The first time I called them was last year when we had an emergency repair to our pool gas line (gas company found a leak and turned off gas to home). Rick came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Fast and efficient service. We've been calling in the Plumbing Boys for years and it's about time I sit and write these guys a review, especially after some major pipe replacement work they completed at the house and they did a fantastic job.
First, to start with the team - Tony and any of the technicians who stop by the house to either work out a clog, fix a leaking pipe or in the most recent job, replace some old bad pipes (old Burbank home with the original pipes - fun!), are always so consistently nice. They always take the time to explain what they are doing, they are super efficient, and their communication is spot on (i.e.
they call with ample time to let you know when they'll be at the house, they check in a couple of days later to make sure everything is still working properly) - just super responsive and reliable. Next, the price is always right.
For the major pipe replacement work they did, they gave us a really fair cost estimate compared to three other plumbing companies that we called. Even throughout the work, they found some additional steps they didn't account for that took the team a little longer than expected to take care of, and Tony didn't charge us extra for it.
Lastly, they get the job done. There isn't a problem the Plumbing Boys can't fix.
Any time there's something that seems to be out of reach, they don't give up and call another plumber and reschedule or tell you it's going to cost extra. Every plumber at Plumbing Boys knows what they're doing and I get the impression they like to solve every problem you called them in for.

This is a long-term review of the work Plumbing Boys has done for my home in the past. Had a whole house filtration system installed and professionally done by Plumbing Boys in a manner that will allow you to change the filters without turning off the water at the main shut off.
Gary was the technician that did the work almost 4 years ago. This year we had Plumbing Boys come out a couple of times.
I had a pressure regulator installed, and emergency water leak in the backyard that turned out to be a minor issue. I was charge very fairly for all the work done by plumbing boys.
We have a large home and plumbing boys have always charge fairly. This is a very honest company.
Today I was in a bind where I had to get a drain water jetted today for work that needs to be done tomorrow by a concrete company. Tony made it happened even though their schedule was booked.

To say that Plumbing Boys put me at ease is an understatement. Our toilet had stopped filling, the line from the wall to the toilet tank was dripping, and the tub faucet had a very steady drip.
Our technician Daniel arrived today after calling that he was on his way, and to get more information on the situation prior to his arrival. He arrived within the short time-frame promised, was very pleasant and knowledgeable about what needed to be done.

I received a text from Tony. He scheduled me for first thing the next day.
The technician I received was Daniel. He arrived on time and immediately started working.
He sent a camera down the main line to make sure the pipe itself was OK and hopefully to be able to see the obstruction. The pipe was in good shape, roots were the problem.
He cleared the pipe using the Hydro jet. After he was finished, he scoped the pipe, one more time with the camera.
To both of our surprise, there were still roots in the pipe. He performed the Hydro jet again, another clump of roots was removed.
After that, problem solved! The quality of Daniel's service was excellent. He shared with me the steps it would take to clear the drain.
He was very helpful and I learned so much. I could tell he was an experienced plumber because his work was thorough, accurate and completed without wasting time.

I was told that the plumber would be here in the morning. Next thing I know, I get a call from Sean and he said he could come over now.
When he arrived, this project became an issue. Sean snaked the tub drain and the overflow drain, and the clog got worse.
Now it wasn't draining at all. Nothing made sense since his snake was going through with no issues.
We were thinking the pipe was very old and broke with mud clogging it. Sean asked if he could cut off the clean out cap that was behind the tub so he could snake the cleanout.
We didn't think it would matter but we gave it a shot and Bingo Bango! He hit the clog with the snake and the drain is working well! That saved me from having them dig under the house to get at the pipes. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Sean! Tony was so helpful and got my issue fixed in minutes.
