Professionalism scored near zero due to chronic unresponsiveness, weeks-long disappearances without contact, failure to honor agreements about materials, and abandonment of tools and a trash bin on the customer's property for six weeks. Project completion is catastrophically low — work contracted in January 2023 did not begin until December 2023 and remained unfinished as of June 2024, with no resolution in sight. Workmanship quality (experience) was severely deficient, evidenced by unsealed tile, missed grout lines, a shower curb sloped the wrong direction, sloppy caulking applied after painting, crooked tile cuts, wall paint runs, and damage to floors, cabinets, and closet surfaces left unrepaired.
