Every time we work with them, they've been excellent. They helped us solve an issue with our water heater where some gasket or some thing had broken down and was getting into the hot water.

He put on his shoe booties before he came in the house and I then showed him to the bathroom where I wanted the work done. I wanted three water shutoff valves and a sink faucet replaced.
He showed me a laminated price sheet which specified the cost for replacing the valves, which also included the valve and a new supply line. There were also prices for the faucet replacement depending on what type of faucet, so before the job was started I knew exactly what it was going to cost.

Pablo has been out to our home several times in the last few years as our home is older and things have cropped up. He wears coverings over his shoes to enter your home and has masked up every time he's here.
His work is excellent, prices are reasonable, communication is great, and he is very knowledgeable about his profession. He just fixed a slab leak for us and went over several methods for us to approach the repair, was very clear on pricing, and got the job done in the stated time frame.
The job site was left clean and he was able to take care of a separate problem that cropped up while he was here and gave us tips to prevent the problem reoccurring. In the past I did try to book an appointment with him and had to go with other plumbers because his schedule was so full, but that's to be expected with the quality of his workmanship.
If you can wait for him to have an opening in his schedule, I highly recommend you do so because it's worth the wait to know your repair was done correctly. I can't say enough great things about Pablo and his work.

I had water backing up that was coming out of the wall in my garage and there was a clog somewhere in my pipes. Pablo made two trips to get everything up and working and was professional, thoughtful and was able to fix my problem.

Our water heater was 11 years old, so I did some research and reached out to a few plumbers. One quote was $200 more than Bee Prestigious for the exact same work (same heater, drain pan, City of Richardson inspection).
Another plumber quoted the same price but said he didn't like to involve the city for their required inspection. Pablo did a great job, set it up to code, and even helped with a quick shower issue free of charge.

We had a clog laundry drain that wouldn't unclog. Pablo accessed the issue and determine the sewer line between the kitchen to the laundry room was broken.
My home have cast iron sewer line so due to aging, it was only a matter of time before it started to leak. The original plan was to tunnel to the line and repair the damage area.
However the pipe was beyond repair. Pablo and his crew rerouted the sewer line with PVC pipe to resolved the issue.
The repair was expensive, but its small price to pay for quality. He and his crew were very polite and got the job done fast.

Glad we waited! I found Pablo after researching on Yelp - I originally called in late December and he was courteous and up front with me that it would take 2 1/2 weeks to come out, he was scheduled 17 days out. My issue wasn't dire critical, so I waited and was glad I did.

Highly recommended for any plumbing you may need. I figured Pablo must have written some of the reviews himself since there are not a lot of businesses that get all 5 stars.
But now I know, personally he deserves them. He installed a new and removed an old toilet and 1) was on time, if not a little early, 2) he removed the old one and took it with him so I didn't have to dispose it myself, 3) he cleaned the area prior to installing the new one, 4) he cleaned up everything afterwards and even took the large carton that came with the new toilet with him.
So I didn't have to do anything after he left. And his prices are competitive.
Good job overall. Pablo is the best.
He has done two jobs for us...one was a major sewer line break that required 12 feet of tunneling under the house, and the other was a sewer line clog. Very competitive pricing, showed me his rate sheet right up front, took photos before and after the repair, and was always early or on time.
I definitely recommend him. I've had three different plumbers come to my house for issues and Pablo was the best by far.
In fact, he may have been the best serviceman I've ever had come to my house. He is extremely kind, respectful, and honest.
I was suspicious when I saw so many 5-star ratings on yelp, but when he came to my house it all made sense. He thoroughly evaluated the problem I was having and patiently answered all the questions I was having.
He is the sole employee and the business owner and doesn't try to sell you work that doesn't need to be done. Previously, a larger plumbing company came by and said I needed to replace my sewer line, which would cost me $1300.
Pablo inspected it himself and let me know that it was actually in good condition and did not need to be replaced. I had him come back to my house a second time to plumb the primary drain line from the attic AC unit to the p-trap under the sink.
The plumbing was done very well and now my attic ac unit drains properly. He also noticed my existing p-trap was installed incorrectly and he fixed that for me.

I contacted him via text and he was out at his next available appointment spot to fix a bathtub drain and a bathroom sink drain. Dad has been using him for 5 or so years.
He wore a mask and booties and was very professional. I had misplaced a part that we needed for today's appointment so I asked if it was something that could be bought at the local hardware store since Amazon was sold out.
He said yes and he showed up with part so we were able to continue with our appointment. I really appreciated that.
