My experience, happily, mirrors that of others here. I called on a Friday afternoon, when our Noritz tankless water heater was intermittently failing to fire up, and another company claimed that we needed to replace everything at enormous expense.
I wanted, at the very least, to get a second opinion. When I called, the person who answered the phone first asked me, in a concerned tone of voice, "are you completely without hot water?" I reassured him that it wasn't a dire emergency, at which point he put me on the schedule for Monday (the next business day).
I got the impression that, if it were more urgent, he would have found a way to get someone to come that same afternoon or during the weekend. Ryan showed up on Monday morning, apologizing for being about an hour earlier than expected.
He took a look at the heater, and quickly explained that the situation was nowhere near as catastrophic as the other plumber had assumed. It turns out that the supposed corrosion in the heat exchanger, observed by the other plumber, was entirely normal for a unit of this age and was by no means a sign that it was at the end of its life.
The ignition problems were simply due to poor wire connections in the remote control - something that the other plumber had explicitly denied when I asked about it. Ryan had the whole thing fixed in ten minutes.

They instill a high degree of confidence in their ability to quickly and efficiently remedy a broken Noritz tankless water heater. I have a family of 4, and we suddenly find no hot water late on a Thursday afternoon.
I contacted Noritz who provided 3 referrals to trained repair services. Of the 3, Water Heater Pros was the only one that answered my call (just after 5 pm) and arranged for an onsite assessment Friday afternoon.
Was further pleasantly surprised when Ryan had called me on Friday morning to see if he could arrive early, which I quickly agreed to. When Ryan and Adrian arrived, both very pleasant and professional, they quickly assessed the problem and contacted Noritz for all parts affected, and had it shipped to my home address as the most efficient plan to avoid having to pick up the parts from their office.

Called and spoke to Jose, he said someone would try to come out by end of day. Ryan showed up, found the leak, was covered by some installation, it was the circulating system so hot water would always be in the pipes.
He was able to shut off the values so leak would stop and turn off the pump. He explained that everything would still work, only might notice that we would have to run water for a bit until it got hot.

It's all true. The best thing that you can do is get yourself prepared for the call.
Simple questions like how many gallons is your tank, what brand is the tank, the controller. Is there any water on the floor? How recently was the tank installed? Maybe you can let them know if you smell gas.
Or, if you have the directions like I was lucky enough to save, read how to do some basic prep. So, when you call and reach this pro level type company, you can move forward immediately.

Highly recommend! Our 6-year old Noritz tankless water heater suddenly stopped producing hot water. I found this company on the Noritz service website and they were excellent! Ryan came out to diagnose the problem.
Apparently we were supposed to be maintaining the water heater by descaling it annually. The installer never told us this.
He called Noritz on the spot to check whether our device was still under warranty (it was!) and ordered the necessary parts. He returned two days later to install.
He explained everything to us including how to maintain the device, which was very helpful. We will be calling them again if we ever have issues with our water heater.
