I've never seen anyone who can diagnose a problem and fix it as quickly as Felix. He is prompt, works fast, and gets the job done.

I had to call him on the morning Christmas Eve to fix a leaky toilet, and he was there within 30 minutes after I called him to take care of it. Now that is what I call service! I always call Felix when I need a plumber.

I've recommended him to several friends, and they call him now, too. Felix is the best by far! Felix is amazing!! I called him on a Saturday (along with several others) and he was the only one to call me back.

When I explained that water was flowing freely from my kitchen faucet into my lower cabinet, he was able to determine what the problem was AND walked me through the repair in less than 3 minutes. Who does that? Well, Felix does.

The City of Austin informed us that we had to replace our wastewater line that was roughly 80' in length. They not only beat out all of the other estimates by thousands of dollars (one other estimate was over $10,000 more than what Felix charged for the same job), but they knew exactly what they were doing and how long it would take.

The got it permitted and planned the job. When we were at work, they did everything in one day! Amazing! The next day the city inspector reviewed and passed it with flying colors noting that the grade of the pipe was greatly improved.

Felix was personable and friendly. He has been working since I think the 60s and remembered when our neighborhood was built in late 70s.

He explained everything to us and hand delivered the final inspection. I have strong recommendations for this company that they will do the job right no matter how complicated and charge you a very, very fair price.

Just so you'll know, American Plumbing is Felix Griffin with an occasional assist from his son. Felix has been providing great service in and around Austin since I was a kid, and that's a long time ago.

He has always been upfront with me and I have always felt that what he charged was reasonable. He's never left me hanging and is beyond trustworthy.

Being an old timer in the biz, if you have an older home, this is the guy who can figure out what's wrong with your plumbing and find the part for it, even if the part was discontinued in the past millennium. Felix is a resource everyone needs.
