Jesus was the first technician to get to our home and figure out what he needed to fi the issue. This was not an easy fix.

Jake sent us a text, telling us about Jesus prior to his arrival and that I think is great because when he showed up it was like I knew him. He called his office and got us cost to repair it.

Claire showed up in a flash with the parts and they both worked tirelessly into the late evening to make sure my family had water that night. They cleaned up spotless after they were finished.

My husband called Epic Plumbing and they were able to come out that morning snake the line, run a camera down and come up with a plan on how to fix it. I had contacted half a dozen plumbing companies and only 3 got back to me. Epic was one of the three.

I received a call from Sarah explaining that they would be unable to do the work as I was too far outside their service area. However, she gave me the names and phone numbers for other companies that were closer to me.

Let that sink in; Sarah took the time to call me and gave me the info of other plumbing companies. If their plumbers are as good as their customer service reps, they will be great!! I recently had a problem with the main sewer line at my home.

I contacted Epic plumbing and Michael was sent out. He was so friendly, personable, and more importantly, he was knowledgeable.

We live only one house away from their place and the job took about 15 minutes max; used the part we supplied. The rude surprise was $200.00! The company owner, Todd, said that their minimum charge is $ 195.00!! At this rate, we all should be plumbers!! Crook is hardly begins to describe them.

This company is called EPIC because they are EPIC! The theee service calls we utilized this company, we were treated well and the price was competitive With other companies in the industry. You won't be disappointed! During the freeze everyone needed a plumber and they were honest, worked us into their huge workload and the owner Todd even came out on a Sunday to assure us what we needed and how soon they could install/change all our attic copper pipes that blew up! Asked Epic for an estimate. They came out and looked but said they would need $500 to do a full estimate running cameras and plotting plan.

I agreed only if they would provide videos and map of rerouting plan. They would apply the $500 to bill if we chose them.

Turns out their estimate was double the estimate of company we chose. That company did a free estimate.

They did spend several hours investigating and did share videos and plan. But I got the same from another company and still saved thousands.

They wet up front about the charge but still Feeling ripped off. Have used their services for water heater installation and warranty/maintenance issues.

They did a wonderful job installing it, but within hours of turning the system on we had a leak. Unlike other plumbing services we have used before who said they guaranteed their work (but didn't follow through with that guarantee), EPIC sent Joseph out to fix the leak and honored their warranty/guarantee.

Outstanding service! Epic answered the urgent call at 4:59 pm last Thursday for a leaking water heater. I was walked through what to do and within 30-45 minutes Shelby was at my home to diagnose the issue of needing a new water heater.

Shelby took the time to explain the issue and our options. He redirected the water lines so that we could have water for the night.
