Even though I couldn't connect directly with John when I called, their online scheduling process was seamless and I was able to schedule to my convenience.

Ben who came for the service call was spot on-time, courteous, clearly knowledgable, pleasant, friendly, familiar with my monitoring company and service, fast, efficient...I could go on and on, but I think enough said. Can't recommend highly enough; have suggested to my former service they should refer their customers directly.
