The contractor failed to show up on two consecutive promised days, provided no proactive communication, gave an excuse about a wrong phone number that the reviewer disputes, and ultimately admitted he was too busy and out of town without ever notifying the customer. The use of an offensive racial expression during an apology further underscores a serious professionalism failure. The job was never started, let alone completed, representing a total breakdown in follow-through. Pricing and experience cannot be assessed as the contractor never arrived on site. Read less
