors.

Now, we have water again! This is my third time using AugerPros, and although no one is perfect all the time, they did a great job with our church's urgent sewer issue, which had forced us to shut down all our Sunday school kids' and toddler bathrooms on two floors. AugerPros was the first of three plumbers I contacted to come out.

We had no idea how much work it was going to be, and expected the worst. Kory Sullivan and his assistant Tommy arrived, scoped the line, and correctly diagnosed the issue: a cast-iron drain that had moved and become detached 5 feet below ground.

Augerpros uses a superhero for their logo, and honestly they have been one for me. I had a horrible plumbing nightmare appear when I had multiple plumbing companies have differing hydrostatic testing reports following a foundation lift.

I call it a nightmare, because one companies owner even got in an argument with me when I mentioned what might be the cause of the discrepancy. At this point, I needed a third opinion and Augerpros sent their "pipewhisperer" Kory to help me.

Kory went the extra mile in trying to hunt down the supposed leak, explain the findings to us and help us understand our options along the way. Fortunately on that repair, they discovered a small issue in our clean outs was the source of the discrepancies and got us fixed up and saved us from thousands in costly exploratory leak finding.

They also provided a great explanation as to how the other plumbing companies were getting different results, and their paperwork satisfied our foundation company so that I did not have to deal with their less than pleasant plumbing partner any more. That earned them 5 stars alone...

but not less than a month later, I found myself suffering a major service line leak! They sent Kory again and he quickly found the issue and with his apprentice Tommy they got started on the work the next day, even with it being Christmas week they got us online and stopped the yard from flooding. I appreciate how communicative Auger is, and how Kory and Tommy both tolerate our excess of questions and request for information.
