I've used Miller plumbing three times recently for 3 different jobs. But before then, I've had at least 5 different recommended plumbers ranging from the big firms to sole plumbers over the years and none of them has received more than 3 stars except for Miller Plumbing.

As a master plumber, Mike has taken it to a different level. He's prompt in replying, very honest, provides an online estimate based on photos, arrives on time and exceeds expectations! His work is impeccable and high quality and on top of that it's reasonably priced! Mike is the best, period! Mike was prompt, fair, and even talked me out of work that did not need to be done.

We'll certainly be using him again and again. I just found a plumber for life! Miller pumbing gave me a quote over the phone based on photos a d stuck to the quote.

It was a holiday and my main water shut off valve was leaking really bad. Miller Plumbing came out incredibly fast and resolved the issue in a most professional manner.

He was extremely busy during the Christmas season ( probably due to I am sure a large number of referals). I needed a toilet replacement and while it wasn't a emergency Michael worked with me to accomplish the replacement in an extremely reasonable time frame.

As it turned out the job was more complicated than either of us knew but as a true professional he stuck with the job and saw it thru even though the issue was caused by other contractors. I would highly recommend Michael to anyone with one condition ---- he is so busy that you need to work with him and be patient to get the first class work he is delivers.

Honest, reasonable and he knows what a professional job is. I needed the shower head water pipe coming through the tiles in the shower stall replaced...

35 years old, and the wrong metal... rusted, very bad.

Mike was game to try and spin it out, and he miraculously managed to do it. No wall and tile removal; put in new correct threaded pipe and reattached my shower head.

Mike and Jimmy were personable and obviously into their trade. Price was great, response time great; I can't say enough.

He actually quickly identified that he wasn't able to fix our issue and referred us to a colleague with special equipment (who is also responsive and prompt). He didn't even charge us for the call.

I would hire Mr Miller again! After receiving a call from the water department about my $300 outstanding bill I knew it had to be from the toilet in our powder room. I had called a different local plumber from the yellow pages 2 weeks prior and never got a return call.

So I tried again, this time via yelp and selected Miller Plumbing. They are local and had positive reviews.

He was very responsive and fit me in that same day as he had another call in the neighborhood. He was on time, and diagnosed and solved the problem immediately and explained why, although the toilet is getting older, there was no need to replace it.

He also took care of a local neighbor who called him when I told them he was visiting me that day. Miller Plumbing is now the only call I will make.

Installed a new hot water heater Mike has done tons of work at our house and he is fantastic! He does quality work. I know if Mike fixes something it will be actually fixed! He is honestly the best! Half-hesitant to write this review because Mike is incredible, good plumbers are hard to come by and I want to keep him for ourselves.

But I am doing my part as a good citizen and letting the world know that he is honest, responsive, conscientious and extremely pleasant. He fixed a toilet leak in our bathroom the RIGHT way after accurately diagnosing the problem, even though the toilet wouldn't leak for him (Murphy's Law).

Anyway, the man cleaned our toilet and floors after he was done working, leaving the bathroom fresh smelling and CLEANER than it was before he went in. I mean, come on Mike you're amazing.

Mike Miller is outstanding! He was recommended by a friend. We used him because the contractor through Home Warranty didn't fix the problem but made it worse.

Mike was honest, professional and even recommend I buy a part to save money! In the end, he found more issues but fixed them all and came back to spend a full day replaced three shutoff valves whose packing nuts were leaking with levers using copper pipes, installed a flood stop shutoff valve, installed PRV and expansion tank, replaced valve at main and installed new kitchen sink faucet. Two weeks later the flood stop shutoff valve did its job since suddenly we had a slow leak under the hot weater heater.

I called Mike who came out that day and replaced the tank that suddenly went. Highly recommended! A professional plumber who does top notch work at reasonable prices (lower than others).

If I could give Mike 10 stars, I would. He is professional, knowledgeable, competitively priced, trustworthy, and a genuinely kind person.

He has done a few larger projects for us over the years (old house plumbing issues!), and when he could not help (we needed our main external sewer pipe replaced, which involved ground excavation in our front yard), he directed us to someone else fantastic. Mike has taken the time more than once to answer my random questions by text message, which I appreciate SO much.

We will never use anyone else! Our hot water tank cracked and started leaking suddenly. Mike came over the same day and was able to install new unit within 48hours.

I'm afraid if I tell everyone how great Miller Plumbing is, he will get too busy and I will have to wait a long time to get him back. Mike Miller has so far, in our opinion, been professional, prompt when scheduled, there for you in an emergency, and his prices are competitive.

In addition, this guy knows about electric and plumbing, so if you need to install or remove something involving water and electric (like my dishwasher), he knows how to shut off the water, disable the electric switch in the breaker box that goes to the appliance, AND he knows wiring as a result of so many years having to do both. Many of the Home Depot /Lowes delivery guys don't know how to do installations, so they try their best, and often people end up with leaks and problems.

it is also a 3 hr job to take out and then install a new dishwasher. Home Depot quoted me $70 for installation, which sounded low.

it was. Mike says the whole job for him would be $285 including new valve, for three hours work, which is competitive.

Home Depot and Lowes tell you $70 for the install, then they arrive, and tell you that you don't have the right part needed to do the install, and that a plumber will have to come and cut a few pipes, and add a new cut off valve. This is so the hard/dangerous job is done for them.

also, the delivery/install guys arrived at 8 a.m. And as they were leaving at 8:15, I heard one guy on the phone with the scheduler, complaining that he had twelve more deliveries, with a few of them being installs.

So, it appears they do the "you don't have the right setup and parts" thing to lessen their schedule. Several people have reported this problem recently in our area.

Apparently this is to buy them time, especially since three hours will eat up their time. So you end up paying a plumber, and then supposedly they come back another day to finish the $70 job.

I have heard that often, they never even come back, and service doesn't return calls for help to finish job. We shall see....they are supposed to call tomorrow afternoon with the time to come back to install the next day after Mike has been here.

I am probably stupid letting them come back to save $100, but this month, I have to do it. All the hassle with Home Depot and Lowes is not worth it.

Better to call Mike to do the whole job well and at a competitive price for a plumber who knows electric. He is also nice, courteous, and a perfectionist and we have used him successfully 4 times for very different problems.

Even my parents are thrilled with Miller Plumbing. Great...now I've said too much....never could keep a good thing to myself.

UPDATE: 1 Month Later....changed my mind about letting Home Depot do the job. Decided Mike was the guy, he came, did the whole thing in 3 hrs with his assistant, cleaned up totally and took away old dishwasher all for the price quoted.

I just didn't want to deal with plumbing problems down the line because I wanted to save a hundred bucks. All is running well now, thanks to Mike! Had Mike Repair 2 different issues within 30 days.

He is the ultimate professional and will make sure everything is done properly. He corrected 2 major issues my previous contractor had done.

He makes sure everything is spotless after he leaves and that you are completely satisfied. Very reasonable.

Would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs Miller plumbing is wonderful! We just installed a Reverse Osmosis Filtration system that left us with all kinds of leaks. Mike showed up with another really nice guy! They had to get another part and do some soldering.

They also helped figure out the issues we were having with the RO system! They arrive on time, are clean and extremely knowledgeable! We have found the plumber we will use for any other issues in this house! :) I asked around if anyone knew a good plumber and several people recommended mike. We first had him do work at house we sold and then again in our new house.

I would def use him again! He did great work, was flexible with scheduling and went above and beyond. My bathroom was leaking and I called in the plumber my home warranty recommend and after weeks of them not being able to fix it I called mike.

Not only did he fix the problem he educated me on what was wrong and helped me get my money back from the home warranty company who was trying to pull a fast one.
