Great experience all the way around! My husband called Proper Plumbing recently and they seemed willing to come out earlier if we had an urgent issue (but we didn't) and we wanted to do it after Thanksgiving. My husband received an email confirming the appt and this morning, a phone call advising when Clint would be coming out to give an estimate - it was inexpensive, and would be applied toward repairs if we chose them.

We had already opened up a couple spaces to access a sewer pipe that needed to be replaced and Clint gave a very reasonable estimate to have it done, so we decided to go forward and he immediately went to get the supplies and came back to do the work. As a plus, he has animals and was very good with our nervous pup.

It was a 5-star experience all the way around. While I hope we don't need a plumber again too soon, just having a reputable and responsive plumber that's easy to get in touch with makes it not as big a concern as it could be.

I had an emergency issue, they were there in a few hours and did a great job at a reasonable rate. Will definitely use them again.

He rerouted my pipes after an unfortunate slab leak and recently installed 3 new Toto toilets and has unclogged numerous drains. He is honest and up front and his prices are very fair.

As you can imagine, the following can lead to bigger issues within the home. Scott arrived promptly to our house.

He took a look at the regulator and suggested replacing it. The max water pressure should be 75 and ours was at 100 which wasn't good! He gave me a quote of $325 to replace.

He didn't have the part but he offered to go get it and come back immediately to install it. He arrived at my home at 4PM and by 5:15 the job had been completed.

Great service!! Will definitely use them again. During his visit he also suggested our main water shut off valve to be replaced since it was slightly linking.

Scott answered the phone right away and said his on-call tech was currently on a job in Bonita (not close to my house). Since I was able to stop the leaking water by turning off the inlet valve, I didn't need immediate service and agreed to have them come out at 7:00am the next morning.

Scott and Clint showed up at about 7:30am and surveyed the situation. He tried to reseal the nipple, but it was not successful, so the tank needed to be replaced.

I was given a quote and also agreed to install an expansion tank. Scott answered all my questions, including the pros and cons of possibly going tankless (gas or electric).

While I was interested in the tankless option, there was more gas-line, venting, and/or electrical work that might need done than I was willing to do at the time so did a straight tank replacement. They did all the agreed upon work, including new supply lines, and I was up and running later in the afternoon.

While they were there, I also asked them to take a look at a leaky shower valve, which they also repaired with new one piece cartridge that was an upgrade from the leaky two piece cartridge. The finished job looks clean and professional, and they completely cleaned-up before they left.
