The company waited until my appointment time to tell me that they could not get the water heater I wanted. I settled for another water heater, at my request.

Installers arrived; they did not cover the hardwood floors nor wear shoe protection. The installers started draining the old heater, then disappeared for an hour, leaving us without water.

The Installers were very unprofessional and rude. The installers tried to charge me extra for capping the gas line, which was clearly in the estimate.

One installer even got mouthy with me because I told them capping the line was in the estimate. I have been dealing with sub-contractors for over 40 years, I would be hard pressed to remember a worst company.

Do yourself a favor, DO NOT HIRE Ben Franklin Plumbing. My 1990 home is still under warranty from the seller.

I was pleased they connected me with a local plumbing company with a good reputation. Tim was out to do the repair within 3 hours from when the company called him.

I had a cracked part on my sump pump that was both leaking & spraying water into the middle of the basement floor each time the pump ran. It started small and I could collect the leaks in a 1 gal tub to dump out.

Fortunately it was a standard part and Tim had it in his truck and replaced the old piece in 10 minutes! Hooray I didn't have to get up every hour at night to empty the water until he could come back the next day with parts. I also took the opportunity to ask about moving my washer dryer from upstairs to the basement.

He gave me info about the existing plumbing, how it would need to be modified and even a ballpark figure of what it would cost to put in a half bath in that area. He was friendly, polite and very efficient.

Our sump pump quit working sometime during the night. The floor on one half of our basement is damp, but thankfully, nothing is flooded.

Things that were sitting on the floor are wet, but many of them are not perishable. There is a patch in the carpet that is wet, but hopefully it will dry out completely.

I called our local Benjamin Franklin Plumbing service because I had done business with them before. A technician, Kelly, was here within 30 minutes of the call and replaced the pump in a very short amount of time.

He said he had been up since 3 AM and had installed 16 sump pumps before 10 AM. He had to go get 12 more and then get back to work.

I asked him when he would have a chance to go home. He said, "Whenever people stop calling." Thanks for your help, Kelly! Absolutely great! Found out Friday night our sewer had backed up into our basement.

Called them after hours and someone still answered. Scheduled a time for them to come out on Saturday and they called and were able to come sooner, which was great.

Tim was here for less than an hour, solved the problem, and even got everything cleaned up. Cost was a lot less than we expected it to be.

Extremely happy! Highly recommend. I can't remember the guy's name but he was amazing.

I thought My garage disposal was broken and was fully prepared to pay a ridiculous amount for a new one but to my surprise he fixed it within 5 min. He also fixed some issues with my bathtub all within less than an hour.

The price was way less than I was expecting. I will definitely recommend them to friends & family.

We had a company come to check out our cast iron pipes. That company told us our pipes were rotted and they needed to excavate my kitchen, foyer, family room and dining room floors in order to replace the pipes .

Cost $26,000 . Not to mention the fact that we would need to fully replace entire rooms of floors.

Cruikshank came out and ran the camera from clean out into house and out to street. Also ran from master bathroom to clean out.

There is nothing wrong with our pipes. The plumber showed us the video, was nothing like the one that Atlas Butler showed us.

Drainpipes and supply lines after so many years eventually need to be replaced due to rust and corrosion. The latest was the kitchen sink that had a drain pipe that rusted through and got replaced.

Soon after that the drain quit running and I called and got service within hours. After snaking out the drain, which I should have had done the first time I have never seen the drain work as fast as it is now.
