However, a cluster of serious negative reviews from 2021–2023 significantly drags down project completion and professionalism scores: multiple customers report faulty line sets installed by NETR causing property damage, warranty disputes where the company refused to honor commitments, threatening behavior toward a long-standing customer over a billing dispute, loud and unprofessional on-site staff, and one alarming report of jewelry theft by a worker.
