or at least I thought I did. Two guys showed up the morning after a call and said "...pretty sure everything is running through, maybe the blockage pushed out overnight?" Sure enough, no issues.
Here's the thing: the refused payment, literally saying "we didn't do anything" even though they came to my house and checked it out - that's something! I gave them each some money for lunch just to show my thanks. Fast forward to almost a year later, I have another blockage, and this one isn't going away.
Two different guys again showed up the morning after my call and were able to punch out the blockage through my two-way cleanout within about 10 minutes. Again, no charge, in part because I was asking for an estimate about repiping the drains for the whole house, and was told I'd be contacted about getting an estimate.
Now, to be completely honest, I was never contacted. BUT, I also haven't had any issue since and I have still yet to give Diaz a single penny.
But I will. Soon.

Manny and his assistant were on time and quickly started work on our issue. Unfortunately, our new toilet wouldn't fit due to incorrectly installed pipes and our shower couldn't be fixed same day because our pipes are too old (requires different parts/fix).
Manny informed us of the solutions but didn't pressure us into anything. Gave us all of the information we needed to proceed.
He even caught a leak under the house and clamped it while we work on a more permanent solution. Manny was able to schedule us for an immediate follow up visit to minimize the issues (and potential damage) we've been dealing with.
I had to pipe burst my entire sewer line which meant they had to do some excavations along with updating the piping in my laundromat. Was a huge project.
I brought in three separate vendors for quotes and Diaz was the least costliest along with being able to schedule the work right away and have it done the quickest. Took them 3 days to do it all while the other vendors would have taken 2 weeks or so.
Great job and I would recommend them. Carlos helped us out fast and recaulked our toilet after we suspected a leak.
Did not upsell us, and recaulked it for us way better than I could have. Every time I call Adrian Diaz, they are available.

Adrien and Chris Diaz are really the real deal! We did three different small jobs in my house. Our outside water faucet was leaking, our inside bathroom sink was worn out, and our shower control was not working on our upstairs shower.
All were fixed in good time and at a reasonable price. The Diaz Family takes great pride in doing an excellent job! I wish to add that we had tree roots growing in our outside lateral sewer line that was causing backup outside of our house.
This job was done at a later date with the same excellent results. Thank you, Diaz Plumbing! We had an issue with our toilet not seating right, when I removed it the ring wasn't properly secured to the floor and was damaged.

The first time I hired them, they were one of three companies I called out to the property for quotes. They were the ONLY ONES who were able to find a way to access the pipes that needed replacing; the other (equally highly rated) companies weren't even able to figure out how to properly do the work.
On top of that, they had the lowest quote! And the job itself was done quickly and efficiently. Based on the above experience, I called them to do repairs on a home I had just purchased.
Hector was thorough and honest in his evaluation. He recommended only the work I needed, advised when I should expect to do further repairs in the future, and showed me exactly why my toilet was malfunctioning so I could make an informed decision regarding next steps.

He and his team had to drill through the stucco on the outside of our house to get to our pipes, and they did so perfectly and with the highest level of communication with each other throughout every step of the process.
