When it died, we called Mitchell and they were able to send someone that day to diagnose and quote prices on new ones (the old one was beyond its expectancy).

While they were here we had them take a look at our kitchen faucet. They gave us a different, cheaper, and easier diagnosis than a previous plumber had.

Best part: it fixed the problem when they came out to do it a few days later. I scheduled the air conditioner yearly service to be done on monday morning 6 /26/23@ 08:00- 08:30 last week.

Chris H. arrived at 08:26 and did a fine job checking the furnace and AC unit and checking on some prior repairs and recomended work that was suggested to be done from an earlier check up.

at 2 called to verify appt. At that time told serviceman was running late.

At 3, received call from Serviceman saying he'd be another 45 minutes- Called and spoke with manager who assured me he would get the job done. Serviceman arrives just before 4 and needs to have SOMEONE else cut a hole through back of sink cabinet...

and yep- they are not available ! In a ten minute span- he charged me for NOTHING!!! Cost of Nothing... $89! Oh- it will be $300 to cut the hole and THEN he will give a price to repair a leak.

And leaves asking... will you want us to put the back of cabinet back in??????? Goodbye Michells! I can't think Mitchell enough! Their service people were friendly prompt and handled my water heater issue beyond my expectations.

I thought my whole brand-new finished basement was going to be flooded but they saved the day. I am so happy I called them.

An incredible group of professionals! Quiet, courteous, respectful and most importantly, a perfect install that only comes from experience! It's awful to lose your heat on the coldest days of the year but wonderful to get it all wrapped up, fixed and completed in less than 24 hours. I did not spend one night cold (after they showed)! Thank you! They ripped me off! Completely screwed up my AC and then wanted me to pay them to fix their mistake! I had heard that they are a sleazy company and now I know for sure.

Use anybody, and I mean anybody other than Mitchell plumbing! The guy talked for around two hours worked for 20 minutes and then charged two hours labor! I have used them in the past they have put in 2 furnaces for me over the past 15 years. I called for service and was told they were booking 4 weeks out! I have no heat now but i guess they don't care unless they are going to see you a furnace.

I will not call or use them again/ The guy that answers the phone in the morning is rude and has a "I really don't care attitude." Mitchell Plumbing, Heating and Cooling In Elizabeth PA Hated it It was a terrible experience and unprofessional. Mitchell tries to intimidate you.

They did not do it to code, and the line failed. We had to get the work done a second time and had to go to court in the end.

We will never use them again or recommend them to anyone. We are property managers so we know something about repairs.
