Office staff over phone was very friendly. The two guys that came out were very professional and friendly.

I highly recommend. After our water heater went out Eager did the job in one day: $1,000 The service folks did a great job.

They sent us a $100 off our next bill for being a new customer. Then our sewer line was blocked up.

Called and they said they would be right out. Great service folks, cleared the problem.

Then we got the bill, $150 to clear the line and then $100 fee to drive to our home: a "Trip. Charge".

Then they took $100 off the bill. Crazy.

Like then jack up the price and give a discount....makes no sense to me. No one told me the Trip Charge Fee up front.

When I talked to their billing manager I was told it was an expense business and that was the way they do business. When it asked to talk to the owner, I was told that would not happen.

I have NEVER had a service business not tell me their fees up front and then charge $100 to drive to my house and then charge for their work on top of that. Find a company you trust.

Like I said, great workers, lousy manager and as far as I'm concerned, deceptive billing. I discovered a leak in our old copper mainline pipe on a Saturday! Knowing that weekends rates would be higher I The called the after hours #.

The response time was terrific, the pipe fixed efficiently by Dave and the bill was half of what I expected! (copper + weekend rates). Great company, wholeheartedly can recommend them! A pipe broke up by my driveway! The water dept came and turned off the water and let me know that I needed to find a plumber.

I called one that was booked out till next week! My second call was Eagar and I spoke with Debbie. She took my number and said she would check with her guys.

She called back right away and said someone would be over within the hour. It was way shorter than an hour when Justin from Eagar came over.

He immediately began digging up the muck. He found the leak and fixed it.

He has a great attitude and I am very grateful for the fast service. They are now on the top of my list for anything plumbing related.

During a busy time for plumbing needs....Ross arrived within the hour. In another hour's time a new water heater was installed and working! (Our old heater had burst its seam and water was pouring out seeping under our tile flooring) Details were checked to insure water pressure returned to normal and all was in good working order.

this is not a Home Depot If your a contractor, hook up with pace for training on up coming systems, trained by factory reps. Yes they can be swamped and you'll wait like any other person.

but that's your fault! get an account opened and get a sales person, call your orders in and your in and out in a 15 minutes. 30 if you start talking to everyone.

Thanks guys! Terrible service! Huge delays that lost me a lot of time and money. I ordered some threaded pre-fab pipe, waited 2 days to have it machined, and when it came in...

I couldnt screw a fitting onto 3 out of the 4 pipes I bought. Its as if they just threw some threads on the pipe and called it a day.

I went to Home Depot to get a different length cut, and the guy made sure a fitting screwed onto the pipe before he gave it to me. The guys at PACE didn't test the pipe, they gave me useless pipe that caused me incredible delays.

It took a lot of arguing to get the pipe back to them for repair, and then another 4 days to get the pipe back from their machine shop, because the employee was too lazy to get it on a truck the night I brought the damaged pipe back. These people do not care about service, and should be out of business.

I could have gone to HOPE DEPOT, or LOWES, and gotten anyone to do a better job than these idiots. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE IF AT ALL POSSIBLE! Great service is about treating the small jobs like the big ones, not providing great service on a big budget hot water heater job, or providing great service to contractors you have been working with for 15 years.

The bottom line is they treated a guy who wanted 10 lengths of pipe cut and threaded like shit. Let your contractor who has the "in" go to PACE, but if you are just an average joe without an account looking for some inexpensive products, they won't give you the same respect and service as their regular contractor customers, or high end clients.

I had to buy a new one after they promised me that thy will send a check from the warrantee. It has been 9 months and now I am yet to see a dollar.
