Joe came by and analyzed the hot water system and suggested installing a tankless water heater and integrated recirculating pump. He gave us a very good price for a modern Navien heater with a stainless heat exchanger and did a beautiful job installing it.

The house now gets an endless supply of instant hot water. Also, my mom has really nice faucets in the bathroom, but several had corroded cartridges, so the knobs were very hard to turn.

Joe removed the bad cartridges and brought them to his plumbing supplier to identify the correct replacement cartridge. Most plumbers wouldn't bother doing this-- they'd just say you had to replace the entire faucet.

Joe did a great job and the faucets work as good as new... and his charge was very reasonable.

Joe also pointed out that the water valves under the sink had frozen (no surprise after 20 years of Arizona hard water) and replaced those with better quality valves, so everything is in order now. My mom is thrilled! He was responded quickly to our detailed quote inquiry for install of a 5 stage system & didn't play any games. When he did come out for the install he was neat(put on shoe protectors) so the flooring was not dirtied...That was impressive right off the bat.
