He took his time diagnosing my issues and went through every potential culprit prior to telling me that I needed a new main line to the house. I knew what I was in for, so I called Misty back and requested Curtis to do the work.

Curtis and his apprentice Shane Walters showed up the next business day to do the work. They use this cool text system notifying you the guys are enroute, shows a photo of the tech, a bit about themselves, and even tracking.

Curtis and Shane got to work straight away and didn't waste any time. They made sure to manage expectations and kept a very clean work area.

I had the chance to talk with Curtis and Shane a bit while they were on the job and I can tell you that not only are they great guys, but these are the pros you want working on your property. I was very impressed with Shane's knowledge, work ethic, and his desire to progress in the field.

Curtis knowledge is just awesome and feels like a buddy from minute one. As I know a bit about plumbing and construction, I can tell you the work was done very well and at or above code.

We've been using Rooter-Man for over five years, and have always had great service. Just recently we had a pipe burst in the ceiling on a Sunday and Curtis was able to come over to assess the situation, fix the problem, and even clean up this mess on his way out.

I highly recommend Rooter-Man for your plumbing needs They installed a water heater for us. Without asking, they added a large safety shutoff device on the heater - for an additional few hundred dollars - that doesn't operate without power.

They left our house powering the device by running a twenty foot extension cord out of the water heater closet into the nearest outlet. I asked, "Is this thing really necessary? I used to have a simple leak detector unit that didn't need to be plugged in." "Yes," they said.

"This is what the current code requires." "So my hot water will shut off from now on whenever the power ever goes out? I used to still have hot water during an outage." They shrugged. I then paid several hundred dollars more to install an outlet inside of the water heater closet to power this stupid device.

I tried to learn more about this device. Maybe there was a battery backup option.

I couldn't learn anything. Turns out Rooterman installed a discontinued device that was no longer under warranty or customer support by the company that made the device.

David at Rooterman also didn't know anything about it. More shrugs.

Our hot water kept turning off. The device was triggering for unknown reasons and shutting off the water heater.

David came out to look at it. $75 trip charge.

In the next year, the water heater turned itself off at least once a month. We are constantly relighting the pilot light.

Yet Rooterman insisted this stupid thing was necessary. Guess what? It's not necessary at all.

I've had multiple plumbers over to finally resolve the water heater issues. They took one look at the safety box over the water heater and say, what even is that thing? It's not necessary.

It's not required. They've never seen this device before.

Rooterman charged me to install something completely unnecessary and defective, put me in a position where I had to pay more to install an outlet to accomodate it, then *lied to me about it* and now I'm paying even more just to get rid of it. Collen was excellent at diagnosing an issue with our septic tank and making a fix the same day.

We'll be using Rooter-Man Plumbing for future septic/plumbing issues. Andrew Simons came to my house on the same day of my call and was extremely knowledgeable about the service I requested.

We had brown water coming out of our toilet and faucets and he was quick to diagnose a potential problem and propose solutions. Ultimately he fixed the problem while on site but gave me advice on future issues that may occur and how to solve them.

He was professional and overall a huge help. Would recommend.

I originally asked for a quote for tankless water heaters. rooterman instead talked me into tanked water heaters "because they have less maintenance issues".

1 year in the control valve failed. I had to pay rooterman almost $300 to install a warranty covered part.

A year later the same part failed, and I was informed by another plumber that these were known defective parts. Rooterman wants another $300 to install this part.

This part btw is an easy install, 30 minutes of labor tops. This isn't the only scam rooterman runs- they wanted $500 for a shower cartridge install.

this takes all of 10 minutes of labor and a $60 part. Rooterman love To upcharge, scam, and install defective equipment that will require regular warranty labor expenses.

Find someone else! Collen did A+ work for me a few months ago and I called Rooter-Man Austin again and was delighted that Collen was available! NO more worries about finding a plumber! We've turned to Rooter-Man several times since first requesting help in 2019. They have been amazing in terms of response time, frequently helping us within a day or two of a request.

Our water pressure had been fluctuating for a few days and we thought maybe our water was being rationed during prime use hours. (Well every other weird thing has happened over the past year so why not?) Anyhoo -Saturday it went from a slow stream to a trickle to no water at all -and it was affecting all sinks, commodes and bathing facilities in our home.

We are so clueless we still thought it must be a worldwide event! (Ok-maybe a neighborhood event...) so we polled our neighbors only to find they all had water!! What to do? Decided a plumber was in order. I began my research on Yelp of course and there were many agencies that had great reviews.

I was drawn to Rooter Man as it had an abundance of 4&5 Star Reviews. Was family and veteran owned and operated.

Being the "frugals" we waited until Monday to call. The call was picked up by the 4 th ring and Catherine had me describe our plumbing problem.

She reviewed their schedule and offered an appointment Tuesday afternoon between 2-4pm. She advised that whomever was assigned would text me when they headed our way.

She then advised the fee for the service call was $79, but said if we opted to have them repair the problem tomorrow that fee would be waived. I appreciated her being forthright with their processes.

She was very professional and had a smile in her voice. The next day I missed a call from Catherine and when I called her back she advised they had a cancellation and could arrive between 12-2p if we wanted to take the earlier appointment.

That was fine with us. She reviewed their process of having the plumber text us when on their way.

Before too long I received a text from Byron with his picture- a great way of identifying who would be coming. There was also a phone number given should we have any questions.

A text also came when he arrived at our home. Byron introduced himself.

We described our issues with the lack of water. After listening he began removing the kitchen sink faucet head.

I was telling him that in my restroom something resembling sand was coming out of one of the sink faucets. He asked us about our water heater and if we had a traditional style water softener.

When we said we did he diagnosed the problem immediately. Evidently the softener had broken and was spilling tiny silicone grains out into our water pipes.

He then began to run the water and sure enough out they came. He explained it was best to use the larger faucets to discharge the contaminated water.

He opened the faucets in both tubs... wooo -E there was a lot of that stuff from inside the water softener.

He told us that since we had a Moen Faucet at the kitchen sink - they had such faith in their product they would likely send us a new head free-no shipping-no nothing...what a great tip!! He said to simply email them. I told him I was concerned about the fridge too so he told us what to do about that to avoid using any tainted ice or water.

He offered to replace the toilet tank innards or saud that we could do it as well to make sure they continued to function. He then tidied up the areas he had made repairs to.

He was able to give us the invoice- we paid the amount due. After thanking us for choosing Rooter Man he said goodbye- and to call if any further problems developed.

Byron was professional, and offered us some great tips. He was neat and clean.

Same amazing service. We had Allen out again, he worked diligently to clean my wife's shower pipe and sink pipe, fixed the detached stopper, and cleaned our kitchen sink pipe in the add-on building.

Obviously it was more expensive, but like the last service, this was well worth it on pipes that probably haven't been serviced since they were installed decades ago. There is a reason why Rooter-Man is highly rated, they DO THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Highly recommend, still 5 stars. July 2021 Allen came out exactly on time.

We have a 54-year-old house that has the original cast iron drain and the washroom. For years we've been unable to use the washroom due to the pipe not draining.

Also our kitchen sink drained poorly because there was a vacuum created by the clogged pipe in the washroom. Allen used the camera and a snake and determined that there were two large clogs he got rid of those in about 45 minutes and also fixed an exterior faucet.

Everything seems to work great now and we are extremely pleased with this company. The best part is it was only $147 to fix everything.

We highly recommend using this company. I had been told by another company with a similar name that I needed thousands of dollars of additions to my tankless water heater in order to get hot water to my shower.

The first thing David did was unscrew the sprayer head and remove pipe debris that was clogging the outlet. and I immediately had hot water to the shower.

Then he thoroughly checked out the cause of other plumbing issues, crawling under my house, then coming to another simple solution. My bill was a fraction of the cost of any other plumbers visit I have had.

Thank you, V. I noticed our water bills had been steadily creeping up over the last few months.

I chalked it up to COVID keeping us home and using more water, but when two bills were almost double what we normally use in the winter (which goes into Austin's wastewater averaging), I knew I had to investigate more. This is the kind of thing that drives me crazy (and my poor spouse who has to listen to me ranting about a leak SOMEWHERE).

Looking at the water meter, I noticed the leak detector spinning slowly. Took readings over 24 hours, over the course of a few weeks, and noticed about 6-7 gallons an hour going out even when no water was used inside (all valves off).

City confirmed and I knew I'd have to call a leak detection specialist. I called Rooter-Man based on these Yelp reviews and I'm glad I did.

Unlike a leak detection-only business, Rooter-Man diagnoses and fixes in one go. After examining the fittings in the house, and determingin no leak there, Eddie began investigating places outside where a leak might exist.

He suspected it was a cracked fitting where the main line connects to the house line, and he was right. But he had to work for it! The leak was small, and the pipe was buried 2 feet down, not the normal 12 to 18 inches.

Without the sonar equipment Eddie used, it would have been impossible to spot the leak since it was so deep there was no wet spot in the yard. Turns out tree roots had cracked the fitting - guess my landscaper is getting the next call to get rid of that tree! Once discovered, Eddie got to work fixing the leak, which took a while because he had to be extra careful of the gas line buried in the same trench as the water line.

Then the fitting was almost impossible to get off, requiring some clever use of a propane blowtorch. Finally it was fixed with a "Chicago loop" style fitting to allow for some flex.

He tested everything before filling the hole and we flushed the lines. After turning off the water valves, we checked again - no leaks.

The leak indicator is not spinning at all. Leak detection is not inexpensive, especially when specialized equipment is needed to discern and diagnose the leak location.

It might seem a big outlay of cash to fix this small leak, but the thing about leaks is that they never go away, they only get worse. I'd rather have this fixed now when it was only leaking 6 gallons an hour than to have it fixed in the summer when it might be leaking 6 gallons a minute! Eddie was a consummate professional and really a pleasure to have working on this.

He has an irrepressible attitude and is a real character. I enjoyed listening to him as he gave me the blow-by-blow of what he was doing and why he was doing it, and I appreciated his professionalism.

Curtis Kurka is just one of the best plumbers. He installed a water heater when the old one started leaking and since the house water pressure was too high, he also came back and installed a new water pressure valve on the house line.

And a new turn-off handle. The old one required a special tool but the new one doesn't and is much easier.

Their thoughtful service was very much appreciated. Over the phone I was given a rough estimate of a couple hundred dollars so I agreed to have a technician arrive between 2-4pm.

The technician arrived close to 5pm and let me know the quote was going to be for over $600 for a basic sewage line clear with camera (which was necessary). My house was new construction so I decided to just try calling the builder plumber but they close at 5 so I'm hoping their after hours emergency line will get back to me The technician was really nice and didn't charge me for the visit.

But the company's failure to provide an estimate even close to the final quote and the technician arriving 1 hour after the time window made today a difficult day as a customer. WOW...I had a HORRIBLE experience trying to get a competitor company with a similar name come out to look at our hot water heaters.

Reluctantly I wrote a bad review so people would avoid my experience. Problem is, I wrote the review on the WRONG business page (this one).

The owner reached out to inform me about my mistake and offered to send someone out SAME DAY to address our problem. Within 2 hours the problem was fixed! Props to Rooter Man for taking notice of a bad situation and capitalizing on the poor performance of a competitor to earn our business moving forward! - technician wasnt able to find the source to the problem and did a wrong diagnosis when called in to detect a water leak from the bathroom shower.

- the technician wasnt able to detect the leak ,but instead said the leak is due to the missing gasket to the shower door. - charged over 130$ to come out and to do an ignorant trouble shooting.

- the wrong troubleshooting pointed us in the wrong direction leading to severe delay in finding the actual issue, all along while the leak was active. - The actual issue was due to the broken shower drain beneath the shower stall, which was found out by a different plumber.

- waste of time and money going with rooterman plumbing despite the high 5 start reviews. Curtis is awesome!!! I thought that he needed to fix a check valve that one of his co-workers did but it ended up being something that would be covered with my waterline insurance.

As a new homeowner, I want to turn to experts and have them teach me new info. However, I often don't know where to begin explaining the problem and have a lot of appreciation for companies that try to meet me halfway.

I noticed a leak on the outside foundation of my home each time I ran the dishwasher. Naturally, anything involving leaks or water freaks me out and a general consensus led me to think perhaps the drain pipe leaked.

I called Rooter-Man to come out and take a look. The tech stayed for about 7 minutes, and said the dishwasher had a crack in a valve, and left.

$79 just for that. I hire someone else to come haul away the dishwasher, expecting mountains of mold and puddles that Rooter-Man tech predicted would be waiting behind the faulty machine.

There was nothing. The dishwasher hual-away guy (who is a dishwasher professional; not a junk-removal service) told me it had no leak in it! So now here I am.

No dishwasher. No mold.

No leak. No backed up pipes.

No one to help advise. I called Rooter-Man and asked if they could come back out and diagnose if there was a pipe problem now that the dishwasher was gone.

After consulting with management, they said they would not come out for free unless I found more water. Well...kind of hard to find more water if the plumbing attached to a dishwasher is the plumbing with a leak and I have no dishwasher to run to test it again.

What a mess. Anyway, I write this whole long thing to illustrate that I don't think it's entirely Rooter-Man's fault, however I rely on them for professional and accurate diagnostics.

And it seems the fact of the matter is that their diagnosis was wrong. It still may be something that they're unable to fix; but it definitely wasn't the cracked dishwasher part.

This review is about a very specific thing. Getting an estimate for the installation of an hybrid heat-pump hot water heater.

I called Rooter-man and made the appointment for an estimate on installing a hybrid heat-pump hot water heater. Making it clear what I wanted.

First let me say that the gentleman who came out was very earnest and polite. He was also very timely.

Kudos on those points. It was clear that he had no experience with hybrid heat-pump hot water heaters.

He didn't ask about or check the two most important installation issues. Power supply and ventilation.

Then they gave me an estimate $2,000 higher that my other estimate and $3000 higher than what on-line advice says. The problem is that they wasted both my time and theirs.

They should have declined to do an estimate in the first place. Once again Curtis bailed us out! (haha, see what I did there?) Fast, friendly, fair priced plumber.

Respectful of our property. Checked the prv and cleared out a clogged drain.

Called Rooter-Man on a Saturday to come out and fix 2 leaking sinks and stabilize a toilet -it wasn't an emergency but I was happy that David picked up the phone on the weekend. Curtis communicated to me what was wrong with the sinks, and let me know how he would stabilize the toilet before doing the work.

He worked quickly and was reasonable with final price. When he sent the invoice, he included pictures of the repairs which was great to have for records.

He also helped me figure out what to do for a leak causing high water bill, checking the meter to see what might be the cause which he said was from the sprinkler system and not in the house, and since he does not repair sprinkler systems, he advised me to call a leak detection service. I like that he knew his limits and he did a great job doing what he did.

Product and service recommendations have always been spot-on! Router-Man's Dustin has been efficient and friendly on my projects. I will not use another plumber in Austin! My water heater went out the day after Thanksgiving and I wasn't expecting to find an available plumber let alone one offering good service.

I didn't discover until after they left that the tank was turned to make it awkward to light (due to missing parts they didn't have with them), but when I pointed it out, they came out the next morning and fixed it (with the right parts). Overall, everything I could have asked for.

Bob and his team did a good job installing the tankless water heater. However, after a few years of owning the unit it has been difficult to get someone back out to deal with a few issues.

One major issue was with the units timer. This unit is the little black box that magnetically attaches to the side of the unit.

Its job is to tell the tankless water heater when to cycle and when to not. The timer unit requires the use of an app on your phone to program.

My timer unit seemed to have reset or something, so we would not have any hot water during peak times and when I discussed this with Bob he simply said "you'd have a better chance calling the parent company for support". This was maybe a year after owning the brand new water heater.

I said, fine. I guess I'll deal with that myself.

After some time passed, I asked him several times to come out and do a flush on the unit since its been about two years. He did not reply back.

Fast forward to today, we had a freeze which caused the tankless water heart to "pop a line off" the unit. The pan was full of water (not overflowing) and water started leaking from my ceiling.

Once I soaked up all the water from the pan, the water stopped leaking. I called Bob and through a bunch of texts he came out.

Due to the fact that he could not give me a precise timeframe (mid-morning he said) I was not able to be home, however my partner was. Bob came in and pushed the line he found that popped off back onto the unit stating "this is how we use to do it", to his co-worker.

Then he left. What about the pan?? He said "that's not the issue".

I asked him to do a flush / annual maintenance AND address the leak issue!! In my text messages to him I stated I wanted BOTH items addressed and potentially replace the drip pan. Unfortunately, since I could not get a specific time from him, I was not home and he left telling my partner, "its the line that popped off" and left.

Long story short, he showed up after what I would consider a painful process (remember this is NOT the first time I reach out to him) he's a nice person, but I just don't think he's setup to handle real world issues like this with supporting people and getting the problems addressed. Sure he "pushed the line back on", but that's only a temporary solution.

Once it freezes again, I'll have more water pouring into my living room. No long term solution was supplied from Bob "Mr Tankless" and he's off to another customer.

What I wanted was two primary things to happen, a service / flush AND a permanent FIX for caused by the "Old Way" they use to install the condensation lines. Maybe even an estimate to replace the pan if I wanted to sleep well at night knowing it wasn't the Pan?? No..

None of that occurred. I've called another company out to do a full install review and assess the leak and "line popping off" install issue.

I am assuming that the install of this "line" was Mr. Tankless fault during the initial install and they do not install the lines in this way anymore, but none of this was said to me or my partner.

This was "overheard" while they were in the attic, so keep that in mind. If he finds something wrong, he may or may not tell you about it.

This is the last time I'll ever call him. The difficult support and communication issues are problematic and I always feel like I have to walk on glass just to get him to show up.

This is our 2nd Tankless! We called Mr. Tankless, AKA Bob to our home 1 1/2 years ago and again yesterday for a Condo we own.

Both times Bob was quick to respond to my call, made an appointment to assess the conditions of the installation, and was on time for that appointment. Afterward, he provided an estimate for work within min.

I scheduled him to do the work literally the next day. His installers demonstrated complete confidence in their work and installed and hauled off the old tank water heater within 3 hours.

Our first experience with Mr. Tankless led to 4 referrals and installs, my 2nd included.

I live in Teravista and with the hard water and builder grade components, getting anything to last more than the standard warranty is dicey. So when the second water heater went, we decided to go tankless.

We called the two authorized Rinnai dealers and Bob (Mr. Tankless) was the most responsive.

We missed each other a few times but he kept on it. After a phone call discussing my needs, Bob told me the unit, RUR199i, and gave a quote.

He visited on a Friday and installed Monday morning. All pricing and forms were completed and no last minute uh oh charges.

Some of the benefits: He didn't need to modify the roof as some installers warn. Without an outlet, Bob loaned me an extension cord.

Bob made use of most of the existing plumbing and aside from the framing, not much was new for tankless technology. Oh yeah, and he likes dogs and will play with your pup while carrying on his work.

Goes above and beyond for his clients. Replies in seconds and will be at your house in minutes.

Highly recommended and would recommend to friends in the area. These guys were extremely helpful! Came out and serviced my tank.

Helped me figure out what was wrong with it and got the parts I needed on order. They were quick to respond and got out to fix my issue within the same week.

Our first water heater was leaking every couple of years and we would call the same installing plumber. Mr.

Tankless came out and discovered that the electrical connection to the water heater was improperly done causing it to burn out. We quoted several plumbers for a tankless unit and Mr.

I had this guy replace a failed hot water heater. I got a Rinnai tankless, which is installed outside my house.

He assured me that the model he suggested would be eligible for the $650 rebate from Texas Gas Co. The day of installation I immediately had problems.

They shut off the gas at the meter, and damaged it somehow, causing it to leak. When the Gas Co.

came to fix the leak, they shut off my gas because a required pressure test had not been performed. After a day and an inspection, they turned my gas on - no thanks to Mr.

Tankless. One of the conditions for the rebate was that you must have a permit.

The permit was opened with the City of Austin, but when their inspector looked at the work, he said more needed to be done, but that Mr. Tankless was responsible for doing it.

Ever since then, I can't get ahold of the guy. I requested an invoice for my rebate and got no response - multiple times.

There's something crooked going on, and it looks like I'm going to have to take him to court. Do yourself a favor and do NOT hire him, no matter what he says.

Mr. Tankless is the new patron saint of our neighborhood.

After the Deep Freeze hit, dozens of us lost our water heaters. A few days later, Bob swooped in, going house to house fixing all of us up.

He is quick, efficient, friendly and best of all -- WE CAN TAKE HOT SHOWERS AGAIN. A great company that is responsive and provides quality work! We will call on them again if we need anything with our tankless water heater.

Great Customer Service / Responsive and Transparent Pricing. I wanted my tankless water heater flushed as I know hard water deposit build up and impact water pressure and performance.

Bob at Mr. Tankless responded immediately to my inquiry immediately and told me the cost to perform the flush.

He sent someone the next day and that tech (Martin) showed up on time, did a great job, told me what he was doing and answered my questions. Straight forward pricing, on time, good service, that is all I ask..

A a comparison, I had reached out to Home Advisor to search for companies to perform this work. NOT ONE of them (8 companies I called) would provide a cost estimate or even a range, they all wanted to send out a tech, charge me a "dispatch" fee, and the tech would tell me the price at that time.

CRAZY, they hope that you will just accept whatever price the tech says otherwise you get hit the $75 fee. That might make sense for a unknown issue they need to diagnose, But NOT for a FLUSH...

that is a clearly defined job that will take the same amount of effort/time +/- 10 minutes... Mr.

Tankless is fantastic! We had an issue with our tankless water heater, (no hot water), from the roofers removing and reinstalling the outside vent during a roof replacement. We called Mr.

Tankless and Bob came out the next day. He quickly identified the issue, got a new vent, and coordinated with the roofing company to get everything working properly.

Bob is courteous, professional, and efficient. Our tankless water heater is pretty old...when it needs replacing we will be calling Mr.

Tankless to install a new one! Shoulda called Bob Lemons at Mr. Tankless first.

Two others flaked out on their appointments. Bob answered his phone right away (no "leave a message and we'll get back to you").

He set a time to come by and showed up on time. He could see that we were retired on fixed incomes and cut us the best deal he could.

It was more than fair. He and his partner showed up early the next day and got the job done.

Mr. Tankless was hands down one of the best service providers I've had out to my house - I couldn't recommend him enough! I was referred to him from another company that didn't service my brand of tankless hot water heater, and Mr.

Tankless himself got back to me the same day. He was at my house the next morning and it turns out we had a flow restriction problem with our shower heads which was completely unrelated to the hot water heater.

He let me know how to fix the issue with our shower heads and didn't charge me anything for the trip. It's rare to find such honest help these days, so don't hesitate to give Mr.

Tankless a call. Mr.

Tankless refuses to refund all or any part of the $525 we paid for a new Navien control board and install labor. I called MT because the unit displayed a 003 error code several times.

I was able to override the error and reset the unit - but, at the third instance, I figured it was time to call for help. So I called MT based on good reviews posted online.

Here's what happened next. During my first phone conversation with MT, MT stated that the control board needed to be replaced because this is their experience with the 003 and other error codes.

MT dispatched a two-man team with a replacement control board. They installed this replacement board but could not get it to work correctly.

Water temperatures fluctuated between cold and scalding when tested. And the unit did not respond to control settings at the front input panel.

Also while testing, the mixing valve began knocking intermittently. At this point, the MT techs on site called Bob at MT, and Bob suggested that I needed to replace the entire unit - approximately $1600 for the unit plus $1600 for install labor.

Shortly after, I spoke with the Navien rep responsible for this geography. He put me in contact with a second plumber.

Working with that second plumber and that Navien rep, I have since learned that Navien procedures call for plumbers to first inspect the unit, on site, opening it up, working through programming and error codes and components while talking with support techs to discover and identify the problem. MT failed to follow this Navien guidance.

In addition, the MT techs working on site at my house called Bob for guidance; they did not call Navien, thereby failing to create a record of the repair at Navien. With the Navien techs on the phone, that second plumber determined that MT failed to correctly set at least one dip switch on the new board.

With that switch set in the wrong position, the replacement control board could not operate correctly. Also, because they were on the phone, that call by the second plumber created a repair record at Navien.

Also, working error code by error code, that second plumber and the Navien techs discovered and determined that the tankless unit would not operate correctly because a wiring harness had burned out and was visibly charred -- something you can only discover by first opening up the unit, working on site, going through the error codes, inspecting components. Knowing what I now know, working with the second plumber, I contend that MT did not follow Navien repair procedures that call for on-site inspection and diagnostics before any repair begins - procedures that also call for plumbers to work with Navien techs over the phone as they inspect and diagnose problems.

Knowing what I now know, I contend that the original control board did not need to be replaced - because the wiring harness was the problem; the control board could not send and receive instructions over the bad wiring harness. I have suggested to Bob at MT a compromise settlement - refund the cost of the control board, $325, while he uses the remaining balance of $200 to pay for the install labor of the MT team.

Bob refuses. That's my experience with Mr.

Tankless. Bob came out pretty quick and gave me a fair estimate to replace my old water heater with a tankless.

He and his team were able to get the job really quickly and I'm happy with the service he provided. We didn't have an extension cord and he had one ready for us.

I would definitely recommend him to all family and friends in the greater Austin area. I also appreciate that his crew all wore masks.

Update: After I wrote a review on yelp, Bob contacted me. He came by the house and diagnosed the problem.

He mentioned that the problem is because of a bad cartridge. Being a DIY person, I replaced the cartridge and the problem with getting warm water is now resolved.

My issue had to due with hot water running out. Strange thing for a tankless water heater, right.

Well he knew exactly the problem right away. He and his associate explained to me that it had to due with the need to have a consistent water flow and the need to remove any sediment from the faucet that was restricting the waterflow.

He and his associate were in and out in about 30 minutes !!! I highly recommend Mr. Tankless Wow! Awesome gentleman! I left a message and he actually called back! He answered my questions and gave me some suggestions about how to choose a tankless water heater and the installation.

He was so pleasant and made me wish I could fly him to California for my installation. More business owners should treat their customers this way.

Well the old gas water heater had other plans, after smelling gas, it got red tagged and turned off by Texas Gas Service. Bob and his crew were out midday Monday to look at things for us to see what our options were.

We pretty quickly decided to fastrack our plan to go tankless. Bob was able to get us on schedule Tuesday morning.

They showed up at the time indicated and were done in in half the time estimated. Bob and his guys are all really nice and personable.

I received an error code on my Rinnai water heater and he knew what is was right away and resolved the issue in 5 minutes when another company I called previously wanted to replace parts because of the error message and couldn't even troubleshoot the issue plus he got lost coming here. He wanted to charge me over 300 for the labor plus additional money for the parts but the parts were under warranty.

Robert with Mr. Tankless came out and quickly repaired an installation mistake by a previous plumber.

Now our tankless water heater works perfectly! Bob & crew nailed it with a same-day turnaround on installing a tankless water heater last week. They were courteous & efficient.

They include hauling off the old water heater and they left out water closet in better shape than the way they found it. Bob made sure all our questions were answered and gave us a quick tutorial on the new unit.

Bob from Mr Tankless is fantastic. Our old piece of crap water tank heater went out again.

It was our third water tank to go out in 22 years. The water was running down the side of the old tank water heater like a waterfall! As you can see in the picture...

The drip pan is only a half an inch wider than the water tank. It is a miracle that my house was not entirely flooded.

I told myself that I am not wasting my time buying another water tank water heater. So I called several different companies to come out.The guy from ARS didn't know much and told me that the job would be very very difficult and that we need to put another hole in the roof.

Bob from Mr Tankless said that no extra home is needed and used the existing water heater vent. Radiant wanted to charge me $350 extra for a special valve that turns off if there's a water leak.

Bob from Mr Tankless knew everything about the Rinai tankless water heater and told me that the water cut off valve is already built in into the system. Another company (not Mr Tankless) also knew very little about tankless water heaters was telling me it's going to be very expensive and difficult.

However Bob knew everything about tankless water heater's. He answered all my questions and he was also was much cheaper than the other bozo companies.

I absolutely love my tankless water heater. I would recommend getting the top of the line Rinai tankless which has the ability to turn on remotely with your smart phone and circulate hot water before you need it.

It's also great because you can change the temperature of the water from your smartphone. Aside from the weather and road conditions causing our scheduled appointment to cancel yesterday, Robert and crew made us their 1st stop today.
