We paid the invoice with the understanding that the final piece of the job (outdoor painting on a small area) would be done as soon as the rain stopped. Months later and MANY phone calls and emails and no reply! Unbelievable that the owner, Nick, simply ignores the fact that he left a job unfinished yet accepted our money.

Would NEVER recommend because of this. I have used these guys multiple times for everything; a complete kitchen remodel, a new bathroom,complete whole house window replacement, and house painting.

Every time the workers are very friendly and professional. I'm a stickler for things being clean when a contractor leaves after a job.

When they're done you can't tell that they were there except for the exceptional craftsmanship left behind. I will continue to use them for any of my home improvement needs and I encourage you to do the same.

There is a reason why they are cleaning house with the D&C awards. Don't know what the actual work is like because we couldn't get the guy to call us back! We called about some work on our basement, sealing it and remodeling a half bath down there.

At the appt at our house, he starts off by trying to upsell us on some $25k improvements and then was visibly annoyed that we wanted something more modest. After discussion, he worked out what he could do for us and said he would email us a detailed quote.

Great! After we received that and thought about it, we wanted to make some adjustments to the plan and my husband called and emailed the guy back to ask him about it. We heard NOTHING back from the guy.

He would not contact us back! It was unbelievable. We wanted to and were trying to hire this place because we had read only good things, but it seems our job wasn't big enough for him/them? Not important enough? Really tired of these construction places that don't think "small" jobs (ours would have been about $10k btw) net enough money for them so they ignore the customer until they go away.
