What a gem. Arie came to address several issues: clogged toilet, clogged sink, toilet refilling intermittently, and a smell in one bathroom that other plumbers refused to try to solve.

While there, he noticed the flapper in the toilet was stiff and would likely cause issues soon so he changed it as a courtesy, free of charge. I called Arie for help when the Best Buy delivery folks told me they couldn't set up my new washing machine because they had issues turning the water supply valves. Arie was available to come over immediately and instantly determined that there was nothing wrong with my valves--they were just stuck.
Instead of trying to sell me more than what I needed, he helped me unstick the valves and even offered to come back the following day to finish hooking up the supply hoses for the new machine once the Best Buy folks were done delivering everything.
