He snaked both the sink and bathtub drains and looked at my toilet which was running intermittently, told me what part I needed to get to fix the toilet. He did a great job and was reasonably priced! Definitely recommend him and would use him again.

I had an issue with the water not draining out of the kitchen sink well, the two repair guys replaced the PVC pipe but then added a product called Thrift that removed the finish of my stainless steel sink. This product was not necessary.

The real issue is the opening for the drain in the sink it is too small. I had to call the office to check to see if the repair guys were coming.

Poor communication as well. In my opinion by them insisting on using the product Thrift added time to the Invoice, so in the end my bill was very high.

We have used Collins plumbing several times over the years, for work great and small and have always been extremely happy with the results. Sean has always worked alone for us, so I have no idea whether he has a helper, but this does mean he may not be immediately available.

When that's been the case and we needed something done soon, we've had to use other plumbers, but they've never been as satisfactory. I join the other reviews I see in giving him (and his wife Rose) a 5-star rating.

Sean is an amazing plumber and businessman, and very personable. He makes the entire experience a pleasure.

He checked out several issues we had and made great suggestions for each one. We were even concerned some things needed replacing and he checked it out, and assured us the replacement was not necessary.

They really know what they are doing. They checked the fixtures before installing to make sure that everything was good to go, put the new fixtures in to comply with code which the originals did not comply with (which we wouldn't have known), was incredibly neat, thorough in their work, timely.

The only downside to Collins Plumbing is that Sean is in demand, so you may have to schedule ahead of time. He recently replaced galvanized pipes in my old house with copper pipes all the way to the street hookup.

He managed to do this without breaking out the sidewalk cement, and his work passed City inspection with flying colors. He is experienced, smart, reassuring, and good at finding creative solutions to work around problems specific to old plumbing fixtures.

I couldn't be more pleased, and both he and Rose were a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this company as a first choice for anyone looking for high quality, honest work delivered as promised and for a very fair price.

Water was leaking from an upstairs shower/bath above a hallway. Sean replaced a gasket and left.

He said oh no but did not check it.. Instead he replaced a bath overflow gasket which had nothing to do with the leak as it turned out.

He seemed rushed but sure problem problem was solved. Didn't appear to test it.

He took a 2nd check for $150. But next shower there was same leak.

Now I was afraid to have him come out again. My son (not a licensed plumber) checked it out and found that the first gasket had been improperly installed and corrected it.

First time experience and it was a very poor quality service. Took 2 trips and 4 phone calls for the work to be properly completed.

I purchased a faucet for my parents house, and contacted Thomas plumbing -Morgen Hill, to remove the old one and replace it with the new one. Their technician came in at 1:31 pm, installed the new faucet , texted me at 2:46pm that he was done.

And we were sent a bill for $296. I went over my parents and saw the faucet was loosely installed , water leaking down into the vanity drawers and under the sink.

I called Thomas plumbing to report the leak issue and requested fix. I was put through Dave, who appeared to be the owner .

he denied any workmanship issue then accused me of trying not to pay. I send him video and pictures, of the loose faucet handles and water under sink.

Then called Dave back on to follow up, he agreed to sent the technician back to fix it. This was while no apologies made or empathy for the inconvenience.

After they corrected the faucet and when I went there to pay, I asked for a breakdown of charges . They stated $296 was for 2 hours of labor.

I informed them that their technician was there for a total 1&1/2 hr . They referred me to Dave.

So I Called Dave the next day, I told him that my parents are elderly and on fixed income so I want to make sure they pay a fair charge. Dave insisted that we must pay for 2 hours despite proof i had via Ring camera and technician time of text.

Dave said that tech spent 2 hours and part of it was the paperwork he was doing while in his truck. I agreed to pay the due bill but I won't do business with them again.

Thomas plumbing Morgan Hill is poor workmanship Quality, poor customer service, and were dishonest about the charges. Had them come and clear a clog at my home in Sunnyvale that another rooter company could not handle.

Turned out it was a root about 109 ft down the line from the roof vent. The not so Elite Rooter company didn't even have snakes long enough to do it.

Thomas is much more than just a rooter company they are actual plumbers. My plumber was named Dean and he went above and beyond working this out and cutting out the root with a special head.

I am very impressed with this company and felt that way after talking to the owner Dave on the phone. I'm going to have them install an exterior clean out which older houses sometimes don't have.

Once that is in, Future cutting of that root will be even easier because they will be able to use a larger diameter cutting head on the snake. Going forward this will be my plumber of choice! Update Had them install the clean out.

Jerry did the work and did an amazing job working well after dark to make sure it was done right. Great work ethic by this company.

Fantastic same day service on a weekend! I live in Morgan Hill and I called about an issue within my toilet tank and a back up. In under two hours I had someone out to my home and the repair complete.

Dick showed up just a few hours after we called. He quickly theorized we had a broken drain pipe in the wall behind our sink.

He carefully cut into the wall and found that was indeed the case. The broken joint was in a difficult spot, just above the concrete footing of an outer wall of our home.

Despite the difficult position of the break and the cramped space under the counter he had to work in, Dick was able to replace the pipe and fittings there and fix the problem in less than two hours from the time he arrived. And he cut into the wall so carefully it was not too difficult for me to replace the sheet rock he had to remove.

On Valentine's Day I discovered a big leak under my kitchen sink. With company coming the next day I knew I needed to get it repaired today! After calling 2 other plumbers unsuccessfully, Thomas came to my rescue that afternoon.

Patrick quickly ascertained that I needed a new faucet. While I went to Home Depot to buy one he removed the leaking faucet and was ready to quickly install the new one.

Had them replace water heater in 2019, Looks like the glue on the fumes exhaust PVC did not hold, pipe was too short for new heater and the Pipe came off sometime after installation. Since the place is rented and the heater is in balcony, we did not notice the issue till 2022.

Christian was our technician. He came to our house TWICE.

We asked him to submit to our insurance company for the drain pipe and other leaks we were having. Instead he didn't send them anything and asked them to bill us $1040 for him to do the work.

We also have a broken soap dispenser which he was unable to fix and told us he would order us a new one since it was covered by our insurance. He never did that either.

Total waste of time. I would suggest you find a better, reliable Plummer who doesn't rip you off.

His office called to say they were on there way and he showed up on time. He did a great job on the replacement of "a" temporary leak fix with copper pipe.

Very professional and local to where i live. I'll use them first choice from here on.

Christian and his partners came in with the leak detecting equipment, and narrow in on my slab leak. They tried very hard to avoid opening up my floor, and eventually the effort paid off by accessing the leak spot from outside of my house and fixed it.

Their patience and professionalism are top notch! Came through our home warranty to fix some minor leaks in kitchen. On the way out, plumber checked main line pressure and said it was way too high and that the regulator must be broken.

Ok, so home warranty covers that, right? Wrong...Start of the nightmare. As plumber is working to replace main line (no water supply to the house but should be a quick fix), the guy cracks the pipe below so he ends up having to dig 3 plus ft near foundation.

Surprise #1: home warranty doesn't cover excavation...but shouldn't the plumbing company cover this since they cracked the pipe which required them to excavate in the first place?? Finally after two days with no water, pressure regulator is replaced. The next morning the irrigation system starts spraying/leaking from a back flow preventer.

We call superior plumbing are we're told this is not related, hahahahhahaha!!!! What a coincidence - 9 months in the home without any issues, and the day after they finish working on the main line issue/excavation extravaganza, we have another plumbing issue in the same location. But the worst part besides costing us $1200 and our home warranty about the same amount? The fact that they insisted the irrigation system was faulty, when the real issue was that they did a messy job and didn't flush out the main line system, causing debris to get caught into and break the seal of the back flow preventer.

They replaced the old leaking back flow preventer and charged us a ton. Then 1 week later, when the same exact thing happened again (another leak just like what happened with the old valve), it was miraculously fixed by simply removing a tiny pebble that was breaking the seal.

One of their own guys found this to be the "true" cause. In other words, it was a 5 minute fix; not another $1,000+ job if they actually knew what to check.

Since they never properly flushed the lines, I've fixed it myself two more times in the last 4 months by removing small debris that was caused by their messy work done on the initial main line. These are the facts.

Just make sure you educate yourself before these guys come by, cause you may end up costing yourself a lot more than is necessary. Just wanted to update this situation.

There wound up being an issue with the main sewer line, and I had Superior Plumbing replace it in December 2020. I'm glad I did that.

It was expensive, but that's just part of the costs in owning a house. The company did a great job and was in constant communication with me when needed.

I would definitely go back again for any plumbing issues that come up in the future and highly suggest the company. They really do have great customer service which was appreciated by me.

I've had a spray hose and new faucet installed at my restaurant in Palo Alto. I've contacted 5 different companies.

I had no idea how hard the process of getting a professional to do the job could be. People didn't show up..or showed up late and never followed back with an estimate, people who came in to perform the work didn't have the right tools, prices kept changing...not a fun experience.

They accidentally cut our wire for irrigation when fix the water leak, we asked them to come back and fix that but they said they don't know how to fix. Then we paid another $70 to a gardener for that.

Mike and Ryan did a great job on plumbing for the bathroom sink drain at a fair price. Highly recommended.

Andy from Superior Plumbing delivered service to us that was, well, superior! Courteous, professional, timely and at a cost that was highly competitive with other quotes we received. After completing the work done in our upstairs bathroom, Andy cleaned up the tub, set the temperature just right to ensure our small kids wouldn't burn themselves when they turned on the hot water and - because I'm currently on crutches and unable to head upstairs easily - took photos of all the work done to show me, without me having to ask.

My "Amazon Services Plumber" declined the faucet install because it was welded in at the factory LOL. I called the nearest plumber to my location with a five star review rating.

They are very responsive in calling back after hours. I requested a plumber with a lot of patience because two plumbers had already started working on the bathroom faucet install in an older home.

Nick sent out Andy and he was familiar with replacing this type of faucet and had done one recently. I paid a lot more than the fixed low price from home depot or Amazon yet sometimes you get what you pay for and this time I was rewarded with a faucet that works and hot water finally after years of it being broken with no parts easily available.

Highly recommended because of my great experience with Nick in the office and Andy in the field who is a super efficient, nice, patient, clean, professional, and a very well trained plumber. I called them to do more work...

Changed bid after starting the project. What was going to be a great deal turned into costing 15% more than our regular plumber.

We were assigned Superior by an insurance company. They severed our water line while performing the work so we lost water for a day and a half.

The lead plumber walked away with a part that they were going to replace. They never returned the part and never replaced it and I have been calling regularly for 6 months with no results.

Very frustrating experience. They kook and sound great.

Thursday, May 27 in tge evening we realized we don't have hot water. Friday morning the boiler room floor was full of water.It was clear we need a new water heater.

We called the warranty company. They recommended Superior Plumbing.

Superior Plumbing was the only company that was ready to come out the same day and do the repairs the same day. At 1 o'clock on the technician and he arrived.

He looked at the problem called the warranty company and the coverage. He then went to pick up the boiler that took a little longer that he expected bc of some foreseen circumstances.

So he returned around 4:00 and worked until 6:30. When all was done we checked everything and all bathrooms were fine, but in the kitchen the water was barely running.

Andy started looking into tge problem. He then returned Saturday morning, figured out what's wrong, went to Home Depot, picked up the part, installed, cleaned everything and we are now ready for the long weekend.

Andy is amazing. He is the best Plummer we ever worked with.

And what a nice guy. Also when I talked to the office manager he was so nice and friendly.

It turned from trouble to a happy day. HOME WARRANTY CUSTOMERS AVOID SUPERIOR PLUMBING My water heater needs to be replaced and Superior Plumbing was contracted through my home warranty service.

They came in on Monday and confirmed it needed to be replaced. The plumber wrote down a thorough estimate breaking down the costs.

He also contacted my home warranty service to confirm what is covered. The number that both the warranty and Superior Plumbing came up was with $285 I have to pay out of pocket.

I agreed and signed the contract. They said they would order my water heater because they didn't have it in stock.

Three days later I'm still without hot water so I contact Superior Plumbing. The person on the phone said your water heater is ready and the plumber will contact you.

The plumber contacted me and said apparently there was a "mistake" in the original quote. He said that my out pocket cost was now $1025.

The only explanation for a price difference that large is the boss at Superior Plumbing trying to pile bs charges after the fact thinking my warranty would pay for it anyways. Superior Plumbing are CROOKS.

Never trust a company who will refuse to honor their word. The right thing to do is to honor the original agreement even if it might affect your bottom line.

BEWARE THESE ARE NOT HONEST PEOPLE. Recently My insurance company AHS assigned superior plumbing for my water heater replacement.

Although I felt it was bit pricy as I had to pay out of pocket. But the technician ANDY was highly professional and he made sure to follow up with insurance and push them to order water heater ASAP and the moment he received the water heater he came down the very same day out of his working hours and got it installed.

He worked very hard from 6pm-11pm to get this thing done, as I had to shutdown my water supply due to my water heater issue. I highly recommend Superior plumbing and Andy if you want to get your issue resolved quickly.

Arasmo and team never let me down during our remodel plus they actually live up to their names! We had a horrible experience with our original plummer. I called Superior and it was such a great experience and team - they really saved our house and did it with class.

I had a leak in my kitchen and called superior plumbing. They had great reviews but I couldn't believe it.

They charged me a massage amount of money and didn't fix the issue. When I called to get them to come back they told me they would charge to fix their mistake.

This was an easy fix and the have seriously ruined our plumbing. I'm exhausted by their customer service and each time I call I have to explain this over and over again.

Tip: DO NOT USE THEM! Superior was assigned by my home warranty company (AHS). Ryan was sent out on Monday to asses the situation, a broken water heater.

I can not say enough great things about Ryan and Superior. The water heater was ordered same day, Friday, and installed by Ryan in several hours on Tuesday.

It would have been installed Monday had it not been for the poor service from Home Depot distribution center that AHS used to get the new water heater. Ryan is a very hard worker, professional, curteous, and communicated with us very well.

If we ever need any more plumbing work done I hope AHS assigns them to us. I would hire them again Just found out that the main line to our house is cracked right where they did work...

Explains the $800 water bill...right with the shoddy work done that is now costed us over $2,000 and counting. San Jose Water Company on their way out to shut off the line from the street so the house doesn't flood.

again we'll have to go likely the whole day without water, re-dig and re-do the work they did wrong in the first place after causing the entire mess (when nothing was wrong in the first place) I would ask them to make it right but after all the $ and headache with Inferior Plumbing, I rather just pay out of pocket to a company that will actually fix issues they cause. They were very prompt and professional; however their estimate was $254 for a partially clogged tub.

The other plumber Bay Rooter and Plumbing fixed the problem for $125. Good efficient folks.

Wow!!! What can I say other then - if you want the job done right hire this company. I initially went through a home warranty service and the plumbers they sent out not only failed to do their jobs correctly but, we're not professional in anyway (and caused more damage then I started off with).

They were punctual and very professional. Andy arrived at my home on time, reviewed me work, gave me an estimate, and stuck to that estimate.

Reliable, trustworthy plumber that really takes the time and care to explain things and do a good job. The only thing I wasn't sure about was the membership packages they offered, but it's an optional service so you have the flexibility to decide if it's the right fit for you.

Now for the details: over time, two of my faucet fixtures had come so loose that I could no longer close the faucets without hitting the back wall and and my tub's faucet was dripping. It wasn't a large job, but it was definitely something I needed to get fixed.

I asked for quotes from a few places and only Superior Plumbing and another plumbing company replied. The first plumbing company came to look at it and said that I would have to replace all of my faucets.

He clarified why, but spoke down to me so I decided to get a second opinion. Erasmo came the next day.

First off, he did a much more thorough job of examining what was wrong and saw that one of the faucet parts had completely eroded and needed to be replaced. Then, for the other sink and the tub, he was able to make repairs without completely replacing the parts--saving me a lot of money.

He took the time to explain what the issues and options were to me and gained my trust. I also really appreciated his support team for spending time scouring the internet to find my same style of faucet (which has been discontinued).

As an added bonus, I was also having problems with my Jacuzzi jets that I wasn't planning on fixing, but since he had experience with those, he took care of that for me too. Really appreciated that he had such a wide range of experience to address my different needs.

Nick took care of me and got someone to come scope out a main line crack. By the next morning, andy came out and did tremendous job.

A hot water shut off valve had to be replaced in a unit in a condo complex and Mike was able to figure out how to get the hot water to the building shut off in order to replace the valve. Numerous plumbers have had issues getting the water to the building shut off but Mike was able to figure it out.

Mike saved the day! We needed a plumber to replace a ruptured water tubing for fridge water line which caused flooding under the cabinets. They scheduled the work immediately and arrived within an hour.

Even though the rupture was in a hard to fix location, they fixed it without cutting or damaging the cabinets. Highly recommend.

OMG Erasmo was a lifesaver. We were in the middle of a remodel and we had some crazy plumbing problems.

If you are like me you have gone through yelp and asked around who to use. I used the Yelp Service and ran into Superior Pluming and boy was I super happy with the whole process.

I have quoted about 7 places total and Christian and the team were the only ones that found that I had a gas leak under my house!! Not one of the other "service providers" even caught this. RIght away we worked towards fixing this problem the next day.

I had to get my galvanized pipes replaced with Copper. New 50 Gallon Water heater.

They found that my previous plumbing team did NOT vent my laundry room toilet correctly. I had a leaky Pedestal Sink.

I had to replace my old laundry room sink as I had installed a service bucket sink and needed a proper vanity sink installed. Also my shower had almost ZERO pressure for hot water coming out of it.

We had a leak at the hose bib where our main water line entered the house. There are two pipes, one that is the water main, and another one (that was leaking) that services the old irrigation (we just bought the house, so we weren't sure which was which).

Each has its own shut off valve above ground. Superior Plumbing sent out a guy on short notice (bonus point!), but he spent several hours trying to figure out what to do, and eventually called his boss who tried to convince us in person that they would have to replace the entire water main, break up the driveway and sidewalk, and it would cost $8,000.

He also tried to convince us that we'd *have* to replace our water heater and piping to it - (what?!) Another plumber looked at it for 3 minutes, turned the shut-off valve to the irrigation branch of the leaking pipe, and our problem was fixed. The main line does not leak - and he was blown away that the previous (Superior) plumbers missed such an obvious fact.

Edit: Octavio called to apologize for his mistake. He was very nice, and I appreciated it.

However, it could have been an $8,000 mistake, so I feel the review must stay in place. I found Superior Plumbing through my Home warranty company.

They have been out to my home a few times to fix my clogged kitchen sink. When my kitchen sink gets clogged it backs up the laundry line, the sink, and the dishwasher.

The last time Superior came out I had the plumber tell me the reason this was happening was because I didn't have an air gap to the dishwasher. He literally got down on his hands and knees under the sink and showed me step by step what the problem was and how he would fix it.

He told me he could put an air gap in that day in about 20 minutes. He was true to his word.

Now I don't have to call the plumber out every 6 months to snake the drain! Superior Plumbing really saved me a ton of money! These guys are great and get the problem fixed. Had Octavio come over and clear out a very badly clogged shower drain.

Very professional and cleaned up the mess after the job! Will call them again, if needed.. Andy Hernandez is outstanding! I had two other plumbers out to my house for clogged pipes.

We had a broken shower diverter and there was no markings on our product to show the manufacturer. We had been trying for over 3 years to get it fixed and had about 10 different plumbers come to look at it and not a single one was willing to do the work and reseach to find.

Many said they would look for the replacement part but never got back to us or if when we followed up with them they said they couldn't find the brand and couldn't fix it or didn't work on European brands etc. We had over 3 years of delays, excuses and no responses or call backs.

Several plumbers couldn't even figure out how to take the diverter cap off and so said we needed to cut into the dry wall on the other side of the shower wall. Finally Andy came along and even though he didn't know right away the brand he spent the time following up with his sources until he found the brand and parts, ordered them from England and once arrived came installed them.

This was all done through our home warranty company which dosen't pay their contracted repair companies for research time, only for installing and parts. Andy and Superior plumbing did this all on their own time to make sure we got our shower fixed.

It's partly because of not being paid for research that other plumbers made little to no effort to find the needed repair parts. Big thanks, 5 stars, and thumbs up to Andy and Superior Plumbing.

The plumber installed the new one and guess what? It was leaking. He took it off and the pipes were so old we opened up a can of worms.

My hot water heater had a large leak in the middle of the night on a Friday night. I called ABC Plumbing first thing Saturday morning and was relieved that they were able to come out later that day.

The communication between the office and the contractors actually doing the work is not clear. I had to call numerous times to see when someone was actually going to come do work, then again to finish the work, and again to fill the hole back in.

It took them 3+ weeks for them to complete a 3 day job just because no one was showing up to finish the job. Very frustrating and not happy with the finished work.

Snowmagedon 2021 was not kind to the pipes on our garage apartment. In anticipation of that I had prescheduled several days in advance for ABC Plumbing to come out the day that temps were forecast to be above freezing.

They were unrelated to the February 2021 winter storm, but he was nevertheless very busy helping people in the aftermath of that. In spite of how busy plumbers were during that time, Steven treated us with kindness, took his time, explained what he was doing, wore a mask, and was very efficient in his work.

We so appreciated his knowledge and demeanor. Thanks, Steven! I first used these guys a year ago - found them by accident! Actually thought I was calling a different plumber....anyway lucky for me this company has been awesome.

They set up an appointment for that day, Friday, between 12-3. For this simple project, it was possibly going to cost me up to $250.00.

My husband passed so I needed help with this replacement. At 1:15pm, she called and stated they did not have time to come for the work to be done.

This is the second time that we've needed ABC Pumbing (Watauga). They made our lives better in less than an hour! We had a meter leak unfortunately on our side, not the city's.

Our home warranty company wouldn't fix it and the plumbing company that they sent out was not equipped to fix it. I called ABC Plumbing and they came out THE NEXT DAY.
