Review and analyze now for company Accurate Leak and Line - MoPac, Austin and provide the analysis in the discussed format for the following reviews: '''Clayton's team was awesome. I live in an old house in the middle of Austin that had really old pipes and the team fixed them while I was out of town.
The guys did a fantastic job. The team finished earlier than anticipated which was a bonus.
The water in my shower is amazing...thanks y'all! Sincerely, Cat Lady As much as I hated the expense, they did an excellent job replacing my cast iron sewer pipes. Communication was great and explained everything as it was happening.
I cannot believe I was suckered into paying $300 for what is called a "comprehensive" inspection the supposed master plumber did show up on time, however, he was there at most 30 minutes... (I have cameras around the exterior of the house) no equipment, and could not even find the cleanout which is clearly visible...
I feel so stupid! And now after paying the invoice, they are requesting access to the interior of the house, which I asked repeatedly if they needed, to finish the "inspection"..... I could have donated the money to charity! Have to give them kudos for upselling! Think at least twice before hiring this company! and now I am reading someone was actually charged HALF!!!! what the hell???? Thank you for the explanation.
At least your attitude is more sincere than the email reply I received. Update of my previous review.
With a couple of times back and forth communication in email, they insisted that I have to pay $150 first before receive the quote. Later I was told this is the company policy.
Please see other reviews, the impression is different. I paid the $150 dollars and I do receive the quote.
I am still considering whether I will use this company or not, maybe I need more serious investigation. We had a major issue and needed some serious help.
Our house is old and we had a cast iron issue. This company was great! Patrick was our main person on site and he made the job more understandable and was very nice and professional.
It's pretty rough place to be in to have a tunnel dug under your home and have ALL the old cast iron taken out and new pipes put in. I was shocked how fast they were! Guessing bc of the size of this company and how many times they have done this makes it as easy as just another day.
Definitely not a cheap venture but again, these guys made it as painless as they could. I would highly recommend them and would use them again in the future if we ever needed a big job done like this again.
We needed our cast iron pipes under the house replaced and asked multiple companies for quotes (we hired Accurate Leak and Line). Three companies provided a quote and two (Accurate Leak and Line being one) quoted about $30K (the 3rd quoted about $40K).
Accurate Leak and Line was the only one quoting a flat fee while the others gave an estimate that could change depending on what they might find. Clayton was the first rep that came on site for the quote and has been very responsive during the whole project.
The work was completed in 8 business days and passed city inspection (which tells me the plumbing work was good). The crew did an amazing job cleaning up! You wouldn't know that they were ever here.
Two (minor) complaints/opportunities for improvement that did not justify taking a star off: 1) After the tunnels were dug and the plumbers came, they had to go in and out of the house a lot to work in the bathrooms for the pipe replacement. They had to go through a room with carpet and it would have been nice if they had put down a tarp or something as their shoes were pretty dirty from all the dirt by the tunnels they had to walk through.
2) They worked on some pipes for the washing machine as repairs were needed since the previous owner did not do things to code. The work was included in the price, but they had to cut the drywall and it is up to me to repair the wall.
They did state they could recommend someone, but it would have been nice if they would have subcontracted that internally to leave me with a completed job. Might not be something the industry does generally so that's why I would not consider this as a complaint but more an opportunity for improvement.
150$ just to get an estimate is insane - I think my issue is a good candidate for their product but 150$ just to get an estimate is never going to happen. I really don't understand how this business model even survives in today's economy.
We had a very positive experience with this company. Their bid for our water leak repair was good.
They were fast and efficient. The crew at our house (Team Bravo) were friendly, professional, and worked together in a cohesive manner.
I definitely recommend this company. Clayton was able to find source of my water leak (I live in an older neighborhood and my pipes were buried 4-5 feet (normally its around 2 feet), yet he still was able to find the leak within 45 minutes) for only $150 fee.
Another plumbing company wanted charge me an absurd $895 just to use their "Sonar equipment" plus another $400 to blindly dig around my yard to find source of the leak. So Highly Recommend Accurate Leak and Line for finding where your water leak is.
Repairs are also reasonably price, only feedback is I think they are really busy so suggest they hire more technicians so repairs can be done within couple days instead of having to wait a week plus. My old cast iron sewer pipes under the house badly needed replacing.
I called for a estimate and they came out the next day, measured and advised what needed to be done. Got the bid e-mailed that afternoon.
After I accepted the bid which was very reasonable, we agreed on the start date. They excavated under my house in one day and replaced the sewer pipes with PCV the next day.
Waited a couple days for the city inspector then they came and back filled all the dirt and patched the hole in back porch pad with concrete, cleaned up everything and it looked great! This company is professional, knowledgeable and does what they say they are going to do! All of the office staff and crew were polite and patient with all of my questions and were just awesome! I rarely give a 5 star rating but everything about this company rocks and I highly recommend Accurate Leak and Line! We had Accurate Leak and Line come out after S&D plumbing bid us an incredibly high price on a home line repair. Accurate Leak and Line correctly diagnosed our problem for free & completed the project at a much more reasonable price.
Accurate Leak and Line was professional and courteous & they did a great job. Accurate Leak & Line are outstanding pros.
It's been many years since they undertook a major job for me in Lakeway and I was waiting for an opportunity to praise, thank and recommend Josh and his team for promptly identifying and solving the problem at a very fair price and with a minimum of disruption. I have also used to replace the entire plumbing system at a rental property in Houston with PEX piping and once again they did a great job for much less than anybody else.
I have recommended them to everyone in my sphere and I will not use anybody else. Michael H.
Lakeway, TX We discovered them when we were buying our house and one of our old cast iron lines was leaking. They fixed it and no problems ever since.
Unfortunately, we had another issues with our main sewer line and needed to get replaced. They were hard to get a hold of, but they did a great job.
I will caveat that our work was done right before (and after) the huge snowstorm so they were slammed. Overall, they had the best priced and completed the job within a reasonable time.
I'm hoping we won't have any more issues for a bit, but they'll be my first call if I do. We hired them to repair an old cast iron pipe.
They stated the work would be done in 10 business days. It took them 23 days.
They killed a huge area of our lawn, because they carelessly left a heavy tarp full of dirt sitting there. We asked them to help us repair the grass.
They refused. They are hard to get in touch with, perform shoddy work, and damaged our property.
They also left a 4-5 ft. wide hole along the foundation, which enabled vermin to crawl under our house.
This hole was left for 23 days. I urge you to consider someone else.
They are amazing. They came out and checked our house for a leak and as it turns out, there was no major leak at all.
Just a small issue with the guest bathroom toilet that caused our water bill to rise over the last few months. Another company (Reliant) had come out a few days earlier and told us that there was surely a leak in the slab of our house and they would have to come out and tear through our walls to fix it.
Luckily, we decided to get a second opinion and Accurate gave us the information we needed to fix the issue (no tearing down the walls required). AND they were honest, very knowledgeable, and extremely nice and helpful.
Thanks Accurate. If you're looking for honesty and reliability, they are your people! Highly recommend! One service call & diagnosis from Clayton saved us from 20K worth of unnecessary work from one of highly advertised plumbing companies in Austin! Encourage anyone to give these guys a call if you have a slab leak problem! Accurate Line & Leak was unable to help me, as they only do work below the slab and my problem occurred above the slab.
However, they have done work for me before (replaced lines under my slab) and I was extremely pleased with them. They did a huge job and were in and out (including inspection) in 3 days.
Recommend them highly!! Came out and checked for a leak in the line. Found it quickly - very courteous and professional.
great experience with representative!! We have a contract to buy a condominium and wanted to hire a plumber to inspect the cast iron pipes with a drain camera. The first plumber we hired was unable to get his camera working after two visits.
The option period was about to expire and used Yelp to find Accurate Leak and Line. I called midday and asked if they had appointments that day.
They were booked but offered to come out the next business day. That didn't work, since it would be after the option period expired.
I told that to the woman answering the phone. She was wonderful and made some calls to her team to find a tech for that day.
She came back and offered someone who could be there within the hour! The tech showed up on time, was extremely efficient and knowledgeable and gave a great assessment of the pipes at a fair price. What a fantastic experience.
I can highly recommend using their service. UPDATE: in response to your direct lie that your work was done with proper permits and correctly.
Josh (owner) I realize you're frustrated because I called you out on two specific violations which I clearly explained. I told you I am happy to pay full price and that I would be filing a complaint against your company with the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners.
I did exactly what I said I would do, unlike your company which misrepresented the work you completed and the blatant unethical practices. Have fun dealing with the State of Texas plumbing enforcement department for the clear violations you committed.
I even cited the exact portions you violated so you can cut and paste snippets and alter them to try to make yourself feel better, but you are still wrong and a dishonest company. 0/10 would not recommend.
Dishonest practice. Bring them in for a small repair and you will quickly find them trying to replace your entire plumbing system.
Hired a second company and they were much more straightforward and only fixed what actually needed to be fixed. These guys cut corners by not filing permits on their work, which only creates an extra hassle for homeowners.
I've filed official complaints with the Texas Board of Plumbing Examiners for their practices. If you want to get screwed over hire these guys.
We had a great experience from start to finish with this company Clay came out promptly and gave us a realistic estimate along with several options and he followed through at each step of the job the crew that did the work was also very professional Clay responded once the work was done to a question that I had showing excellent follow-through we would recommend this company and use them again These folks did a great job. Great hard working and friendly crew.
The work they did on the pipe was top notch. Highly recommend!! It was an absolute nightmare to deal with this company! From talking to our buyer without our permission (and before talking to us!) to threatening to put a lien on our house the day work was completed and before the permit was given by the city - after they had already tried to complete it without a permit until we caught them in the act, this company and their owner, Josh, was completely unprofessional and made it clear that they are in this for the money.
There are too many plumbing companies in Austin to risk hiring this one! If you do hire them, be very careful that they are pulling permits and completing work as described in the quote. Edited: Josh, I'm laughing that you edited my husbands email below.
We have filed claims with the city of Austin for the work you tried to complete without permits and will allow them to settle this dispute. Again, you've proven what a horrible ethic you and your company have and how unprofessional you are.
I worn anyone looking at this companies services to stay away if you do not want to have to watch over their shoulders as they work and worry about it being completed correctly. The actual plumbing work was good.
HOWEVER, watch out for their business model. They give a very high estimate ($4,000) with $2,000 down when you sign the contract.
Then, at least in my case, the work took a few hours so they lowered the bill to $2,500. Still way more per hour charge than the best brain surgeon!! I don't know how their model works so can't say.
Do they just keep, or expect, the entire $4,000 no matter how long, or short, the repair takes IF the customer doesn't complain? Do they do it, perhaps, because it is more easily accepted by the customer when the price goes from $4,000 to $2,500, even thought the price is still way too high? Do they do it to protect themselves against dead beat customers so they have at least the $2,000 downpayment no matter what happens? If they read this, I would like to see what they have to say about doing business this way. If it isn''t shady, it sure looks that way and is certainly a system designed to charge to much.
I would say don't use them if you can't afford to pay $4,000. As I said, their work was good and they were very friendly but for their prices one should expect as much.
Look at other reviews and watch for other complaiints of outlandish prices. See Review by Greg S.
We lost our tankless water heater due to the severe cold event. Our neighbors across the street had the same issue and gave us your name.
Your response to the issue was outstanding! You even helped to look after another neighbor who is disabled and lost their tankless as well that was not on your schedule just to see if help was needed. The service and professionalism was amazing as well as the follow up to ensure that once the power was restored a day later the system was working.
We really appreciate your help during the emergency. I know the plumbing community was getting hammered by an influx of problems all over Central Texas area.
You guys went above and beyond! Thanks again! Denise and Amber I had a great experience with Accurate Leak & Line. They offered a competitive price to have my house re-piped.
The crew was punctual and professional. They explained everything they were doing, and I'm really pleased with how everything turned out.
We've worked with both Josh and Curtis. They've provided outstanding service, have gone above and beyond and have been great communicators.
Couldn't recommend them more! Wow! I don't think I have EVER been this happy with a company in my life. This is what INTEGRITY looks like! Here's why...
We had our foundation lifted a few years ago and afterwards the foundation company sent a plumber to do tests on the water and drain lines. He said we had a *very* slow leak in the drainage system but it was nothing to worry about.
We took his advice and didn't worry. However, about a month ago our termite inspector drew my attention to a wet spot on the outside of our concrete slab directly below our shower.
He said he thought we had a leak there and suggested we have it fixed (because termites love damp soil). So we began calling some plumbing companies, telling them the story about the previous plumber's tests and asking for someone to come out and give us a quote.
Only a couple companies would come out to give a quote without charging us a trip fee, so we made some appointments. I won't go into why I was unhappy with the first two plumbing companies, but let's just say I was becoming very leery of plumbing companies in general by that point.
Enter Accurate Leak and Line. WOW! From the moment I called their office, there was a marked difference.
Jacqueline was pleasant and very professional. Even though we had to keep rescheduling the testing because spring storms kept flooding our yard, Jacqueline remained cheerful and reassuring, never indicating the least amount of exasperation when we had to reschedule AGAIN.
I could hear her smile right through the phone lines. Well, the soil finally dried out enough and the day of our static test arrived.
Clayton arrived exactly on time and greeted me with a professional but warm handshake. He followed me to the back yard and as he looked at the damp spot on the slab, he listened carefully as I described what had gone on with the house up to this point.
In the master bath he carefully looked at the shower fixtures and then quietly but confidently said, "There's your leak. You have gaps around the fixtures and I believe the water is splashing into those gaps and running back there to the outside of your slab." He then gave me a very thorough explanation of why he believed the problem was above slab, not below.
The best part is that he did not talk down to me, treating me as if I could not comprehend the physics and materials. Thank you, Clayton! That alone restored my faith in plumbers.
He did not charge me for the trip, and he did not even slightly push me into running (very expensive) tests for leaks because he was quite sure of his diagnosis. Clayton saved us THOUSANDS of dollars that other companies would have happily steered us into spending.
He put my mind at ease and relieved an enormous worry I had been carrying. Not only that, but he also handed me a short piece of pipe so we can raise up our sewer cleanout to ground level - and gave very clear instructions on what type of connectors to buy and how to do the work.
Amazing!! He didn't have to do that. What a kind thing to do! If we ever do require any leak repairs, Accurate Leak and Line will be the ONLY company we call.
The respect they show their customers is amazing. Integrity and honesty - those words really and truly do describe Accurate Leak and Line.
We called Accurate Leak & Line, left a message, and received a call back within 10 minutes from a very helpful representative. She walked us through their service options and pricing.
Clayton visited our home right on time with a call in advance. He quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a very simple problem that a different plumber had missed.
In fact, we had been led to believe by that other plumber that we had a major slab leak. Clayton quickly fixed the real issue and wouldn't even accept the minimum service fee that we had been quoted.
Our experience was that this is a company of high integrity and reliability. We will definitely be calling on them again in the future.
I highly recommend Accurate Leak & Line. They offered a very competitive price, performed excellent work, and the team was a pleasure to work with.
We realized we had a broken main line under our house a day or two before the "big freeze" here in Texas. We managed for a week without water or power during the freeze.
Once the freeze was over and power was restored, we started making phone calls to get estimates and have the main line repaired. The first call we made was to a large, well-known company that provided an outrageous estimate of $18k--and we had to pay for the privilege of receiving that estimate.
Fortunately, I have a father-in-law in the business, and it was his opinion that the $18k estimate was outrageous and that the other company was likely taking advantage of the post-freeze demand. We called Accurate Leak & Line who arrived at our house on time, were very courteous and knowledgeable, provided a free estimate, and came in at well under half of what the other company estimated.
Equally important for us at the time was their willingness to work with our tight schedule since we had visitors arriving from out of town in a few weeks. Given the price disparity between the two estimates, we decided to get a few more quotes to get a better sense of what an accurate estimate should be.
We were very pleasantly surprised to see that Accurate Leak & Line remained one of the most competitive quotes. Clayton, Jacklyn, and the rest of the team at Accurate Leak & Line went above and beyond to accommodate us, and they were a pleasure to work with at every stage of the job.
The work was done well, on time, and we have had zero issues since then. Exactly what we hoped for.
It isn't easy to find companies that operate like Accurate Leak & Line. I hope I never need services like the ones they offer again, but if I do, they will be the first people I call.
Clayton, Fabian, and the rest of the team were amazing. They made what seemed like it was going to be a nightmare (tunneling under our house and ripping up everything) into a wonderful experience.
We felt the prices were more than fair, their service was above and beyond, and their work is spectacular! Thank you, thank you! I had to get original cast iron plumbing (1950s) removed and replaced under a slab foundation. This involved excavating, removing cast iron, installing PVC, and refilling.
Accurate Leak & Line provided the most competitive quote and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were very efficient and communicated status throughout the job.
They always left me with a high level of confidence. I highly recommend them.
I had Accurate Leak & Line out to run a camera through all my lines to determine if there were and cracks/leaks. They found two pipes that needed to be replaced and quoted $8.6K for both jobs combined.
It seemed a little steep so had another plumber come out a few weeks later. He did a camera test again, found only one pipe that needed to be replaced, the other pipe was completely fine.
He did the job for $250 (Accurate quoted $3,250 for the same pipe replacement). He ran a pressure test and another camera through the pipes and it held so all pipes work with no leaks.
I feel like Accurate way overbid on price, my suggestion is get multiple quotes before you go with this company. I would have been out over $8K if I would have went with them without doing more research.
Called Accurate Leak and Line out to find a leak in my rainwater collection system lines. They came out with camera for 30 min and could not locate the leak.
He told me they would come back with camera, locator, and another plumber to track down the leak and repair it. The next day I received a bill for $300 which I promptly paid in order to expedite them coming back out to continue tracking down leak.
Once I paid the bill I was informed that they were not going to be able to come out after all and that I should call somebody else. Very frustrating as I was under the impression that they were leak detection specialists and this seemed like a pretty straightforward drain line leak that should be relatively easy for them to troubleshoot.
I highly recommend this company for major plumbing repair work. They are on time, professional, hard-working, and drama-free (which is not the case with all plumbers!).
They replaced our main sewer line out to the street, as well as 4 ft of excavation under the house, and the 3-1-1 flagging and City inspection were included in the process. Even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and it rained in the middle of our job, Josh and his team didn't miss a beat! They completed everything professionally and on time.
We would definitely use them again for future work. We recently had an unfortunate plumbing event in our house.
Friends recommended Accurate Leak & Line and we are so glad that they did. Four gentlemen were at our home today, Pat, Sam, Curtis and Mike.
They were all very professional, courteous and personable. They took the time to show us everything that they were doing before they did it and made sure we understood all of our options.
I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Special shout out to Pat who made certain everything looked great and was all cleaned up before he left! Thank you for restoring our faith in plumbers! After a terrible experience with another company trying to milk every penny out of us, Accurate swooped in and saved the day! They went to great lengths to meet our schedule and took their time to make sure they diagnosed properly.
Their quote for services was quite reasonable, and we have been so happy with the entire experience. You won't find a more professional and trustworthy plumbing company.
Thank you! Best plumbing company I've ever worked with. Curtis and the rest of the team were great to work with, very professional, thorough and completed the job quickly.
The cost of the work was fair and affordable. Great guy that is honest and fair.
Thanks for the help with my issue. Your expert advice was very helpful.
Accurate Leak And Line were my second opinion about an under slab drain pipe leak. The first opinion I got did not give me a feeling of confidence in them, so I called Josh Veach at Accurate Leak.
I'm glad I did. Very professional and knowledgeable, a Master Plumber, listened to my problem and gave me solutions, short and sweet.
The work they did was expensive, but I believe I got my money's worth and then some. The Plumbers that did the actual work, Victor and Clayton, went the extra mile to ensure everything was done right.
This is the company you should call if you have big problems with your plumbing. Great service today from team: Samuel, Clayton, Curtis.
Came out and gave timely diagnosis of problem and remediated quickly. Great work! I called in regarding a leak in my home's slab and once Jaqueline determined it wasn't a plumbing issue not only did she become rude, but she hung up on me.
I called back to ask if I could speak to a manager due to her poor customer service attitude and hanging up on me and she responded, "you're not a potential customer, so if you give it I'm going to dish it back to you." Then she hung up on me again. I called back again asking to speak with the manager and she said, "I am the manager.
No one is in. I'll have someone call you." She hung up on me again.
Then someone named Josh called me back and gave me a thorough explanation of their services vs my needs. It was appreciated, but yet again he hung up without a goodbye once he was done explaining.
Guess I'm just shocked at the lack of customer service by this company. Just because I wasn't a customer today, doesn't mean I wouldn't be one in the future and/or recommend friends and family.
There's a lot of plumbers in the area and I recommend giving your business to a company that treats people with respect and customer service. This past week (week of 12/17/18) we had the good luck to hire Accurate Leak and Line to replace/reroute our sewer line to the city's main through bricks, dirt and part of our side yard that is asphalted.
They met and exceeded our expectations every step of the way. They were courteous, punctual, communicative and just nice friendly folks.
From the digging to the completion we were nothing but happy with what they did. Josh, Curtis, Jacklyn (their go to gal at the office) were excellent as were the plumbers and excavators!! We got several bids for this work and their bid was very reasonable and considerably lower than the others.
We would recommend them in a heartbeat without any reservation. Great job all! (No idea why this is showing up as Sammie - but this is Dan and Maria in South Austin.
I couldn't be more impressed with Accurate Leak & Line. We just bough the house and a month later, discover our sewage line was cracked and it was disconnected under the foundation.
We had sewage just running underneath the foundation. It was terrible.
Accurate Leak and Line did a phenomenal job and were extremely professional through the entire process. You could tell they've done many sewage line replacements in the past and it's they're bread and butter.
I talked to many companies and I wouldn't recommend anyone else but them. I contacted Accurate Leak & Line to assess a rental property with escalating water bills.
Although the home is pier and beam, the access point is tiny and has some elements of a slab. I received confirmation of my appointment within a few hours and they were able to work with my schedule since the need was not urgent.
On appointment day, they were on-time and provided a thorough review of the entire plumbing system. I was prepared for a huge repair in the thousands, but ultimately learned there were no active leaks and that while it might be "nice" to upgrade one old section of cast iron plumbing, the system is functioning as it should.
An honest plumber? That's worth a mention! I would have probably given 5 stars if I had actually had any work done, but they still deserve high praise for prompt, professional service and the highest praise of all for honesty! Three cheers! I had the pleasure of having both Josh and Clayton come out and help find a leak. Awesome guys, awesome service, they won't fleece you.
Can't recommend them enough. I hope I don't have any other leaks any time soon but if I do, I'll be calling accurate leak and line.
Good dudes. Clayton Vitellaro is the best in business! I've worked with many plumbers over 26 years as a Realtor and I will tell you that Clayton's demeanor is very reassuring to my customers.
His bids are very fair and I have found him to be honest and trustworthy. Having broken plumbing lines is never fun and always an unexpected expense so having someone you can trust to do the work takes the worry and stress out of the equation.
The whole team was amazing. We had fairly extensive plumbing work that needed to be done and they made everything so easy.
They always did exactly what they said they were going to do. Clayton, Josh, Curtis, Victor, and everyone else involved were absolutely great! These guys are great! They came when promised and saved me not only thousands, but saved me from having to demolish my patio to fix a broken sewer pipe.
They were able to use their liner system that places a special liner on the inside of pipe instead of having to dig up half the yard and days in the process. No sleaze factor, these guys are legitimate professionals.
Clayton and everyone at Accurate Leak & Line are great! We had a somewhat complicated situation due to conflicting opinions between our hydrostatic test and the plumber the sellers of the house hired. A friend going through a similar situation referred us to Clayton and he was quite helpful over the phone, and agreed to be the 3rd opinion.
He was awesome at the house: he explained the hydrostatic test to us and a lot of information along the way and even talked to the sellers on the phone. It was really helpful in building our side to the sellers! Additionally, their prices are fair and they don't contract out the excavating or back-filling.
Eventually we closed on the house and Clayton and his team were able to get started on re-doing our whole sewer line. It was extremely corroded cast iron.
They were fast, professional, nice, informative (and patient) through out the entire process. It only took 6 days! I HIGHLY recommend Accurate Leak & Line.
I used Accurate Leak and Line to replace my entire sewage line for my house. It had failed due to age.
They were fantastic! This is an expensive project and they promptly handled every issue that came up. The work took a week and a half and they did everything possible to avoid inconveniencing me and my wife.
A month prior to the work, they installed a temp line (free of charge) so that we could keep using our sink in the kitchen. When the work began, they coordinated the process in a way where we managed to have access to water and sewage nearly everyday of the project.
Their team was courteous and constantly made an effort to control the mess. They removed their shoes when they needed to access the interior of the house, they were thorough and always friendly.
Josh and his team are the best! If your cast iron line fails like mine did this is the team to hire. They were worth every dollar! Call these guys if you have a potential leak in any of your water or sewer lines! They will save you 1000s of dollars from demolition of slabs and removal of underground pipes.
They use a liner technology. They are legit!!! Super professional.
Return phone calls quickly. Great customer service.
We have work on a leaking pipes in our old home in south austin last summer... a few weeks ago, our toilet got so clogged that after trying to fix myself i called a plumber who after breaking out his 8 foot auger couldnt get it to unclog...
i told this guy about using Accurate last year and he suggested i contact them just in case there was any warranty issues concerning using any chemicals, etc. I called Josh on Friday night, and on Saturday he returned my call.
He immediately wanted to set up a time to come out to check out what was going on. There was no hesitancy!!! I have experienced the opposite many times!!! Well, he came out...
used his camera... helped the problem out a ton BUT also let me know that he would send his crew out with the longer auger to clean out the sewer line thoroughly.
So today, as promised, Curtis and Fabian came out and did the job!!! So Accurate does good work PLUS stands by their work doing warranty work AFTER the initial job is done!!! It is refreshing to have a company like this offering this type of service!!! Great job guys! I hardly leave bad reviews on here, but I feel it's necessary given my experience with this company. I feel that this company was trying to take advantage of me due to the fact that I'm ignorant when it comes to plumbing as most of us are.
I originally had them come out to do a static test to see if I had any leaks due to a recent crack I found in my tile flooring. The Static test was performed and was determined that I had a small leak.
Costing 275$ and it would be another $275 to determine where exactly the leak was coming from. I decided to not go down that rabbit hole.
I did however have a another issue with my master bath and wanted to get an estimate on how much it would cost to fix my leaky shower head. I was told by their technician Clayton that the entire fixture would have to be replaced, and they would have to cut into the sheet rock behind the shower to replace it which would cost me 1,200$ this would not include to fixing the wall.
I'm no expert here but it seemed kinda overkill for a leaking shower head. Anyways..I got a second opinion the following day from Pure plumbing who fixed my leaky shower head by replacing a part on my fixture for 300$ This company was clearly out to make a buck! Because of Josh and Clay at Accurate Leak and Line, I was able to close on the sale of my house on time!!!!! Three days before closing, they diagnosed two leaks in my drain lines, allowed me the option of how I wanted it addressed (slab crack or dig under), repaired and replaced concrete in 2 days!!! High quality work, very professional and thorough.
Not my typical experience with plumbing contractors. Best in the business if you ask me.'''.
