This single review paints an extremely negative picture across nearly every dimension assessed. Professionalism was severely lacking — the contractor would show up for only a few hours at a time and then disappear for weeks, with no response to the customer's attempts to seek compensation. Project completion was catastrophically poor: the addition failed building inspection across multiple critical items including footings, windows, doors, ceiling height, flooring, exterior sealing, structural support, and plumbing — all of which required other contractors to redo at the customer's expense. Experience and workmanship were equally alarming, with structural, waterproofing, framing, and plumbing deficiencies so severe that the customer is now pursuing legal action.
