Their service people are extremely knowledgeable and professional, and you see the same ones stay on the staff for years.

The office staff is extremely efficient at coordinating and scheduling your project or problem. Over the years they have serviced and installed A/C, furnaces, a gas log stove, put in a gas line to an out building, redid old plumbing and fixtures and commodes.

They also did a complete remodel of my master bath and it looks amazing. Any problems we encountered (which were few) were handled quickly and fairly.

I've had Houston Plumbing provide service for my residential plumbing on several occasions over the past few years, and they have always provided excellent service. They show up when they say they will, their technicians are always professional and competent, and their office staff are easy to work with.

Recently we had a miscommunication about some work, and Houston stood behind their work 100%. They fixed the problem without any argument at all.

I knew what was wrong with my furnace, I contacted them and informed them of the issue. They sent someone out to tell me what I had already told them and charged me $107.

While there he informed me the part would be no more than $250, wrong I got charged for $350. Then sent 2 guys out to install it and was another $107.

This all took 6 days to do, which I find to be unacceptable for it being January. All and all I feel like I would not recommend to a friend.

I want to recommend this company to anyone who needs a good end result. Dustin came to my home for a pool repair leak.

Quickly he identified what was the cause to my leak and provided his expertise to come up with a good solution. Found out that when our pool was installed in 2015 the filter system, motor and frogger was not properly leveled which eventually caused the leak.

Dustin spent hours making sure the surface under the pool deck was level and installed a pad to help keep it level for the future. I would most definitely recommend this business to anyone.

He remembered installing the water heater when it was brand new. (Also he had a sticker on it) He found several things wrong.

Everything from the gas pressure was out of wack coming into my house. To the computer board.

He spent some time diagnosing the problem. He then looked up the manufacture date, and found out it was still in warranty.

He contacted the manufacturer and explained everything to them. He was able to get us a newer and better system for no cost.

(Still had to pay for only a service call). Which is better than what a lot of the others were offering.

I was glad to hand him the check. This is the quality work you do not see any more.

Please look them up, he is honest and dependable. This is the type of company people would be honored to work for.

It was, of course, just a few weeks out of warranty. We called a lot of places to gather info, but Plain City was the only company that offered to come out and assess the situation....to see if there was any way they could save us money by doing a repair rather than a replacement.

The owner came out himself. It ended up still needing a replacement, and Plain City had the best communication with us.

We ended up going with them even though they didn't have the lowest price, because they were trustworthy. Again, the owner came out and did all the work himself.

He arrived when he said he would and took the time he said he would take. The work was completed on time, and he left the area clean.

A really nice company that I would not hesitate to use again. We recently purchased a home in Plain City and this company had serviced the home in the past, therefore they were the first I called to get some repair work done.

I contacted them twice and was told they were busy, so someone would have to call me back to make an appointment. I waited a couple of weeks after the first call and called them back.

It's now been three months since my first call and I still have not received a return call. I have since moved on to another local plumber with good Yelp reviews and I couldn't be happier with them.

Today's emergency was a burned up sump pump. They came out the same day and solved the problem.

They offered multiple solutions and I decided to go with a replacement based on the age of the existing pump. I have always been very satisfied with their service and won't hesitate to use them in the future and recommend them to others.
